I have 2 male cats who eat pate and I had placed a an order for 7 cases of cat food. All went fine, I got each case for $6.00 each. I set up the time to pick them up and the very next day I got a text message and an email letting me know that they cancelled my order. I looked for every possible reason. I went back on the mobile app and sure enough, the cases were still listed on their site for sale. No explanation, nothing. This was the second time I went through their app. Something or someone isn't working right. But it needs to be fixed. Not impressed at ALL!

I suggest avoiding self checkout at this location, I've noticed every time I've been in here they accuse the customer of theft and say they don't feel right and need to watch the camera after they walk out. Definitely unprofessional staff. If they are that concerned why even have self checkout open?

Lady was slightly rude. Had to return item bought. She didn't give us our sales slip when we left store. Was rude to my son about the sales slip, we hadn't been gone 10 minutes from store. He told her she didn't give it to us or even ask if we wanted it either. Told him he didn't have to be rude. Which he was only stating a fact.

The employee i ask, that was doing stalk, didn't know where to find what i was looking for, she had to go look too. I'm not from the area, so i wasn't sure where things were. The line was very long and only had one cashier who was slow. Glad i do not have to deal with that store. One a positive note, the store was clean and nicer than the one that is in my hometown

This store is poorly stocked. The arrangement of the aisles is cluttered and inconvenient. The overall appearance of this establishment is not in keeping with the usual Dollar General image. Be careful not to forget any of your items, when checking out. The staff will let you leave items behind, even if you don't leave quickly. This store should not be recommended.

Went in to look for one thing. Asked cashier and she acted like I ruined her day by asking a question. Then got rude about it. Store was dirty. Not a very good layout at all. A waste of time.

I bought a 12 pack of sodas for points for a promotion that the soda company and Dollar General was having. Though I bought them during the promotional time, when I got home to upload the receipt I got an error that the promotion is no longer active. After waiting a few days to get a response about this and I didn't, I took them back. The cashier argued with me that she cannot give me a refund as they do not refund for food items. I told her there is no reason for me to pay $5 for the sodas when I can buy them at Wal Mart for $3. She still refused. I told her to call the manager that I will not leave until I get a refund as I bought them there simply for the promotion. She called and left him a message. After arguing over this issue, showing her my email from the promotion he finally called her back and told her to refund my money. I doubt I will EVER shop this location ever again, the woman was rude!

The clerks are wonderful and the prices are good. The only thing they need is an electric door. It's tough getting your shopping cart out of that door without having the door slam on your ankles.

Favorite dollar store in Corydon was my previous review with 5 stars. Now you get a 3 star because on Oct. 10th 2019 whoever was working as cashier at 11:20 was very rude and pretty much ignored me while I sat at the register for 5 minutes while she finished stocking. Still like the store might want to remind cashiers that customers are the reason they have a job!

Love shopping at Dollar General. Only negative thing was the loud music playing that the cashier turned on. Not everyone has the same taste in music and I think stores shouldn't play any!

Dollar General is a great place to shop. Good selection of products and great prices and unusual items that you won't find anywhere else. It's a quick stop if you are in a hurry and pressed for time.

The CSR apparently doesn't like her job! She is very unfriendly, doesn't welcome customers to the store and in my opinion she needs customer service training and a job where she doesn't have to deal with the public . And she left one of my item out of the bag I had to go back and get it.I will go to Family Dollar from now on, they welcome you to the store.

Place is very dirty. Out of cat food large cans. They havent put any cat food out for over a week. Therewas merchandise stacked everywhere making it difficult to get around.
