Young lady that manages the store always has a attitude saying "I don't have time for this today" in otherworldly meaning opening the store and making money. Everytime I go in she's sitting in the office even if your standing at the register waiting to give money to a store that clearly doesn't want it. The little elder lady seems to do everything in that store with a smile on her face. Need some new management, can't even manage to open the store on time like it'd a fast food restaurant. Dollar tree on darlington Avenue is way more vibrant and stocked. Elder lady on 231 is keeping their store open it seems to me.

Most appalling customer service experience I have had in quite some time. The "manager" named Winter was loudly disrespecting customers and making lewd comments regarding Memorial Day, on the weekend of the holiday. When asked to stop, she argued with customers, including myself, calling us ignorant and stating she didn't care what we thought, she could speak however she wanted. "I can always find another job, I found this one". She left the first woman, a veteran, in tears. The second woman red faced and appalled, who will also be filing a complaint as she works for a band whom supports our veterans. Myself shaking and furious, being the mother of an active duty son. The couple behind me upset and visibly shaken. The cashier I had was Barb, who told Winter customers were asking her to quiet down, and she was continues her loud, obnoxious rant citing she did not care what the customers wanted as she could do what she wants. I am awaiting a call back from the regional manager as I type this out in an effort to NEVER make anyone else have to deal with this CHILD of an employee and her level of complete and utter disrespect to her community, military, and coworker. She should be absolutely ashamed of herself, as should whomever taught her this behavior was tolerable.

This is one of the nicer, more organized 5 quarter stores I've been in. The stockers and cashier were friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there.

It's very over stocked with product. And when I tried to have a conversation with the assistant manager about communicating with the supplier to stop certain items from coming in, he acted uneducated. Theres always a solution to a problem.

They have a lot of cheap stuff for about $1. Don't go there for quality. Go there to get stuff cheap.

My husband and I are truckers, we parked out at the Walmart and walked over to do some shopping, As soon as we entered the store all eyes on us. They weren't even coy about it, watching every move we made. We spent $40 in there but that's one DG that lost my business. It was one of the worse shopping experience of my life

Your average dollar place. Good deals. Don't get fridge stuff. Thear is a reason its only a dollar. Great for school supplies , household needs and boxes food.

The Crawfodsville Dollar Tree is the best one i have ever been too! The employees and manager's are very friendly. Theres no clutter and it's always organized.

The female manager is rude, she refuses to accept coupons even when items match to a T even though the company policy says they accept them but if she is working then you're wasting your time! I won't ever shop this location again if I spot her working.

Employees were nice, but, register froze up n I was next in line. When line was moved to another register, they let other people go ahead of me. As much as I shop n spend there, this was the worst experience yet

The management was so helpful Mike went out of his way to make sure the customer (myself) not only to find what I was looking for but stopped what he was doing and went to the back to find it and bring it out to me

They had what I was looking for at an extremely good price. To get to the restrooms you have to ask for a key.
