My Dr. Called in 90 day supply for inhalers. They gave me 1 for a months and told me it was an insurance problem so i Called Anthem Insurance and explained. so they called the Cvs pharmacy and cvs told them it was the Dr.s office fault. Could have been a little problem but they choose to lie instead of addressing the real problem that they messed up. Very rude liars at that CVS.

Got a couple texts saying my prescription was ready. I show up and wait in the line 10 customers deep. One person is working two registers in the pharmacy trying to get people through the line faster. In the pharmacy line, I could hear very disgruntled pharmacy employees that were complaining amongst themselves loud enough for the line of customers hear. Finally got to the front of the line to be told my prescription was still in process. Why do I have multiple texts saying it is complete and ready for pickup? If it wasn't done I would have come back another day. Medication was for a blood thinner, which is not a medication that I can play around with missing, or I develop blood clots. Not that they care, answer the phones, or help transfer it to a competent pharmacy. New to the area and CVS was my pharmacy prior to moving. This is not how my old CVS operated. Very disappointed and will be switching to somewhere adequately staffed.

Literally the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. No one ever answers the phone, and you can't leave a message because their voice mail box is full most of the time. A good portion of the employees in the pharmacy are beyond rude, and will treat you like garbage.They fill prescriptions when they're told not to, they refuse to help you transfer your prescriptions to another pharmacy and tell you to have your new pharmacy contact them... to which they don't answer the phones and their voicemail box is full... Just today i walked in there and over heard an employee tell someone they can either fill all their prescriptions there or none at all, and all pharmacy's are like that. I've never heard of that in my life.It's honestly amazing how this place is still in business.

The lady Donna and Monica are the absolute rudest people I’ve ever meet in my life they make cvs look horrible made my husband wait 2 hrs just to do it we set and waited and they for real with held his med that was already filled for 2 hrs just to be rude his medicine is not something that she should be doing that to it could have triggered him and it would have been them 2 rude women’s fault people that work in a pharmacy should have a little compassion and empathy they was pure hateful and rude treated us like drug addicts and we will never use that place again!!!! They don’t even deserve 1 star for real they don’t deserve any at all horrible staff. Wasn’t only toward us they also had a elderly lady almost in tears Donna was being rude and condescending it was awful she shouldn’t be working in the public treating folks the way she does.

Expect to be on hold if you call, 25 min and counting.... 50/50 on staff some very helpful and polite, the rest grumpy and unhelpful. I was literally able to drive to the location while in hold, and the place was empty!

the phone lines have got to have a call back system in place like how most doctor offices do i have been on hold during their opening hours for at most 2 hours last time ive stayed on hold

WORST PHARMACY EVER. Have to wait 2 hours to get my prescription and they never have any scripts. In pain and can’t even get my medicine have to wait two DAYS to get it. And they can’t even answer the phone. This pharmacy is the biggest joke. Don’t even deserve one star.

Had a prescription sent over after my ER visit. Took them 2 days to get my prescription done. The automated system said Tuesday (today at 4pm) but wasn’t ready until 5pm. Waited on the phone for 20 mins to talk to someone about transferring my script to a closer location because I do not live in Corydon but couldn’t seem to get through to anyone. Had my girlfriend pick up my prescription at 4pm on Tuesday. After waiting an additional hour they said “we’re behind” if you’re two days behind maybe you should consider closing this sorry store permanently. I about cut my finger off and it takes 2, TWO days to get and antibiotic to prevent infection. What a dang joke.

They bought out a local pharmacy thus increasing their workload to where they cannot talk on phone and you can't get your prescriptionds, Great!!! CVS has healed me! No more presciptions, doctors, nor anything! They are like GODS1111111

My wife tried for over an hour to call the pharmacy and never had a person ever answer the calls. Arrived at the store 30 minutes before closing because I had to work late and my wife had to stand in line for another 30 minutes to be told to come back tomorrow that he would not fill the prescription because she didn't call to have it filled (doctor sends prescription electronically) and they were closed. Didn't matter to the pharmacist that she was there in line 30 minutes before closing. Caused unnecessary suffering for my wife overnight for her pain medication not being filled. Very unethical and pharmacist could care less about the patients.

Never had a problem at this store. They always answer the phone when you call and they fill prescriptions quickly I have been going there for over 7 years and have never once had a problem.

They never have prescriptions ready... even HOURS after prescription was sent from the doctor. There is always a long line so you end up waiting 10-20 min only to be told your prescription will be ready in an hour. This is the place happiness goes to die.

I have always had a good experience. They carry the best generic brand for my medication need. I agree that they are understaffed, which has led to long wait times. This is not the employees’ fault. Once they are properly staffed- they’ll get 5 stars from me. :)

This place is a joke it doesn't take 5 hours to feel up meds and they said they wont feel them up until the other one that goes through I cant take this anymore I'm sicker then a dog right now and this cough is getting worse. Save your time and go somewhere else. I will make sure I go somewhere else don't go there it will take over 2 or 3 day. They need better works that will do the job and not take 5 hours to get the meds ready for people.

If I could give them a zero I would. Everytime we have to get meds here its a problem. They lose perceptions, when they don't lose them it takes hours or days to get them filled. The line is always to the door. Super super slow. No room for the amount of people always in the building. They never know anything, never their fault. Save your self the trouble, and time, just go to Walmart.

Never knew getting an Rx would be so darned difficult. First, my script called for qty 4. That means 4 vials. Instead, they gave me 2 vials of 2 mLs, totalling 4mLs. When I questioned it, they treated me like a junkie, although it's a NON controlled substance. Requested my refill, got a text confirmation that it was ready. Came to pick it up, they said it was too soon. The medicine it was too soon for refill, was a totally different medication, but with a slightly similar name. Total bunch of bumbling idiots! It's a good thing I can read, because apparently they cannot.

Just switched our prescriptions to CVS from Walgreens. Abe was very informative about our prescriptions that no dr or pharmacist has ever given us before. Prices are alot cheaper than any other pharmacy as well! Ty Abe!!!

Each visit is exceptionally pleasant, staff is always close by to answer any questions and check out goes smoothly and efficiently. Shelves always neatly stocked !! This is a great CVS location!

I was having a procedure done on a Monday.Took script on Friday to get filled for the ore surgery.Went Saturday and it wasn't done,went in Sunday and was told they didn't have the stuff to fill it.I had to start talk g it at 1 pm that day.I went to another pharmacy and they let me know right away they were out of that med.I contacted the pharmacy in another town and they filled it for me in 20 min..Too bad CVS in corydon could n0t be told me on Saturday.Never had I been treated so badly and showing no concern for the customer.They should all be fired except the 2 girls working on Sunday who helped me.Horrible experience.
