It’s an OK store, but definitely needs work. More cons than pros.

If I could give this place no stars I would but unfortunately that’s not possible. I walked in there this evening and was getting my groceries and about a minute into being in the store I get yelled at by the staff that they are closing and I need to bring my things to the register. I went in for a pizza for my boyfriend and I since we were working late after plowing snow all day, and some Drano to try to unfreeze our shower drain since we both needed a long hot shower after today, and some chips for our lunch for the rest of the week so that we could have something to eat with our sandwiches the rest of this week. Takes me all of two minutes to get the things I needed. And I not only got yelled at once but three times in two minutes!! It was completely unnecessary of the staff here!!!

The closest DG to home so I frequent the store, however, they tend to be out of stock of basic product more often than not. Friendly staff, clean, sometimes too busy to wait in line if it's not a necessity trip.

The Dollar General in Darlington Indiana OMG it is the best and staff could not be better they are wonderful day try their hardest they will bend over backwards to help you and they tried always have the shelves full and if you can't find it they will help you and they know if they have it or not The management is incredible and you couldn't ask for a better store so your ever a Darlington believe me you You want to go in there if you want a awesome experience

It is the only store in Darlington but we appreciate it because you can get basic supplies. The beer selection is a little weak but that is not the central focus of the store.

This location is the Best DG store I've entered, ever. Clean, well organized, a amazingly kind, knowledgeable employees, too. Highly recommend this place
