Literally Just left out of there. Was standing in line behind a guy at the counter. He and the clerk were talking. After the guy got his change he and the clerk talked for about 1 minute more. I’m standing behind him with my items in my hand waiting to be acknowledged or at least checked out. NOTHING. Clerk acted like I was invisible and I just took that as I needed to take my business elsewhere, so I sat my items down and walked out. No need to get an attitude or even get upset. Was just disappointed for sure.

Well over half the parking spots at this place are reserved a.k.a. you have to pay to park there no parking lines to speak of in the rest of the lot and if you don’t park in a normal parking spot you stand a fairly high chance of getting rusted out showers are absolutely filthy due to rust stains just overall a bad spot.

Avoid this place if you can. Their fuel prices are the same as others but all of their fuel was e15. Since I was towing and in need of fuel I filled up here but they run the pre authorization as a very large charge causing a fraud alert on my credit card that took 15 minutes out of my day to get it fixed

Big clean lot and great parking. Staff is attentive and professional. The showers are very clean. Trash isn't overflowing. I didn't see anything wrong with this store at all.

A lady was working on 12/August/2023 on evening shift she is really really racist, rude and she doesn't deserve even 1 star. I bought about 10 items which I couldn't have them in my hands and I paid her for those items but she was just standing on counter, she didn't want to give me a plastic bag.If she is not happy to work with the customers she has to find another job.She is the most bad person how they allowed her working here or they must train her very well how to respect the customers.

Thank you to Daisey, Nate and Tracy!! Your kindness was above and beyond 🏆The shower room was SO CLEAN! I’ve never used a Pilot shower center before and it was above anything that I imagined! I honestly think it’s nicer than the hotels!!We’ve been without water since last week due to frozen and busted pipes. They let us shower, use their clean towel and wash clothes and shampoo/body wash! (I did bring my own cuz I wasn’t sure how it worked at this type of place lol) they did it at no charge due to the emergency situation we were in ❤️🙏🏻 ❤️The water pressure is so good and the water is very hot and it never ran out!!This Pilot Travel Center and the employees listed above need definite recognition because they are definitely the reason this Center does so well. Everyone needs employees like these 3* sorry such a long post but we felt like this center/employees needed recognition. To much negativity in this world today

This place could get packed pretty quick so you better get there early (atleast before 6 pm est). They also have a lot of reserved spots as well. Other than that, not a bad place to shut down at.

Great place to stop for a trucker. Large lot, great store, quiet area. Only reason for 4 stars- truck parking spot lines need to be repainted. They are so worn out that they are almost invisible and can't be seen while backing in to park. Otherwise, I love stopping here.

I want to brag on these employees who tremendously helped my Boyfriend and I out today. we are not from around here, we were in the area and our vehicle broke down. all 3 employees were so sweet and very helpful on assisting us get our car back on the road so we could get home safely. Thank you so much to Christen, Jeremyiah and Tim so much.

Prime parking is not safe to use here. They don't care if you reserved one. If someone is parked in a spot. You don't have it they do. They are selling an empty promise of service.

Good sized lot, standard parking procedure be in by 7pm and you’ll have spots to chose from, they also have Diet Coke king cans here that a-loan is worth a 10 star review!

Not worry about paying for prime parking at this location they don't make people move after dark .and refund ur money and give u no where to park.

Very friendly staff, the subway is super clean and fresh.Store overall is well kept, it’s also well lit,just make sure you properly manage your time if your a truck driver, expecting to land a free parking space for your tractor/trailer.

Paid 15 dollars for parking. They refused to kick out the driver who parked in my spot. No spots left. Lazy workers. They lied to me and told me it is illegal for them to go outside at night. Place needs new employees, willing to work. Pro tip for other drivers, if they refuse to move trucks out of prime parking, just park in the employees.

I stayed at this pilot overnight on 1-29-19. When I first got here I went in and took a shower they were very clean! I was surprised to see a wheelchair accessible shower it was really nice. The only bad thing I found was after soaping up and trying to rinse off ur skin felt like it had slime on it and the more you rinsed the more you felt that slimy feeling. The workers here are extremely helpful and nice .

Great place to stop as it's right off the highway. It has ample parking for large rigs and regular cars. It also has a scale if you need to check the weight of your semi or camper.I only stopped to buy an energy drink, but I found the prices to decent when compared to other convenience stores.

They are always very nice here. Had a problem with a driver not wanting to leave a reserved spot he hadn't paid for and the Manager and Maint. Man called the Sherrif and the driver was removed from the lot. I greatly appreciated their help. Thanks very much.

Usually this is a quick and convenient place for me to stop. So much so that I had given a 5 star rating previously. Today I would give it 1 star, so I figure that averages to 3...Anyways, a brunette cashier with her hair in a ponytail stood with her back to me playing on her phone when I went to check out. In fact, another employee had to come from the other side of the store to help me. All the while the other cashier played on her phone.Maybe I'm a bit more annoyed with this than I should be because I'm in a hurry to be somewhere? Maybe she was on her break? Maybe she just shouldn't work in a position that requires any interaction with the public whatsoever? I don't know.However, I do know that I am/was in a hurry, she acted like she was on a break, and as a customer I felt ignored and disregarded.

I reserved a spot and got there with no hours left and they said they are not going to move the people who didn't pay for them and said it was my problem that I was out of hours so if you plan on reserving a spot don't unless you plan on getting there before everyone else so I will not be stopping here again because they don't care about the drivers at all. If I could leave 0 stars I would because of the way I was treated by their staff.

I'll give it 4. Truck parking, though lacking, is easy. There are however now 10 pay to park spots across from the scales. Inside is clean and big, although the men's room only has 2 toilets so plan your business time wisely. Subway has more than half the building, you think there could be some remodeling. Associates are very friendly, which personally is rare for a pilot so good props from me there.

Beware. They are ripping people off. Bought water. Sign say regular 2.79. On sale 2 for 4. It rang up as 2.89 per gallon. After I paid for it. They refused to give me the money back. Flat out crooks. Beware people. They stealing your hard earned money.

I spent a ten hour there on 2-19-19. No LAUNDRY on site which was a letdown! Given the rural location and tons of space available. Seriously, there is a 3,000 square foot subway restaurant with tons of open floor space but not a washer and dryer for truck drivers?Several drivers waiting for coffee at 7:30 am was a little odd to me. Great location, use some of the 30 acre site and add some stackable washers and dryers.
