Everything was going great as I was getting materials for a project. Well that’s till I got to check out…the woman was extremely rude and short I told her my phone number for my Lowe’s card. She was very upset as she went to put my info in the computer for my Lowe’s card I told her here is my card right here she ignored me and made me a new account!!!!! Also she skipped my email as I’m upset about because I would like the promos etc anyhow I have ptsd this really through me in to anxiety (panic) attack. I paid and walked out I went out told my wife.. My wife went back in I guess the woman did not ring up everything therefore could not apply to my Lowe’s card overall I’m still very upset as I need more products but don’t know if I want to return to rude employees. I love the store itself tho!!! Btw…she did not ring up the sun flooring..

I ordered a 8 ft. Fiberglass step ladder on line mid morning requesting curb side pickup. Lowes advised me at 1230 ladder was ready for pickup. I arrived and parked in a designated spot at 4pm and advised Lowes my spot number. Before I could get the bed cover rolled half way back they were standing at the back of my truck with the ladder that I had just purchased for $60.00 off regular price. That's a great price and great service provided by Lowes

Waited 10+ minutes for a sales associate to give us our pick-up order. When we asked the girl standing at the front doing returns she said she would find someone to help, but never did. Someone from a different department came over to give us the order. Not sure why she couldn’t do it when she was standing on her personal phone. Very unhappy with this experience.

Some good staff, some pretty average and lack product knowledge, which is the younger staff. Keep lumber stocked in shelves better, actually give customers the right answers is what the young men need to work on. Appreciate the Vetran employee who was very helpful!

Only register open is self serve. The lady stood there and watched me struggle to scan my purchases. Then she answered a cell phone call. I left my items and walked out.

Don't know her name but the older lady that works in the screw and bolt section either needs to be retrained or put in a different location. Every single time I have went in to the store her automatic response is we don't have it! 3 different occasions and on all 3 when she tells me "we don't have it" I get on Lowes website and pull up the part number and location and imagine the suprise when it's found. One more chance and I'll be a permanent Manards guy.

Freezer failed after less than 2 years after purchase. Lost between $750 to $1000 in food. Have fought with "Lowes Protect Warranty" for over 2 weeks.I am told each time they are buying out my freezer because it can not be repaired and a reimbursement email will be sent within 1 to 2 business days. Now they say one was sent on Sunday at 3am. Never arrived. Not in regular emai nor junk mail.My food loss claim is being processed. Thats been over 2 weeks also and the maximum is $300 for the claim.Phone calls, emails and chat everyday with AI and people. The same answers every day. I wouldn't buy a appliance from Lowes. ButI have to because the reimbursement is only good at Lowes. The cycle will continue.

Could be better as an installer for Keller Interiors /Lowe's called before I left indy to have flooring get my /their customers job ready and got here and they never started on it , if they would have our jobs ready we could arrive at their jobs on a much better timely fashion

This review pretty much covers every Lowe's I've experienced.At least half the lumber is trash.The stores are laid out like a bad comedy. (It's more an exercise regimen of running all over the store than a convenience of where something should be.)At least half of anything a maintenance tech goes into the store to get they only carry "online." (Like that does you any good.)The staff avoids customers like they are carrying the Black Plague.The Pro counter is a repeating study in the psychological effects of an ineffective educational system.

I love this Lowe’s! Moved into a new house (new to us) after a quarter century (yeah, regular nomads us) and forgot what fun discovering little, minor hardly noticeable imperfections was. This Lowe’s has got to have the friendliest and most helpful staff ever, EVER! I have yet to find one person who works there that was less than helpful or friendly. I want to give special attention to certain ones, but that would be unfair as everyone I have encountered, from loaders, sells reps, cashiers, customer service and management have all earned a five star review. Kudos Lowes, KUDOS!

Biggest regret ordering from their warehouse. Service desk employees don't really know anything. Warehouse cannot do anything about the damage when it was delivered. Lowes warehouse shows they refunded me for the damage and my bank show it was declined due to no longer having that card. After countless calls to the warehouse and the store and my finiancial institution nothing can be done. So there is a said refund floating around that they cannot cancel themselves. Yet they cannot provide me with a receipt of the funds they said that was refunded to me. So please if your appliances are damaged when delivered decline them and don't sign. Make them take it back so you don't find yourself in this same nightmare I'm in.

Not impressed with my experience here. Back in clearance there was a basin with a clearance sticker that said $10.99, and there was 11 other items similar to it labeled the same along with 2 other basins. I get up to checkout and the said it was mislabeled and cost $129. He went to the back to look and said there were no others even close to that back there. We looked and they'd all magically disappeared. Then the stool we got said $3.00 damaged, but rang up at $5.00. Finally got that one dropped down. And while checking out at self scan our tiles wouldn't ring up. I don't know if it was the machine or what, but the employee just said "Huh, that's weird." Then walked away as we struggled! We sat and waited foe an over rider help orsomething, but setled foe walking out. She didnt know what she was doing at all and and was swamped so I felt bad for her but come on man...really?

It's a typical Lowes. Well stocked, but never enough people around to help. Just a suggestion, if you need help, ask any Lowes rep even if they are not a product specialist in that area. They will get someone who is to help. Waiting for someone takes forever.

Do not buy paint here. Spent $170 on a 5 gallon bucket, discovered it was rancid and rotten when I opened it 35 days after purchase (stored indoors in the AC) and they will not accept it for return because it’s over 30 days. The manager wouldn’t even speak to me, made the poor paint guy deal with it. They sell rotten paint that will stink up your entire house and then do nothing to remedy the situation.

Don't order custom items and have them install it. Lowe's is fine for shopping. I am not going to get into all the issues I've had with door installation as I could write a book. That rating I would give 0 stars. But the store itself? It's fine.

This place has really gone downhill. You can't get any help, even when they are standing right by you, the employees do not offer help. When you ask them a question, they give you a halfa$$ answer! We called and asked if they had any landscape timbers, and we were told yes they do. When we got there, we were told they had none and had been out for quite a while. Really🙄

Just go somewhere else. Especially in Columbus, I prefer Menards.Columbus Lowes is always losing pickup items, the customer service will fight tooth and nail at times to make returns harder.Very impatient and flustered staff.People are always in the break room and the bathrooms next to the break room seem to always be flooded with no one giving attention

Lowe's does not uphold their warranty policies. We bought an expensive water heater, and less than 3 years, it had completely failed. That water heater had many issues - the temperature was never right, it was either Luke warm, or extremely hot. Lowe's knows this, and did nothing to help - hundreds of dollars down the drain! Do not purchase appliances from Lowe's!
