I have been working with John S. at Limeberry Lumber in trying to get a Thermatru window with a broken seal replaced since last July, 2023. After numerous emails and phone call after phone call, he has raised the price of the window by over $800. He could not find the original quote and was very unresponsive to my emails or phone calls. Extremely disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend them or Thermatru.

Super helpful with great selection of Big Green Eggs. They have enormous patience with me while I debated the options and set-up I wanted. There was no high pressure sales and I felt like they listened to what I needed/wanted in a smoker. They even provided a military discount! Highly recommend!

I have used Limeberry since relocating from Nashville and like their customer service, but they recently showed me how top-notch they are. I was trying to finish my garden path and needed more bags of pea gravel. The open sign was on, but they were locking the door and the garage and gate had been closed. Everyone was ready to vacate the building and after working for 44 years, I could certainly relate. They opened the garage for me to drive through and they loaded the 7 bags of pea gravel in my car. Everyone from the man at the door, the cash register, and the men who loaded the gravel did it cheerfully so I didn't feel like I had slowed them down from getting home and enjoying their holiday weekend. I wish all businesses carried the same work ethics. Thank you, Limeberry!

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable staff. Prices on hardware are slightly higher than other "big name" stores, but I'd still rather go here than home depot or lowes. Definitely recommend.

Great small town hardware store and lumber yard. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. When I go in there with a question, experienced folks have answers. When I go to the big box stores, I get inexperienced teenagers without answers. So I choose this place, hands down over the other places for the experienced and friendly staff.

Great help from one of the guys just walking through to turn in some paperwork from out back. It just wasn't telling me where something was it was going there to find what would work best for my project with his experience, tks for the military discount, means alot.

Have lived in Corydon for one year this place consistently has the worst customer service that I have experienced in the entire town. Just went in for the 3rd time to make a purchase. Employers up at the counter laughing and joking. One blond hair lady looked right at me then turned away. I walked out went to Home Depot in New Albany. I will not be back.

Another RUDE encounter at Limeberry. First thing they did was snap that they didn't have the brand of paint we wanted. My wife wanted to have the color match but they wanted to argue with her about how expensive the paint was instead. You would think it would be the customer's job to complain about the price of the paint, not the customer service person. I just don't get it, and in a small town like Corydon no less.

Great friendly staff always helpful but about everything there is third more in cost of anywhere else I can honestly drive home depo or lowes and still save money even factoring in my gas 2 go farther away

For being one of the few hardware stores in town, their selection of tools left me wanting more. My husband has also said the lumber here is more expensive than some other similar stores.I will say they have very helpful staff everytime I have gone in. Always willing to help me look for the tool I need and load heavier items into my truck for me.

Checked their website for pool filter sand it was advertised for $12.49 pickup in store went to get the sand and it was $14.99 per bag showed counter man the advertised price on the website he said they didn't have that brand anymore I paid the higher price and went to load up the sand and found out it was the exact sand advertised I went back in and told them after a few excuses he offered a refund but I decided to leave and never shop there again they should of honor their advertised price when I first went in the store.

Have never been impressed with this place. Customer service is ok but way over priced and aren’t open enough especially if u need something late or on the wknds. To be in a small town I would think they would want to help their town save money and not have to drive so far to another store so most of the time we just go to Home Depot.

Overpriced, and terrible service. I had over $200 worth of things in my cart and was told by someone behind the counter that his register was closed and I would have to wait for someone else. Nobody else came for 5 minutes so I walked out. I'll never be back. I'd rather go to Home Depot or Lowe's.

Staff seems snooty and smug. Website is useless. You can't look at products or pricing for ANYTHING ......there is nothing on the website......makes it impossible to even consider shopping here for materials when you want to price check first.

I've been to this location twice, both times I was treated like a dumb women. Once, two of the men even laughed about my plan together. I will not be returning. I'd rather drive to New Albany or Clarksville.

Prices here are higher than the Limeberry lumber store at highlander point. Arrogant and smug seems to be the corydon way. Sad since my family is from corydon.
