I've been meaning to post this for a while. As many of you know, some days it's a total struggle to take a toddler shopping with you. This was one of those days... my child was mid meltdown, and I was ready to join her. Hannah made our shopping experience that day AMAZING. She offered to let my two year old "help her" on the computer and help her write. It made my daughter stop crying which helped me so much. She was so friendly and I have thought often about how much it helped me that day. Excellent customer service. She went above and beyond!

Most of the staff are FRIENDLY and know what their talking about. Only had 1 issue with a middle aged women running the cash register last week whom didn't know the policy on price matching. Which upset me as I spend thousands of dollars here ever month or two. Need to save what I can as my chickens are my job and hobby I love and it's becoming ridiculous when they won't price match me a few dollars difference when their policy clearly states they can as long as its not a third party company. But besides that,the elderly man who works the cash register is by far my favorite part about the store all together...

Absolutely loved my visit to tractor today. The assistant manager Carol was a joy to deal with. She was very nice and asked if I needed any help right from the start. Definitely need more employee like her. Made my visit fantastic. I think alot of employees could learn customer service from her. Thanks Carol you rock. 👍👍👍👍👍

Rude staff and they never have anything in stock. Lines are long because people like to sit and gab. I prefer the drive to Richmond where they're a lot friendlier and helpful. I honestly can't believe all the positive reviews. Must be distant cousins.

I used the petvet to get my pitbull Toha his rabies shot. The petvet comes once a month and offers a number of different services. They were the most professional and kind hearted people. They were informative about what was going to happen every step and was gentle as well. We were seen quickly and they are affordable for everyone. I paid $30 for the rabies shot that would have cost me roughly $70-80 if I had went to the veterinarian. I have always bought the vaccinations from tractor supply and given them at home. Staff is always available and helpful. Any product I have went in for is always in stock. An all around pleasant experience with the store and the petvet.

I normally go here for chicken feed.Prices can get a bit high but it's worth it for my chickens. MOST The staff is actually funny and playful although some need to be more educated on the things they sell.

Came in for regular supplies and needed since assistance. Asked the older man at the register for some help and was told "sorry I'm the only person here, I can't help". So he just continued to stand there and talk to two other employees who had clocked out. And I left.

Associate let me know he was not knowledgeable about fencing, so he immediately got his supervisor who was extremely helpful. Always have had friendly service. Can be a little pricey on some items.

Checkout lady, long black hair, braided. Extremely rude, horrible attitude. Either hates people or hates her job. I'm nice everything, doesn't matter. Im never going back.

Wondered around the store. Multiple employees around. Not one asked me if I needed help finding anything or acknowledged I was there. Store was clean well stocked and had a decent selection of what I was looking for. Staff should be more attentive or at the very least say hi.

My kids and I love this place from the long lasting clothes, jackets, hats, gloves to the wonderful smelling candles, wax melts, and home decor to the tools and of course the farm supplies, animal feed and my kids favorite section TOYS!

I wish they had a better sporting goods selection. Rural King has them beat there,. I am impressed with the 4 health dog food and other pet supplies.

Love tractor supply. Everything is very affordable d local is a big advantage to me considering I would have to drive 40 + miles to another tractor supply company.

Although they frequently run out of one item I typically buy, they've got just about everything you might need. They are a little pricier than other farms stores, but those are too far away for my trouble.
