Kinda busy time of day @ 5pm ish 😆!! I swung in to check for TYs. Yep my wife loves them and I'm always hunting for them. Check out the pictures 📸 because they were stocked up on them. I breezed out of there by using the self check out, no need to stand in check out line!!

Both the pharmacy and the retail store are chronically and consistently understaffed.UPDATE: I'm leaving CVS after decades of having them fill all my prescriptions. I tried three times to pick up a set of four prescriptions. Each time there were unacceptably long lines forcing me to leave. Now I'm told the prescriptions have been returned to inventory.

I don't know why CVS doesn't pay attention to these low star comments because they are all true! There are a couple good pharmacy workers now but the good ones never last long. HIRE MORE PEOPLE or do SOMETHING! And calling them, good luck

Listen, it’s no secret that CVS purposefully understaffs their pharmacies. I can’t imagine having to juggle doctors, insurance companies, constantly changing regulations, (and probably the worst app and phone system I’ve ever experienced) WHILE identifying and solving customer issues! Thanks for doing it with grace!

My mom's a cancer patient for the she's been getting her pain medication at this pharmacy for a year the last three months they've been screwing her over. When it's time for her medicine to be filled rs always out of stock which puts my mother in a bad predicament. That means she's out of medicine for at least three days for the last three months. It should be common sense to order it ahead of time. They are rude. It takes hours on the phone to even reach them. Just for them to hang up

I call in my prescription first thing any morning that I need to pick it up so that it’s ready for me before I have to go to work yet I still always end up having to wait until I get off work to be able to pick it up. Nearly 14 hours after I call it in. Which means I go all day without my meds. Every time.

Pharmacy needs to be evaluated always a long line. A long wait, they told me an hour wait was done in 15 minutes when I was pulling in the driveway

The store is fine but I highly recommend you avoid going to the pharmacy especially at night because Mary will be very inconvenienced when you interrupt her hang out time with the pharmacist, who’s talking inappropriately and very unprofessionally about certain human body parts. Shame on you for needing your medication when you’re sick is how they will leave you feeling. Don’t be surprised when she gets annoyed that you’re being polite trying to figure out if she’s talking to you or the pharmacist… She’s definitely ignoring you and talking to the pharmacist and you should just know that. Also don’t be obnoxious and try to file insurance.

I wouldn't give any stars if it was available. This stupid automated service is located somewhere else because I wanted to see if CVS had a certain item and they had a one track mind talking about COVID Vaccines and tests. Is this how CVS treats it's telephone customers? I never did like CVS and like them a lot less now if this is the way they treat their customers.

The store is great. Pharmacy is the worst. They take forever to answer and when they do they are rude. They can’t even bother to call and let you know they’re out of your meds. I guess I will take my pharmacy needs somewhere else.

My sisters medication has now been at this joke of a place for 4 hours called and they said they wont be able to fill until at lest 5 or longer hey jack butts you have had more then enough time to fill a script. Dont tell me that you cant fill it because there is not a person there that can when there was someone there at 10:30 when we dropped the damn thing off

Don't ever buy a reloadable prepaid card, or any prepaid card form here. It will likely not get the amount on it you want to even work even though the receipt says it does. And their "non refundable" claim keeps you out of getting the money back. And if you try they will just tell you to call the card or company you bought the card from which leads to a whole other mess.

So rude and contradicting on everything they say. Had missing pills from my medication on numerous occasions. Will be in contact with their corporate office. I’m a nice person but they are rude!
