Processing is fast, I have processed deer at several different places, this is THE BEST. The place is very clean, she adds pork or beef to venison, EXCELLENT flavor. The best summer sausage and ground I’ve tasted. ( I haven’t had my back straps yet but I am sure they are delicious)I’ve been a hunter for 30 yrs. This is the best place (I have had very good processing at other places in Columbia City and Lafayette) but this is #1. I would recommend Ramsey Girl to anyone around. 10/10.

We were referred here by the pastor at our church and we were not disappointed! Immediately met with a smile, chit-chat, and kindness. This is only our second time getting a deer processed and the price was better here, the cuts were labeled on the packaged meat clearly, and we got our meat back quickly. We will be coming back with future deer! Thank you Ramsey Girl!
