Unfortunately had a negative interaction in Target. Poorly labeled items caused me to spend more than I really needed just to make the amount for the discount. Checkout cashier was very unhelpful and showed no initiative to help remedy the situation even after explaining it to him three different times. Then to just be done with his help I bought the items and went to customer service where I was told that the items were non refundable and could not return them along with telling me certain things applied to the sign posted. It would have solved a lot of this communication problem if things were labeled properly if there are stipulations to the signs posted. I felt like they were just trying to take more of peoples money and that’s not the Target I know and love.

Hard to get good help these days... I mean they're only getting $15/hr. (detect the note of sarcasm) I feel so sorry for them, not! Target's Customer Service needs more customer service. Target should be more selective in their hiring process.

Very rude and impatient cashier at the self checkout. While I was trying to checkout and had purse in my cart. The employee comes in the middle while I am in the process to finish my purchase transaction and ask if I am not using cart then she can put it back. Little bit more patience’s from this employee would have been helpful not to have me rush to take my purse of the cart so she can put the cart back.

The dressing room situation is a complete disaster. There are like 6-8 dressing rooms but only two are available for use. Half are permanently locked and unavailable for use, one has a handwritten post it note saying it’s reserved for nursing mothers (so it’s almost never used) and only two rooms are available for actually trying on clothes. Because of that, there’s always a long wait to try anything on. There’s also no dressing room attendant anymore so clothes are piled up all over the area. It’s a disaster and something that could be so easily fixed.

Purchased some online items to be picked up at the Columbus Indiana store and I ended up refunding 1 of the items. The associate that handled my refund was very friendly and was only concerned about making me satisfied. Nice to see such care about their customers these days.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the professionalism displayed by the 4 Target team members I interacted with. The Target was clean, isles were unobstructed and well stocked, the team members were pleasant, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful! Target has a great variety of items, and was easy to navigate.

I love Target, but I’m so disappointed with my experience today. The new shower curtain I bought was too short, so I returned it and tried again. Again…too short. This time I measured it. The 72” shower curtain is only 68”. When I returned it, I realized that they KNEW they were all too short. I wasted two trips to the store. I guarantee my returned curtains are back on the shelves…clearly labeled as 72”….and clearly 68”. So disappointing. Hope I have better luck with Amazon.

Target drive-up/pick-up is a great service for many reasons. I recommend it for everyone! The employees that bring the groceries out to the cars are always so nice and courteous. I have never had a bad experience.

Even though the store is being remodeled it is still easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. The store was clean and well stocked. All of the staff I spoke with were very friendly and helpful.

I understand everywhere is short handed right now but this store is just pathetic. Go in at 6:30 on a Friday evening and the dressing rooms are closed. There was no sign posted saying the rooms were closed. Other customers were waiting at the dressing rooms for some time before I eventually went to find an employee to ask for the rooms to be unlocked. Upon which THEN I was informed they were closed for the day. As if that wasn’t enough the store was an absolute wreck.

Nope! Seriously in the middle of a formula shortage you allow people a limit of 4 tubs of formula. I don't think so how about a limit of 1 like every other store. I had to drive to Greenwood Target to get my babies formula. Guess who's going to get my Target business from now on Greenwood. You guys just lost a valued customer.

One of my favorite places to shop at, since they don't have boring, basic items like other stores usually do.Looks clean, smells clean, stocked up well, interesting finds and good prices.Has a great big-store vibe without the big-store prices.If I shopped here any more than I do, other customers might think I work here! :PAssociates are always friendly and polite, and it's great!Can't wait to see what else I might find in this store!

I usually don't have a problem with Target but I went through the self check out and I purchased wine and the cashier who checked me out referred to me as sir even though I am an attractive female. Then she bent over backwards to help a woman who was being a pain. This is the second time I have had a problem with her. She is middle aged and blonde

We purchased the Storage TV Stand for TVs up to 75" - Threshold™.The team members at this store was so helpful and very nice. My son is super excited and loves this new stand. The team members also helped us get this into his truck. Thank you and love shopping at a location that is very nice and helpful. Thank you Columbus Target! Great team from the Starbucks visit , picking the tv stand, to checking out, and then to the car was nice and easy.

Target has always been one of my favorite stores to shop at. They have a great selection with competitive prices. Although they do not have a huge grocery department, it seems to be growing and they carry a few things that I by for the household. The employees are always helpful and pleasant. I've never had a bad experience while shopping here.

At least they still have humans to check you out, but shelf tags are often missing and product is often stocked in the wrong place/wrong shelf tag; so be careful when assuming the price of an item. It is worth double checking the shelf tag belongs to the item.

I experienced a clean and well organized store on my visit when passing through town. Checkout was friendly, also. The majority of Target stores provide a great shopping experience and this one was no different... a solid example of what Target should be.

This is my happy place. Employees are always super nice and helpful, returns are easy, and the products are great. Started doing more grocery shopping there lately for these reasons.
