Great experience! I host monthly Wine Wednesday for Hikerbabes of Southern Indiana, and this was a new to us, winery!We hiked at Hardy Lake, and then made a 20ish minute drive to Stream Cliff.We did not get to experience the farm in it's "full-ness," as we had all traveled to this area of Southern IN, and with it being a weekday had to beat traffic to get home, BUT we did enjoy lunch and a wine tasting! And you know we took home bottles!It is dog friendly, but dogs must remain on the patio & under the table for dining, and are not allowed in any of the buildings.

Stopped for a wine tasting and lunch. Lunch was absolutely delicious! We both had chicken salad sandwiches. The wine was so good. We enjoyed a glass and just sat outside then bought a couple bottles for home. Everyone who worked there was extremely nice and friendly. I definitely recommend this place!

This was such an incredible experience. We first ate at the Twigs and Sprigs restaurant and the food was phenomenal. For an appetizer we got the focaccia bread with olive oil and it was delightfully subtle. I had the salmon sandwich special of the day and it was by far the most delicious thing I've ever eaten (and I'm picky). We got cheesecake for dessert, which was perfectly flavored and creamy. Then, we walked around the gardens and greenhouses which were so peaceful and beautifully maintained. There's an incredible selection of herbs and flowers to purchase (I've never seen so many kinds of mint and basil!) and when we went to pay for the plants I got to chat with the herb garden owner and grower herself! I'm so excited to come back often this summer and take as many gardening classes as I can manage. This was definitely worth the drive. I'm recommending this to all my friends and family. I didn't try the wine but, with the standards of everything else here, I'm sure it's superb.

Our server Bree was wonderful! She was so sweet and nice to talk to. Excellent service and excellent conversation. The food is also wonderful, anything you have will be amazing. The dessert is also amazing. We had the toadstool monster, bread pudding and the lemon layer, all are amazing. They also have fresh squeezed lemonade, fruit teas, and excellent appetizers.Around the area they have multiple shops and gardens. Everyone working is very helpful and so friendly! I got a cute little cat cement statue and some tea from the gift shop. They also sell lots of plants and they have so many varieties of mint! There are lots of other herbs and flowers and succulents too. Everything is beautiful! The picture is from one of the trails you can take to get to the chapel where they have weddings sometimes I think. I definitely recommend going here!!

We had a wonderful time here. Tammy was very knowledgeable about the wine tasting. Chocolate truffles hit the spot. Next time we will try the dinning area out. Oh, don’t forget to get a wine slushy.

Out of the way gem worth the drive! Really fresh food in tea room! Had a delightful vegetable soup & meat salad trio, enough for two! Husband had the caprese with salmon also very delicious! They have iced earl grey tea! Nice place to take mom/grandma's. Herbs are pretty with a nice walking path. Antique mall is very teeny with hardly any antiques though. Wine is okay, they charge per tastings which are teeny and they don't grow there own grapes but fun to taste & get a special bottle -guaranteed to like one because they have like 20 wines. This would be lovely for a wedding, which they have a barn for.

My family had the best day! Lunch was delicious, especially the birdseed pasta! And we enjoyed walking through all the gardens and beautiful flowers. We'll definitely be back! Stream Cliff is always a great experience. 😊

Such an enchanting and whimsical and interesting and beautiful experience. The history and the family and the Food and the Wine. The handmade ornamental treasures that are throughout the gorgeous Gardens. It doesn't look like much when you pull in, but once you come past the front yard it's a wonderland. The folks who run this property are friendly and inviting and helpful and knowledgeable. And I came in the fall. I can only imagine how amazing it looks here in the spring! I'll be back for sure.

Amazing place. Beautiful grounds with the gardens, good wine, but amazing food. Everything seemed like it was made there with amazing flavors. Even down to the bread. Dessert was great and lemonade was uniquely delicious. Must visit place.

An absolutely gem of place, in Indiana! Charming, inviting, and just beautiful! We enjoyed our Mother's birthday here, and it was just perfect...in every way! The food was fresh, and delicious, and service top notch! And, we stopped by the winery after lunch! We all love coming here!!

As a wedding photographer, this venue had lots of great features for shots. The couple enjoyed their ceremony on the lawn and getting cozy for portraits together in the woodsy areas.

Made a trip to Stream Cliff today. Went to Twig Restaurant to eat. Put our name on list at 10:30, ladies told us to come back in an hour at 11:30. We went back about 15 to 20 minutes before 11:30 and they said they had called our name 20 minutes before we got there. They told us we'd get the next available table so we had to wait again. We had this same problem the last time we were there getting seated. They need a better system or way to let people know their table is ready.

Love this place! Wonderful food, beautiful setting. The nursery is full of so many indoor and outdoor plants, herbs, garden decor. Enjoyed a wine slushie with our friends in the comfy chairs on the covered outdoor patio. Well worth the trip to Commiskey. Such a great place to spend an afternoon!

This is a wonderful place to spend a few hours. The gardens are delightful, the restaurant has excellent food with reasonable prices. The shops are small but well packed, the wine was tasty, and the greenhouse still had plants to sell. Parking is easy. Even on a Friday, business was brisk.

We always go on Mother's day, rain or shine, and for two years in a row it's been rain! But the place is still beautiful and the winery is a great stop to get out of the rain. Always find new and unusual herbs and other plants. It's a fun day trip and almost the whole family goes. A destination not to be missed if you like walking around gardens with ponds and this year lots of frogs!

A real treasure in Indiana. We’ve been here several times over the years, but this year, despite the pandemic, they’re better than ever. A couple of weeks ago, we shopped for plants, and had a wonderful conversation while tasting wines. At closing time, the owners suggested their daughter’s restaurant in North Vernon, made reservations for us and led us to a great dinner at Crimson Oaks. We returned this past weekend, again loaded up on plants, and had a late lunch in the tea room (with a fine bottle of wine) and enjoyed a reuben, club sandwich and fresh berry cobbler, great service and feel like we are among good friends.

I have been there several times. Wine is excellent. Gardens beautiful. Animals are nice and the greenhouse plants are for sale. Very good place to eat and very reasonable price. I love to browse in the shops and I love the bottles with the horses on them. My husband and I take day trips from Indy several times a year. Nice place to sit an enjoy a bottle of wine while you are there.

I have been going to Stream Cliff Farm for years. Wonderful restaurant, beautiful flower gardens, plants and winery. Took my sister for the first time for lunch. She had the pulled pork and I had the cilantro chicken. My sister really enjoyed her first time.Both meals were excellent. Very easy drive. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful experience on every visit.After wandering around the quilt garden we enjoyed the Sprigs Tea Room with all the varieties of food flavored with their fresh herbs. To the Wine Barn for the true taste of the vines. We had 4 samples free then made our selection to sit & enjoy. A MUST DO!!
