Have hard time finding what is needed at times for feed for exotic pets and for large fish. It's like they are always out of stock or waiting for shipment. Cat and dog food is also more here than going somewhere else.

Hit or miss with staff, but they can't all be experienced beyond entry level. I wish the staff would be more open about what's bad for your pets (ex. Beggin strips, milk bones, and just overall what we feed our pets.) Please do research on what's good to give your pets. So many well advertised food brands for pets aren't good.

Great place, great staff, some prices high, but you can find the right stuff on sale most of the time. Plus you get rewards so eventually you get a free bag of dog food and a few doggy treats.

I'm giving one star due to the co-hab of boas. It's not healthy nor safe for them to be kept together, as a store if you don't have the space to keep two of them separate then don't stock more than the one. Saw a pair of ball pythons kept together as well I'm assuming due to the price tags being kept over the same tank. Didn't see the other one in there at the time. But with seeing that I'd believe it's in there as well.

It's been a long time since I've visited this store. Nothing has changed, really. You can find just about any house pet here. They carry birds,fish, reptiles, and hamsters. If you have a dog they do have a sef serve washing station. Not sure on the price but it sure beats trying yo wash a large dog at home!The 2 individuals working, a male and female, weren't very helpful. Neither one said hello or welcome. I'd understand if they were swamped with customers but I was the only one in there.

Normally a good place to shop for your pet but be careful on pre boxed or recounted insects as food. Purchased a 50 count superworm container. Luckily looked ... Because there might have been 8 in it. Cashier tried making it right, but we live 50 miles away and if we hadn't noticed it ,that would have been a wasted trip not including paying a 50 worm price, for 8 worms.

Purchased numerous dog baths on a card , lost card after 1 bath and they told me I could not retrieve any without card so I basically paid $50 for 1 bath ! Great system for you not customer !

I use to go here quite often to get dubia roaches for my bearded dragon. Alot of times I would settle for crickets because half of the roaches in the containers are dead. However they do have great customer service and staff is knowledgeable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was looking for turtle supplies, I found most of what I needed which was nice for a small pet store and having an exotic pet. Prices are decent as well. I didn't feel as if they were overpriced. I will definitely shop here more often.

Everyone at the store is super friendly! They're always so nice and outgoing and willing to do anything they can to help! They have an amazing new food called Redford Naturals that I think everyone should try! Everyone here always treats my fur baby just like she's one of their own! Never have I had a single problem here! And I'm a very regular customer!

Love this store. Friendly happy staff,clean and well organized. They meet online pricing as well as sales at other stores. Their bath areas are so nice. I love washing my large dogs there. We purchased some bearded dragons there. They are doing great. The staff always handles and plays with the pets to socialize them. If you don't see it ask about ordering it. If you see moths when you buy seeds or treats just place in the freezer for a day or two, this is normal,
