Every single time I call this pharmacy to get assistance with my mothers medication refills, or to ask a question, the Pharmacy Tech (female) that answers the phone is SO hateful. This has happened at least 5 times in the last 2 months. Customer service at this location is HORRIBLE - I would highly recommend taking your prescriptions to Wal-Mart or ANY other pharmacy in town than this one unless you want to be treated like dirt and told that you are a problem for bothering them by calling their phone. If I could rate zero stars I would. I will be filing a complain with the BBB, as people who work in customer service should not be allowed to speak to people this way.

I was looking for a late Christmas gift and nail polish for a Christmas event tomorrow. I grabbed the nail polish and had to look around for a bit to find anything I was looking for, and an employee or manager came up to me and my friend and said “are you guys going to buy anything because y’all have been walking around everywhere in this store.” I set my items down and we left. Lost my business, do better.

me my friend and boyfriend went to CVS tonight about 8 oclock and my friend was doing last minute Christmas shopping and asked us to tag along to help her walk it home we didnt mind to. So anyways when we got to the store we started looking around everywhere looking for toys and seeing if there was anything there she wanted to buy for the kids she couldnt find anything and we was looking threw trying to find nail polish and possibly hair dye. she found the finger nail polish she wanted and as i went to grab the hairdye a lady who worked there came up to us and said “are you guys gonna buy anything because yall been walking around the whole store.” LADY THIS IS A STORE can people not look? i looked at her and said yeah were about to buy this and my friend looked at me and said no were not buying anything here so we set our stuff down and left. then proceeded to tell people including my boyfriend that she was going to call the cops. she not only was she rude to us she also embarrassed us! I cannot stand rude people. that is one place we will never go back to.

CVS Connersville has the nastiest bathrooms in the country. They never get cleaned. The trash cans are overflowing. There is stuff on the baby change tables. Really disappointing.

Emloyees are always so nice and helpful. Shelves are usually clean and fully stocked. Only bad experiences ive had are in reguards to rewards card. Cant get my script awards to work still and nobody seems to be able to help.

Every time I come into this particular CVS you guys are always out of everything. I was trying to buy Excedrin and not only did you guys not have any Excedrin, you didn't have any migraine related medications out on your shelves except one or two kinds out of probably 20 that you are supposed to carry. CVS is the only place I can find Aspririn free Exedrin but you are the only store that never has this specific Exedrin. I've also noticed the same issue with plenty of other items whether it is medicine related, food related or whatever. You guys are always under stocked on items you should always have available to customers. I hope you guys resolve this issue so customers like myself dont have to try somewhere to find what we are looking for.

I would give 5 stars but they can't keep this place clean. Trashy cigarette butts piled up in the corners of the lot as you walk in. Litter in the grassy areas. Clean it up!Aside from that they have items that Walmart doesn't sell, unique gifts, snack heaven, alcohol, candy, and health care items. Big pharma in back with a drive-thru.
