I love this shop.... First time in the other day... My husband is switching from cigarettes to vape .. trying to quit. The guy in the shop went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned giving us information about the Mr Fog he was interested in... Definitely will go back... I recommend this little shop for all your smoking needs...and then some. Store was super clean as well. Glad I found this little shop.

I Love this place!! The staff have always been friendly and they have a huge selection that should satisfy any customer that works in the door. They’re the only ones that carry my vape and flavor. When they realized I was a returning customer in search of my favorite flavor, they always have it ordered and in stock!!!!

These guys always know me when dropping in and continue to stock with what I usually buy. They also introduce me to something I might like because they remember what I come in to get. Some of the best pricing around. Glad I found this place. Don’t have to run around anymore trying to find what I’m looking for!

This is our Go-To vape store. The gentleman who is behind the counter is always super kind and helpful, with great customer service! Their prices are really good, and their rewards program saves us a lot of money on top of the value they already offer. They keep what we like in stock, and they have a lot of options to choose from!They also have CBD dog treats. Our Basset Hound is a total basket case with fireworks and thunder storms. We gave their CBD dog treats a try, and they made a night and day difference. I highly recommend this store!

Love, love, LOVE this shop! The people are super friendly and helpful every time I visit. I'm in there weekly and always leave satisfied! This is the only smoke shop I’ve ever been to where I’ve almost been refused service because the guy working thought I had a fake ID. I’m well over 21, and wasn’t even buying tobacco. He made me show him my college ID on top of that and was still hesitant to sell the charger to me. I won’t be back to this location. I shouldn’t feel like a criminal when I’m buying a charger. Do better and take some notes from your Jeffersonville location👏

Waited outside when they were suppose to be open for 20 min and no one showed up. Difficult to get stuff in stock that they promised me they would have back for MONTHS. They have good prices and they are polite, that’s about it.

HOLY GUACAMOLE BATMAN!! The WORST I mean WORST most atrocious customer service I've ever received in my life from anywhere on the planet! I presented myself as respectful and kind to the morbidly obese man (just so people know who I'm referring to)working the register and he was extremely withdrawn and reluctant to offer service for some reason, like I killd his puppy in a past life. I understand this town has less than favorable characters that don't want the shop here but why treat your customers that actually need and want you here like utter and complete scum. I've been here multiple times in the past as well and was always encouraged to get a receipt in case I was pulled over after leaving. Was told that multiple times and this guy tried to refuse me my receipt saying they usually don't give them to customers. WHHHHAAAAAA!! LOL NEVER GOING BACK! Lazy possum here I come!

Just went into the store to get a vape. The clerk at the counter was eating chicken wings from Domino’s next door. He was throwing his finished bones on the counter he was visibly upset that I needed to check out while he was eating. He then wiped his fingers on his shirt and retrieved my product from the shelve and pretty much threw it in the counter at me. After I finished my purchase and leaving he started cussing about how bad his food was he then shoved all the chicken bones into the trash can grabbed his box of food and rushed out the door to go to domino’s. As I was getting in my car to leave he went into domino’s and started yelling at the staff inside of Dominos.
