This place was horrible today.The men's room was filthy .Fencing is falling down .Holes in parking lot.Couldn't even sit at the picnic table that have for truck drivers.Cashier doesn't know the difference between a GPS and a Bluetooth.Very disappointed 😞

Just stopped in for some gas. It was very to use my credit card to pay at the pump. Quick and easy stop. The pump area was very neat and clean and uncluttered and well lit for added security at night. There's also a store and restrooms. They have quality gasoline at a great price.

Well...My wife and I are on the road constantly.We are transporters for a company that shuttles school buses across the US and Canada.We've been doing this for the past 4 years and we love Pilot/Flying J Travel Centers!We practically know where each one is on our route.(It helps that our boss has a corporate account with them 😁)The Rest Rooms are always clean and the selection of goodies are phenomenal!And it seems like everytime we hit the road, there's a new shop!Judging by the number of truckers and travelers that stop at the store...We all can't be wrong!Thanks for letting me share

Love this gas station! They have a great donut selection and a great coffee station as well. The pumps always work and the staff is friendly!

November 28, 2023, around 12ish…My service was so horrible, rude cashier, skip me serve others and tried to serve me cold food.Also stared me down, while she was serving others.. Very cold person…I don’t know how you can sleep at night. Every cashier in the place needs to be overhauled retrain on customer service..Especially the one working the drive through window…I waited 20 minutes for a kids meal.. Nuggets and fries… Imagine that.. if you don’t like you job, Get a new one or trade I know you want to make others miserable, but I love myself. You should try it sometimes..You are a grown woman with 6 kids, I’m sure you make your family proud….You mama’s should not work in fast food, if you want to take your worthless home issues out on innocent citizens.. Who work just as hard as you or even more…I will never come here ever again, as long as those woman are working there.. Yea my one complaint might not mean nothing, how you treat people, whatever you so reap, you will sow…..

Really wish I could give negative stars! This place is horrible and supports racism. My Black college student nephew stops here on his way to & from school. He was racially profiled during Black History Month no less, then banned from the store after they have video proof that he hadn't done anything at all. Do NOT patronize them!

This place is horrible. They racially profiled my nephew. When the cops came, they determined the situation was bigus bit we can't get an apology from these racist people. It is a shame that in 2024, a young man trying to pursue his education, and be a good person, can't get gas and snacks without being HARRASSED!

I wish I could give this place no stars @ all. A family member of mine had the most traumatic experience last Sunday, 2/3/24. He was racially profiled at this horrible establishment and even after law enforcement confirmed that no illegal activity occurred, the cashier still profiled him and even had the nerve to say that he’ll be trespassing if he ever came back. I wish I had her full name to put her on blast but her employer won’t release it and is even backing her story. I will never visit this place and I suggest you do the same.

This is a small (no longer Pilot) One9 Fuel Stop. They still honor pilot/flying j rewards. Employees both in the store and the Arby's were very nice and the food was nice and fresh. The women's restroom was clean. Don't despair if the toilet looks yellowish in the bowl.. I'm guessing they have well water here with a high iron content. Not a lot of parking for trucks and it fills up quickly. Decent stop for my 10. There is 1 handicap truck parking space.

Normally just get on to complain but despit it’s look and small size it’s a good pilot. Showers were cleaner than most pilots now a days and was greeted at the door which never happens anymore. Only suggestion for the showers for it being so small, atalisa pilot had the same issue with water getting all over the floor is shower curtains. That would stop the floors from flooding and save them time cleaning’s

Ordered a shower just now, and please everyone look at the pictures how the maintain the cleanness , I guess they only dump the trash when it's completely full and never worry about how the toilet looks like.

This is a great place to stop for gas, snacks and to use the restroom. Super friendly and helpful staff. The restrooms could be cleaner but are still pretty nice. I really wanted nachos but the thing was out of cheese so I left without.

Worst service at the Arby’s here just leaving town trying to grab some lunch and waiting 20 minutes for my food inside. While 5 other people got their food before me. Then when I asked about it they said they told the cook to start cooking them. So they hadn’t even started my meal.

Best squeegee I’ve ever used. Never heard of One9 before, but clean pump/store/restrooms, friendly employees, and I don’t think I’ve ever left a gas station with a cleaner windshield. This place is special!

This travel center is one9 network… pilot .They have showers , clean bathrooms and with space enough, I ate in Arby’s good.. attention was good , the parking is small but I find a free spot , ( I arrived by 4 pm and they have free spots available and they have private parking for 15$ … all good BTW I called before to ask about it is q Pilot and other questions and the lady was kind and answered all my doubts thanks a lot!!

Ive been to a lot of Pilots in my 25 years of driving a truck and this Pilot was hands down the cleanest I've ever seen. The coffee area looked like a show room. Everything was stocked and shining! Give those girls a raise!

I had a good experience at Pilot Travel Center. We stopped so my children could use the restroom. The restrooms we're clean and in good condition. The convenience store section seemed to have a good selection. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is in reference to the traffic flow. All the pumps logically are 1 way traffic then parking in front of the pumps for the convenience store and then a maze to get out back into Highway 63. It would be difficult to navigate the passenger automobile section if pulling a trailer. Otherwise a good experience.

This is a pretty good truck stop and there pretty often because it's in the middle of all the destinations that I frequent, there is good coffee, hot and cold food plus an Arby's on the inside also.
