Favorite self-serve dog wash in town. The staff is always friendly and very helpful, and they have a wide variety of dog toys, bones, and treats. For cats, there are sturdy USA made cat trees; they are pricey but don't tip over. Mine has lasted 4+ years and is like new!

Just stumbled across this place by accident the other day. We needed a couple of things for Mahal, so we decided to check them out. It isn't one of those giant chain pet stores, but that is a good thing if you ask me. No they don't have 100,000 square feet of floor space, but they have everything you need for your dog or cat. The people were very friendly and polite. We will be back again next time we go to Columbus.

They stopped carrying Merrick Fresh Kisses dog dental brushes and one of the staff members recommended Whimzees dental brushes to me. He said they were easy digest. So I bought a pack, gave one to my dog, three days later she vomits the treat back up with parts of the treat still intact. I called to ask if I could return them, I was told by the same employee that sold them to me that I could. I went to return them and was told the manager would need to call me. I haven’t had one phone call. I have been a loyal customer since they opened this location, but I will not be returning.

I went here to use their pet bath area and so far I like this place best. The tub is a nice height so you dont have to lean too far in or too far down. They have some different soaps to choose from and the hair dryers help really well. The staff there was friendly. I will be returning to use their tub again :)

Love this place! My dog hates baths, but the dog wash makes it easy to get the job done. Great selection of dog food and treats too. I only get a chance to stop in when I'm visiting family, but I would be in this store all the time if I lived nearby.

Nice, helpful staff. Clean store. Easy to get in and out, unlike Petco. They have better quality products than the big box stores. But, I can pretty much no longer recommend kibble and most canned foods, and the majority of well no brands. I have done extensive research on raw feeding and switched our dog and three cats. The result is without a doubt amazing. Get rid of the awful brands and bring in higher quality products and I will change to 5 stars.
