This place is a great place to cool down from the inside out. The menu is extremely endless with delicious choices, my favorite is the Pineapple 🍍 Mango . The cool thing is that they are pet friendly 🐕! They are handicap ♿ friendly. Outdoor seating 💺 is available too. I highly recommend this place for a family 👪 treat or baseball ⚾️ or softball team after a game to cool off. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful in deciding what to try!

went today, got soft serve in a cup vanilla with Heath pieces got L it was lot of Ice cream still working on it a hour laterwas only $4.75. I also asked for a cone, so it might have been a little extra for me.

Nothing better on a summer day - my grandson and I love Sno Biz Columbus !He had pink and blue cotton candy flavored and I had Crazy Nana. Refreshing and so tasty! A great summer tradition!

Very friendly & fast! Every flavor combo you could think of. The ice cream is the hidden gem here though IMO. The peanut butter soft serve is life changing for a PB lover like myself.

I love snow cones and slushys, but need more consistency in the way employees make items. Last week I got a cherry slush with lots of cherry and very flavorful, today it was pale pink and hardly any flavor at all. No offer to make it right when I ask about it. Same thing happens with snowcones, but they usually add more juice if I ask for it.

It's def worth standing in line for!! It does have long lines sometimes. The people that work there, are super nice and they are pretty quick with getting everyone's order out!! Seriously love this place, and my kids do too!!

I live near this parlor, in which they sell cones made of snow (or something like that). Now I went today to go get some “shaved ice” (ice doesn’t have hair, and is a semisolid so there’s no way that it can grow facial hair) and something stumbled upon me. Currently in this month of December it is the coldest month of the year. Now I wanted to cool off with a nice cold “snow cone” and yet there wasn’t even an open sign. They have this penguin mascot which only tells me one thing, penguins work here. I didn’t see any penguins whatsoever and was annoyed I couldn’t enjoy a nice snow cone on such a cold day. Had a wonderful time and do recommend. There are plentiful flavors and the staff are friendly and quick, y’know cause, they’re penguins.

Super affordable prices, great customer service and totally friendly staff. So far we have ordered the "Shark Attack, Banana Berry, Melon Berry, and Rootbeer float" all have been absolutely delicious. Highly recommended everyone try this place out and it will be a regular for you.

Got the almond fudge super cone and it was flavorful and juicy. They are not stingy in the flavoring. Their prices are super reasonable and they pile it on. Their ice cream is delicious and tastes creamy and no artificial aftertaste it anything. Highly recommended!

Exceptional service! Had a church group of 40 go unexpectedly and the two girls working the counter were sensational! They were fast, patient and had excellent customer service. Many flavors of shaved ice! Would highly recommend.

We go here every single time we're in Columbus. We've actually made the drive from Indy JUST to go here. If you are familiar with a New Orleans sno-ball, I can absolutely promise you will not be disappointed. It's as if somebody picked up a sno-ball shop from there and dropped it here.TONS of flavors, the right kind of shaved ice, great prices, great service. If six stars was possible on here, I would give them seven.GO THERE.

I have been going to sno biz since it was called tropical sno, which is roughly 8 years or more! So it goes without saying it is and always will be a personal favorite. It has a family friendly menu from sizes of treats to a wide variety of summer favorites and has a certain nostalgia for me and my family and friends 🖒 definately reccomend this establishment to everyone
