We went to our local Sams because we accidentally locked our keys in our car across the street. We went to the tire and battery department because we knew they had metal hangers and we could use it to get into our car. The young gentleman in the tire and battery department was by himself, and he wasn’t the kindest guy. We politely asked if we could have a hanger, and he gave it to us with no smile on his face or any kind of good customer service skills. Then we realized we might need some wire cutters to get the hanger in the shape we need to get in the car. When we asked the guy if we could use their wire cutters or him possibly cut it for us and he shook his head with a manager in the front and said “figure it out, it’s your problem not mine.” I just found the whole experience very rude, and I just wish they were better with customer service. If he didn’t want to help us cut the hanger or couldn’t, he could have politely told us “I’m sorry but I can’t help you with that.” Thank you for the hanger, but please get a better attitude if you are going to work in retail and be around customers.

This is a great Sams club, lots of options and it’s always clean and well stocked. Their bakery is delicious and their meat and produce is always great. We absolutely love coming to this Sams club!

Still a great place to stock ..buy in bulk and save some dollars ...just be careful Sam's ...don't let the membership cost get out of hand ... Membership cost needs to stay where the everyday joe can still save enough to make up that cost still very clean ..organized ..keep up the great work Columbus Indiana store !✌️✌️

Sam's Club is a great warehouse-member shopping center. I have been a member if Sam's Club for many years by joining a club in Kentucky long before a club was built and opened in Greenwood and later Columbus Indiana. I owned a small trucking fleet and later my wife and I opened a female workout center in Columbus and over all of these years we have shopped Sam's for not only personal and houseware items but also items for each of these business. Sam's offered a great selection of very fairly priced products served in a hugh clean envirment by many friendly knowledgeable employees. Sam's has a hugh parking lot with plenty of HANDICAP accessibility. Sam's has a covered loading area located off the front door for your use and they will also assist in loading your vehicle in both the loading area and anywhere else in the parking lot. Sam's is a great 5 Star shopping experience

everytime I go to the cafe, I have to wait 20-40 minutes in line just to be told they're out of everything. there are never enough employees so the cashier is running around like crazy handling both food and money with the same pair of gloves. the past 4 times I've gone I've tried to get either a slice of pizza or order a full pizza and I'm always told they're out... last night I arrived at 6pm, 1.5 hours before the close of the cafe. everything was cleaned up (not a single hot bakery item was in the display case) and I was informed ALL pizza dough was frozen so they therefore couldn't make anymore pizzas. I don't understand how the staff can operate in such a sloppy way. you should defrost ingredients when you see stock running low... it is never difficult at Costco but I always have issues with Sam's club...

I am utterly fed up with how this company mistreats its hardworking staff. The overwhelming workload, chronic understaffing, and complete lack of support from management left me deeply disillusioned.Working at Sam's Club felt like an endless cycle of overwork and exhaustion. The expectations placed on employees were nothing short of inhumane. It seemed like we were expected to be superhumans, constantly juggling an unmanageable number of tasks, with hardly any time for a breather. Nobody should have to endure such relentless demands day in and day out.The understaffing situation was a nightmare. It became increasingly clear that Sam's Club prioritized profit over the well-being of its employees. Stores were consistently understaffed, leaving the existing employees to pick up the slack. This not only led to physical and emotional exhaustion but also compromised the quality of service provided to customers.What infuriated me the most was the complete indifference displayed by the management towards the plight of their employees. It felt like they lived in an alternate reality where employee well-being was of no concern. Instead of offering assistance, they seemed content to watch their workers suffer. They need to take responsibility for the well-being of their staff.I am no longer part of the Sam's Club team, but my heart goes out to my former colleagues who continue to endure these working conditions. It's high time for Sam's Club to reevaluate its priorities and start treating its employees with the respect and dignity they deserve. Overworked, understaffed, and neglected employees are not the building blocks of a successful and compassionate company. Sam's Club, it's time to step up, provide support, and create a work environment that doesn't leave your employees, both current and former, feeling deeply frustrated and let down.Those who are thinking of working here, don't! Most people leave after three months and there are a multitude of reasons why.

We like to go to their cafe after we are done shopping. The two older beautiful women working there are always so friendly the food is always excellent! They do a really good job keeping up with all the hungry people! It's nice to find friendly staff and good food all at one place it's hard to find nowadays!! They should definitely get get a raise!!

SAMs club is what you’d expect, bulk items for a cheaper price. The store is well stocked and clean unless you make it to the bakery!The sanitary conditions in the bakery are below par. I watched the lady making a flower for a graduation cake; she took a pair of scissors and scrapped them off on the table to clean the the excess icing off.The tubs of icing are open and the knifes or spatulas are laying on top. She’s working on a white cake with black and yellow detail. Yet the purple, pink, blue etc utensils are laying on top. Why aren’t they in the sink? I wouldn’t want these used on my cake.I might add she was the only one in the bakery.The standards here are poor and we invest/trust the businesses to be clean.I won’t be eating the cake we bought. Ewww

Absolutely love Sam's, the fresh cut meat is always excellent. Love the app so you can scan and go. One of the best locations they have around here. Love all the monthly sales . Always clean and neat and great ads. Love it.

The older guy who helps at the gas pumps I think he name was Jessie or James is extremely rude. Idk what his problem is but he seems to be unhappy doing his job. Hopefully he can find a better one but I don’t this is for him. I’ve never had a bad experience at this place but his attitude is unacceptable.

Scan and go is the way to do Sam's Club right because it eliminates having to reload all the bulky items at checkout. Then, you can just swipe to pay with the app and unload straight into your vehicle. I hope the carwash will hurry up and get a QR code, too, which will make getting one extra convenient!

Sam's club has a little bit of everything you might need mostly in bulk. They keep the store spotless and well organized. There are motorized handicap shopping carts in the front entrance if you need one. You can scan and go to skip the checkout line. Biggest hurdle is bringing everything inside once you get home

I like the location best. It's organized and well stocked. It would be nice to have more cashiers at the checkout. If a person is coming to Sam's the typically have a HUGE Cart full. This visit everything was priced higher, except the rotisserie chickens. Thank you for keeping those priced the same.

I haven't had a problem yet. Chill atmosphere and good deals. Tire service is wonderful. Especially my P4 tires. Dont ever get rid of them. They're at the top of my list. Truly the best tire I have ever bought!.
