Friendly down home atmosphere, plus good selection and prices with the best help in town. The staff is just wonderful, by far the friendliest kindest employees in town, I go every week just as much because of the employees as much as anything. Love this store

Decent selection, although I did see a lot of bare shelves and couldn't find what I was looking for.Staff wasn't very helpful. Clerk was leaned over the counter next to the register looking at his cell phone during the time I visited. When I asked for help, he didn't know what I was looking for, even though it is a common clover seed. He tried to tell me to look back in animal feeds.

Great experience. Employee' were exemplary. Very helpful, polite, and friendly. My experience with a woman named Christy, and Ashley were great. They went out of their way to make me feel important and I would %100 refer my friends and family to their store. Thank you also for asking my input which also makes me feel like an important customer.

This place was absolutely no help. They looked at me crazy when I asked for help. I was looking for a line piercing tool to add freon. The lady said they stopped carrying ALL TOOLS. I let her know that I would be sure to let my friends, (all of you) know that they no longer sold tools. She then replied with "don't let the door hit ya in the" well I honestly couldn't tell ya what she said next cause the door had already closed, but I'm sure I could guess. What is wrong with customer service these days? People are so rude and hateful. Some people weren't meant to work with the public. If your job makes you unhappy, change!!! You only live once:)

We went for a couple items in the ad and were able to get 1. The other item never came in. They don't seem to be able to provide rain checks. We shop here regular and this has been my first challenge. We really like the store and the people are always friendly.

The only place local that carries"do rags" for construction workers.My husband had an ATV accident that nearly scalped him.We had a special occasion at church and he didn't want to wear a ball cap. We thought of these and met a former employee at tractor supply who said that orschelns had them! So grateful!

Only one employee was wearing a mask while speaking to me. I was directed to a manager who did not even attempt to wear a mask. I asked if they were supposed to and she said yes they are supposed to.... no other employees wear masks. Everything is dusty and dirty. I used to love going there but I give up. I’ll pay more at Limeberry but at least I feel safe there.

The employees are too lazy to assist customers and or don't know their job. I ask if they have any pellets for a wood smoker and the answer was I know we carry them but idk if we have any. Then sent on my way. Won't return.

Have a good selection of items & employees are knowledgeable & friendly & helpful . Merchandise could be more spread out, it would be a lot easier to shop and find what you're looking for. I shop there often.

We as a family do quite a bit of shopping at the local Farm places. Orscheln's is probably one of our favorite places to go because they always seem to be stocked. That's why they have three stars the other reason they have three stars is they have a very nasty associate whose name is Samantha who can't crack a smile to save her life. She's very very nasty and probably should be fired.I certainly wouldn't want to hire her to be an interactive person with the public at my place of business.Not only did she have a very bad attitude but she has a tendency to snatch things from people and just be a very nasty person. Makes you think Orschelns just doesn't want your business.
