You can tell their division of labor is wacky because there are NEVER any cashiers except at Thanksgiving. They put all their effort into clicklist, which is a big middle finger to customers who shop in store. The organization is wild as well. Could be a lot better.

Phillip the nurse practitioner in the clinic is such a nice person. He drew me a picture of what the inside of my ear looks like with an ear infection, he informed me of different medicine I could try on top of the prescription medicine. My appointment was at 5:30, I arrived at 5:15. He got me in and out at 5:37pm. Thank you Phil for making this super easy and being friendly throughout our appointment!!

I'm wasn't hired to be a cashier! Any and Everytime I go into Kroger I have issues with self checkout! Yet no paid staff to help. They get rude or act as if your asking to much. Shop helper Emily is the best. She is always so nice and helpful when I shopping.

We come to Kroger on a regular basis. The alternative is Walmart so we don’t have much of a choice. The staff is friendly. My only complaint is the water machine. It hasn’t been working for a long time. It is frustrating that we have to constantly spend extra money buying water in jugs we don’t need. FIX THE WATER MACHINE PLEASE!

Went to kroger to do my wic shopping as wic is confusing enough. I'm following wic approved stickers to find out at self check out with assistance that wasn't the case. The wic scanner doesn't work on selective things. I've never experienced trouble and when I asked for help and maybe the sticker was in the wrong location he stood there silently and refused to help me. I dont recommend hiring people who are too lazy to do their job or maybe give the customer service the correct protocol to follow when moms need help with wic assistance. Each store organizes differently especially now living in a town I didn't grow up in.

This is hands down one of the best grocery stores in southern Indiana and definitely the best Kroger I've ever been to. The options here are almost endless. After shopping at the Old Kroger location many times, the new location blows it out of the water.The first thing I noticed walking in was the Starbucks and the bistro that serves: fresh sushi, pan-Asian, bbq, street tacos, and of course fried chicken. There's a dining area with free wifi to accommodate you while stopping in.Beyond the bistro is the bakery, which offers ridiculously good looking cakes and pies. Adjacent to the bakery is a gourmet cheese deli. At the end of the market is the meat and seafood market, where you can even find octopus sometimes.The fresh produce section offers every local variety of produce and other fruits and veggies you can't find anywhere here, like starfruit and dragon fruit. There's even a bulk food section that has beans, granola, quinoa, coffee, and much more.The alcohol section here is something that would win over many of my friends. There's a ridiculous amount of choices both in wines, liqour, main stream beer, and craft beer. I'm not much of a drinker, but with a alcohol department like the one here... I could be!Much of the rest of the Kroger is generally what you would expect. However, the ethnic food aisle here is very multicultural including many Asian varieties, Latin, and Indian groceries. On top of this there is a clothing department that sells brands such as Carhartt and Champion. Beyond that there's even a toy department and a very extensive beauty department.Hands down this is my favorite grocery store that I've seen and I'm glad it's in Columbus.

I love shopping at Kroger. But the fried chicken/deli area is what I was looking to rate. Look at these pictures! They are horrible. This was at 11 am. They "marketplace " hadnt been opened very long at all. You can obviously tell they used the food from the leftover the night before. How anyone could eat this or allow anyone to eat this is beyond me. When I asked to have fresh food, she was offended.

My mom had a terrible experience here and I doubt we will return. First of all the wat it is set up is confusing and it's hard to find things. Second I wanted to use a digital coupon but the cashier, who I believe was Angel didn't know how to help someone with an android. Also my mom made a slight complaint because of that and was putting the heavy pop on the end of the cashier area slightly tossed them, mostly cause it was hard and heavy. The cashier immediately jumped on her telling my mom not to have an attitude and be rude. She made an annoyed customer embarrassed and angry instead of making it better. I tried to explain the frustration and she was again very rude and wouldn't understand our frustration. Thenwhen I did the receipt survey it only covered the pharmacy part I did.

