No bananas, grapes looked like they were making wine (every bag was smashed up), and making the visit worse was grabbing a product that had some kind of adhesive all over it so off to the bathroom to wash my hands were I found both soap dispensers broke (not operational), and no paper towels to dry my hands. Doesn't surprise me being 47331.

Shopping here is wonderful. Love the staff super sweet and always friendly and helpful. The store is clean, and produce is a bit limited for selection but fresh.Would love to see, living basil all the time since pre cut wilts so stinking fast. Papaya sometimes would be nice too. I eat some and share with my toucanet. ❤️

Love this store but the bagger mystic needs to lose her job. She was rude as could be, tossed our groceries in our cart without a care. Got home to a busted water that drenched our groceries and back seat of my truck! She needs to go!

Rude. Defensive employee. I called their phone to see when they closed . Recorded message says 11:00, I went there and found out they're closing in 5 minutes ...10:00 not 11:00. So I told the person the recording on phone is wrong. At first she didn't believe me then says she just works there and doesnt have not to do with phones. I wasn't doing anything but bringing it to their attention. She acts like I was blaming her. I thought I was being careful and nice about it. Still rude and defensive

Clean and well stocked but very little selection. Store is so small compared to other locations. Pharmacy is excellent, bathrooms are clean and staff is friendly and helpful. No gas station to use fuel points.

This is a pretty great grocery store for its location. The produce department is seriously lacking in selection and quality however the organics are usually pretty on par, and they typically have some killer clearance sections especially in the liquor department. The self check out however is the hellhole of the store. No one is watching it and when they do you still end up waiting and waiting and waiting some more if you need an attendant.

I love Kroger but I particularly love this Kroger. The people here have great service and they seem to have very low turnover. the store is well-stocked and clean. Though the last time I visited the bathrooms were filthy, which was unusual. So filthy I decided not to even use the bathroom despite really having to go. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that they'll address this problem

Absolutely no excuse to purchase hamburger on Saturday and planned on cooking it Sunday (the next day). I take it out of the refrigerator to make meatloaf on Sunday and it was a nasty brown color but the date on it said it was just fine! I've heard stories from employees that use to work at this location! Need to clean up management in order to get your employees to actually work! We weren't the only ones returning meat at that time! SMH! Out dated can food, frozen food, etc. Don't forget those special discounts! Thinking Corporate needs to spend some much needed time at this location!

Love Connersville Kroger. Employees, even while I shop from 8:00pm till 10:30pm, are always helpful and nice. I have an anxiety disorder and love shopping at night here. Keep up the good work. (Kroger higher ups... did you give out bonuses? If not, you should).

Store is setup for easy n quick flow. Prices were higher than where I usually make my purchases but there is a wider variety of products at Kroger. Undecided of I'll return again.

I buy my groceries at the Kroger store in Connersville, IN. I have been buying my groceries there for over 20 years. I have spent thousands of dollars there over the years. Today Saturday January 14th, 2016. We bought 160 dollars worth of groceries. We shop with our 8 year old boy and 2 year old girl. We were checking out in a line with a cashier by the name of Matilda. Our daughter who is 2 like a lot of toddlers let out a big scream and a couple more little ones like most 2 year old's do. Matilda who was checking us out immediately yelled out a scream as loud as our 2 year old did and covered her ears. Everyone in the store was looking at us. If that wasn't humiliating enough she told us to move our daughter down from her. Then while still checking us out she kept shaking her head and complaining about her ears. She was clearly making a huge deal out of nothing. If she can't handle a few screams from a child she should not be a damn cashier. She was even complaining about it to the next person in line after us while still checking us out. I am so pissed off about this I will never set foot in Kroger again. I will take my thousands of dollars you would have made over the years to someone else that values their customers. This lady acted worst than my 2 year old daughter and she is a grown ass women. What the hell are you teaching your employees that they think this behavior is okay? I will make sure everyone at the local hospital I work at knows this story too. That's about 2,000 people. She was clearly overreacting and acting like a child. I expect that from my 2 year old but not a grown ass women. I would like to know what you as the Ceo plan on doing about this if you even care? The store is currently a mess. Hopefully, it will improve the grocery over all when they complete this renovation.I often find outdated food throughout the store. I have addressed that with management.The deli has been terrible since the day the store opened. For the most part, the deli is understaffed, and the workers are not friendly. The few salads offered always have a dried film on the top. In the summer, their are often numerous flies in the deli area crawling on the slicers. Again, I have spoken to Kroger management in the store about that.Also, completely understaffed is the pharmacy. The pharmacy appears to often be in a chaotic state.I only go to Kroger's when it is absolutely necessary. Could it be that since Connersville is such an impoverished small town, coporate Kroger's does not hold this store up to the standards of other Kroger's?Instead of, "Let's go Krogering," I prefer our new IGA at all times!
