A bit pricey for what a donation is worth. I like going in and looking at the antiques. The clothes smelt... unwashed, but I dont think it's their job to wash them anyways. I didnt even look at them... just passed them lol. The staff is friendly.

Stinks so bad when I walked in I almost started dry heaving at the door.Pitifully small selection of furniture & clutter; lots of clothes, hence the smell.Games & puzzles from the 1970s (possibly)A truly yuck experience.

Gave one star just because the staff was nice enough...but man this place is a bad garage sale , overpriced with fast fashion that no one would really want ...that and they don't restock threw out the day so the resellers clean everything decent out in the morning that would be worth buying

Always love shopping at Goodwill! I never walk out empty handed! Most of the employees are very nice. Today, my father and I were waited on by Bree. She is always so friendly and helpful 🙂

Love this store. However their inventory and selection seemed low...possibly due to the pandemic?? Usually they are very well stocked with donations, but this visit I didn't find anything I wanted, which is very rare for me...lol.

This store is really nice. It's in a great location with good parking. It's always well-staffed with good people. It's always well-organized nice and clean. What more could you want? Hutch

Will never go there again. I checked out at the closing of the day, with zero knowledge they used a separate rewards system than the one I have for greencastle. I asked her if I could fill out for a card, she said she would not input the info because she didn't have time, I asked if she could give me the discount as a courtesy and she flat out refused. Then, When I got home I realized one of my bags didnt make it out of the store, I promptly called the next day, and they said there were no bags, and that if I wanted to bring my receipt back, I could try to find items in exchange but would have to pay the difference..... Never will I give my business to that location ever again .

This clothing store is huge, but only 1 person can walk along the isle's to look for items since there's not enough room for 2 people to fit down the isle's together.They do have great prices on their items.

I mean its a goodwill, they have about what you'd expect. The staff is exceptionally kind and talkative, cashiers especially. Very clean store, better than others I've been into.

THE CRAWFORDSVILLE GOODWILL STORE IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE GOODWILL I’VE EVER VISITED IN MY LIFE. Well worn women’s Crocs = $10. Beat up men’s Under Armour t shirt = $10. (Brand New at TJ Maxx for $8.99). Dirty Infant size Nikes = $15. ($20 dollars New)Seriously, so much for giving back to the community. WOW! The most price gouging Goodwill I’ve ever visited. Not this store. Never again. I should taken pictures.

Had a good time shopping but the dressing rooms were closed so you can't try anything on. Have to take clothes home and try them on and if they don't fit you bring them back with tags still on them and your recipt and they will give you store credit but NOT your money back.

The quality of clothing has gotten alot better..its worth the price...the store is clean organized,the staff is very nice and helpfull and bathroom is always clean..and big parking space...remember to check out the color of the week discount

Helpful sales associates. Could be a little cleaner, the shelves in the back look like someone has just thrown stuff on them, very cluttered and messy.

Not for nothing, but I completely understand the covid-19 risks, not being able to try clothes on, is a bummer. Because you can buy a few, clothes, try them on at home. Its a hassle. To bring them back when they don't fit, and get a gift card, instead of cash
