The absolute best groomer we have ever been to. Not only do they do a fantastic job, they are really great people too. Mandy is very professional and reliable and makes my buddy feel safe and loved while he is at Tailwaggers. I have a very hairy golden retriever and he gets complements all the time and I’m always being asked where he gets his hair cut. I can’t say enough great things about Mandy and Bryce and Tailwaggers as a whole. If I could give a million stars I would! (First picture is my buddy, Trout, with his brother, Ziggy. Both get groomed by Mandy! Not kidding when I say she is the BEST!)

Mandy and her team are wonderful people. My dogs always looked great and it is very obvious they are treated with great care and love. I have two yorkies who are a little high maintenance and Mandy always accommodates them and their needs. I appreciate the quality care she provides and love knowing that my sweet boys are safe with her.

Mandy is the best. She's got a great personality and knows her stuff. She's got patience for my crazy dogs which says a lot in itself. Very affordable too! First time I took in one of my pups he was growling and snapping at her and we didn't get much accomplished that day but she let me come back in another day and came out in the lobby so I could sit with him and she clipped his nails for me couldn't ask for a better groomer. We (myself, Luna, and Lucky) love Mandy!!!

We won’t take our pups anywhere else! Mandy and the other groomers have a true passion for what they do and treat every animal as their own! Not only does my pup come home smelling amazing, but he looks great every single time. And he loves to go see the crew there. He thinks every time we say “go for a ride” that he’s going there. Tailwaggers Grooming Salon is truly the best. I have taken my pups here for quite some time and will never take them anywhere else. Mandy is precise, professional, and caring towards my pups and all pups she encounters. I struggle with brushing my own dog as he is stubborn and refuses to allow me to brush him, and Mandy and her staff do a wonderful job getting him cut and taken care of. Tailwaggers has been out groomer of choice for 15-20 yrs. The kindness and care taken with my pets has been beyond any client/business expectations. They literally bend over backwards to accommodate my rescue pups anxieties. Each nail trim Mandy is on the floor upside down to accommodate my dogs needs. I could not ask for anyone so kind and caring to groom my pets!

We'd gone to several groomers around town with our old dog who passed last April. He had sensitive skin, and would constantly break out after other groomers groomed him. The groomers were also normally so-so quality for a high end price.Once we found Mandy, it was like night and day. Our dog always came back looking great, and he always looked great, not just an uneven shave down with clipper marks like he frequently had from other groomers. Plus her pricing is amazing for the quality that you get.When we got our new puppy in June, it was a no-brainer to get him set up with Tailwaggers as early as he was allowed to get him used to bathing, haircuts, and nail trims. We can't say enough about how amazing Tailwaggers has been for us!

Don't do it! Don't take your dog there! My wife and I decided to give him a shot doing our malti poo. When I went in to drop him off I spoke to the gentleman and together we looked at different cuts, styles however you wish to say it. I gave him several ideas of how we would like it done. We do come to the conclusion that his left ear is matted and it will have to be cut a little shorter. That one ear.When I went back to pick my dog up. They gave him a Burr. As short as they could take it they took it. In this freezing weather we're having my dog has a haircut that I wouldn't get him in the summertime. My dog looks pitiful.

She is absolutely amazing with my dog...which has separation anxiety and is much older. We rescued her and she has been a little shy and scared but also can be a little brat about getting a bath or her hair on her face trimmed. I can't thank her enough for how gentle and understanding she is with our baby.

We love Tailwaggers! Our bernedoodle Winston goes in for grooming about once a month. They are so sweet to him and I feel comfortable taking our puppy there. Alicia is amazing and the prices are great too. I would absolutely recommend this place! The building can be hard to find, but once you know the drill it’s no biggie.

Dogs were shaved. At the time I was just happy to get them cut but after being around them it's way too low of a cut. Pomskies need a layer and just went to low. Tried to explain how I wanted them but didn't quite go that way. Will try again and be more effective with how they should be.Friendly staff, nice little place, gets crowded quickly.

Will never be back. You stated that they were "matted" but they have never been. No other groomer has had an issue with them and they went to you sooner than their normal groomer. You just didn't want to take the time to cut them correctly or made a commitment that you couldn't hold up to.

This is Not my normal mode of operation, but you receive the feedback you earn.I had a 9:00am appointment for my dog grooming , was told to be picked up around 12:00, or they would call me.I arrived back at 1:00, still waiting for a phone call to pick up my dog. Not wanting to be a pushing customer I waited in my car (out side the door in clear site) till 2:00pm , I finally couldn’t wait any longer and went in asking is dog finished. The answer was “he’s on the table”….(Remember I dropped himOff at 9:00 per the appointment time)At 3:05 my dog was finally completed.Not sure what customer service means to this business but not communicating is not the way to run a business. You seem tohave plenty of business, so me never coming back won’t be a big loss.If you treated all customers this way , soon you’ll be out of business.Tailwaggers……If any of this is not true or incorrect I’ll look forward to your comments.

The staff are friendly and polite. Took my little puppy there for his first ever hair cut, and the results were amazing.First two times taking my puppy in were amazing. Couldn't be happier. Third time was a bit off, but since there has been no problems and they treat my little baby well.

We inherited an elderly dog when a friend passed away. He had a really strong odor and needed to be washed before we brought him home. This was the only grooming salon that returned my call. The dog was really nervous but they calmed him down right away. So grateful for their good care and recommend them highly!
