I love the store and the staff is always nice, but tonight I drove here as soon as I could it’s around a 40 minute drive and I got here three minutes before eight o’clock and all I needed was a Super Bowl cup because we ended up having an extra guest at our Super Bowl party this year. But when I went up to the door, you guys had closed and locked the doors three minutes early.

Great place to find all of your party, reunion, shower decorations and supplies. Prices are reasonable. Staff is always helpful without being pushy. Would diffently recommend.

Holy rude…I understand nobody likes returns, but in this case it could not be helped. I could tell how the interaction was going to go the minute I walked in the door and told the older like “Hello” and got a dirty look in return…She eventually came to the register and with no questions or anything said “We’re not really doing returns” - which I understand why they wouldn’t in most cases (costumes) but this was clearly never taken out of the package. I said as much and she rolled her eyes and started slamming buttons - she grabbed the package, looked at it and couldn’t refute what I said so she slammed that to the side. The whole interaction was extremely uncomfortable for me. I understand it may not have been what she wanted to do in that moment, but a $42 costume that was not even tried on will surely not come out of her paycheck…will not make any purchases outside of small items from now on due to this, and that would have to be in a last minute pinch with all other options exhausted.

We went here to get stuff for our children's birthday parties. Things rang up at $3.49 when they were clearly marked at $3.00. The manager, an older skinny blonde female, obviously did not believe us buy was too lazy to go and check for herself. I went and took a picture to show her, and she just rolled her eyes and acted as if we were wrong! Nothing like being treated like a liar by a company that supposedly wants your business!

Great selections, I didn't realize that that had so much decorations for specific themes. Prices aren't that bad. Would buy the candy for the party somewhere else. I feel the candy and Halloween costumes are the 2 most expensive items at this store.

Wow!!!! The store looked wonderful and festive best place to get your party needs especially balloons worth the price and I didn’t wait long at all we ordered them the day before so they were ready when I got there. The staff is great too!

Customer Service was really good, but they didn't have anything I could use to celebrate my husband's 75th birthday. Their suggestion was to get "happy birthday" stuff instead of "75th birthday" like I wanted. They have stuff for other milestone birthdays. I ended up going online and finding what I wanted on Amazon.

I was so pleased with the customer service the store manager helped me she was wonderful, the store was clean and organized easy to shop. They had everything I needed and new decorations as well I just love shopping here definitely the place to go for balloons mine looked amazing thank you party city

We were able to get 2 costumes for $10 each by choosing from the clearance bin. Plus, the CSR threw in a couple loose articles for free because they were left behinds that had fallen out of their original packaging. We saved over $40 today. Great experience and friendly staff.

This place is the best! I bought a Halloween costume there at a discount and discovered the night before Halloween that it was missing a mask. I arrived two minutes before their midnight closing and they not only waited for me at the door but also helped find a mask to replace the missing one. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Happy Halloween!

Just about anything you would need for a party but I think the prices on some items are more than I would pay at the nearby 'Supercenter' places. However, I like the convenience of being able to get all of party supplies, and such a variety, in one place. Also, love finding candies and novelties here I can't find other places.

I did their curbside pick up and after waiting 15 min went into the store where everyone was sitting around on their phones. They even have a “fancy” app you use to show when you arrive at the store. Walking in I saw they have their number posted but it’s so old and faded you can’t see it until you’re actually walking next to it. When I explained that I was there for my pickup order the guy didn’t see anything to me other than “name?” and handed me the bag. Can’t say I was expecting much from Party City but this was rough.

Seems to be short staffed. Lost power while in the store and staff member said she hears a big pop in there breaker box and then power was gone. Made a balloon order and the day I was to pick up they said they did not have a balloon order for me when I called to check on it. Found it after 10 minutes on the phone and they told me they were not sure if it could be done. It was 4 balloons. I heard them talking about being out of helium. 🤷‍♀️

They have a lot of options, both in types and colors of party goods. But their name is true, they are a discount party store: you won't find anything fancy/high quality. Still, a decent store for what it is.

I go here for all of my birthday or party needs. I always get my kids stuff from here. They love candy city. It's their favorite place in the store.

Absolutely terrible. No help from the 4 employees sitting at a table playing with items and not sure what they were doing, but didn't want to get up to help. Not one "Good Luck" "Miss You" "Congrats" etc.. banner in the store. Boxes of seasonal stacked in the aisle you have to walk around to look at anything. Just a very unprofessional group working and a disappointing selection for a "party" store.

Cheap place to get almost everything that you need for any occasion. This place is big and there are so many items to choose from. Watch out for the candy sale as the price tends to fluctuate a lot.

Pretty pricey for children costumes... accessories were way overpriced...25 bucks for a plastic sword. Of course I didn't buy it, but still, that's ridiculous.