This is and awesome Kroger I mean they have it all from shoes to wine champagne you name it it's most likely in this Kroger in Columbus indiana off us 31 I love this Kroger wish it was a bit closer to me but I will drove the extra miles and boycott Wal-Mart

Went to Kroger after a long day of work then shopped for 1 hour and when I went to checkout there was only self checkout. It is unexceptionable for shoppers to have to pay for the groceries and not even have someone to check them out.

I like this store and shop there quite often,but who ever came up with the idea for the unisex restrooms must have been inhaling fumes,because they are terrible,nine times out of ten you have to wait or one is out of order and now they are closed after8:00 P.M. anyway a store that size needs walk in facilities like Walmart has.

Lower prices and it's better than Walmart, but we will never shop here again. It is not worth saving a few dollars on eggs to deal with the self checkout machines and policies.The staff will not take the security tags off alcohol without seeing that we've paid for everything. I am not a thief. I have never stolen anything in my life. I will never steal anything. No amount of alcohol is worth going to jail and losing my job over. I do not appreciate being treated like a thief. The way the lady at self checkout looked at me said, "you're going to steal these if I take the tags off them before you pay." My wife had her card in the card reader as I asked. I cannot emphasize this enough, I am not a thief so do not treat me like one.The self checkout machines will not scan items effectively. We tried to scan the same loaf of bread 6 times because we had 6 loaves of bread. But we had to stand there for nearly 10 minutes trying to get the machine to scan all our items because it has such a long delay. Same issue with the eggs. Same issue with every item we tried to buy. Further, the machine will not let you continue if you take items off of the bagging area. The bagging area has enough room for 6 bags. We had more than 6 bags. We take the items off and put them into our cart and the machine won't let us continue. The same employee that is giving me nasty looks for trying to get out of there a few seconds faster has to come over and fix the machine 3 times so we can continue scanning our groceries. This is beyond frustrating. Why are we not allowed to put the groceries that we are paying for into the cart to take them to our car? I understand that it is an attempt to deter thieves, but all it does is anger the 99% of people that are actually there to buy things.I have already spoken on the employee, but she was rude to my pregnant wife about the machine not functioning as it should. "Well its not working because you didn't scan the other bottle of alcohol." NO IT'S NOT. We were trying to scan the other bottle when it popped up with the "wait for an associate" screen again. It's not working because we took the groceries that we bought and put them into our cart. 3 times. 3 times she insinuated that we were thieves.We will never shop at this store again. No matter where we live. We'll pay more for eggs at target over having to deal with all these anti theft measures and extremely rude employees. Again. Don't treat good people like they're thieves.

I love Krogers variety, and clothes, and that they always have what I need...and somethings that I didn't even know I needed. Their home decor section is getting better and better. My only complaint is they don't utilize their dressing room!! Their parking is horrible too. Way to many spaces are taken up by pick up orders, pharmacy orders,etc...

Absolutely awful experience this evening. Self check out is a joke. Nothing works right, nothing scans correctly and the one employee that's covering 16 Lanes takes forever to correct issues. Then acts as if you are a inconvenience to her and you as a customer should know how their systems work. That's especially frustrating after waiting 20 Min to try to do someone's job for Kroger.

This is literally my go to grocery store; I have not encountered any issues shopping here. I was happy with their move to across the street because they definitely needed the space. I’m a frequent order online grocery shopper and their team members never disappoint. Going early in the morning or late at night is best if you don’t order online (in my opinion). If you do go late at night, only self checkout is open, so be prepared.

I used to go to Kroger for all my grocery shopping. I started doing the click list once I had children because it was very convenient. I started only receiving half my order, I didn't even get substitutions. I gave Kroger a few more tries but it's hard to go somewhere that only gives you half your order. You can't make half a dinner. But anyways I went inside to try and finish my order since I need some items to make my dinners. I noticed that they had the items on my list that they said they were out of. So I switched to the Walmart out off 46, click list, for about a year now and I always receive my whole order. It's very rare that they have to substitute items.

I guess the watermelons taste good. However one day I found a blue watermelon and I couldn’t return it. Why? Because the store clerk pointed out to me that I had already cut it open. Other than that, pretty solid experience.
