The last couple of times I've been in the store , it's giving me weird vibes. I truly believe I was followed by security. Time before last I was highly pressured to use my kohl's card ,to the point that I had to get loud about paying with cash. For a store that looks like it is 5 minutes away from closing the door for the last time ,they need to appreciate every single person who walks in the door .

The store was neater than it has been in the past. Walked in and the lone cashier (Linda) said "Hi", found what we needed, and while there was only the one cashier, Linda, she was very professional, quick and friendly.

Priti was an excellent checkout associate. She was very patient as I knew assistance getting my 40% off. She worked with me to find the email showing the code. Too many associates just rush you through the process.

This has got to be the messiest Kohl's I have ever been in. You cannot go down any isle without seeing cloths on the floor, cluttered shelves, and nasty stains on the carpet. Time to leave.

Wow, this store is an absolute mess! Decided not to purchase, couldn’t see ourselves digging through clothes like you would at a yard sale. I’ve never seen a Kohl’s this bad. Seems to be a consistent problem.

This was the dirtiest most unkempt store I have been in. No one was stocking or cleaning up the disheveled shelves. There were clothes and merchandise on the floor and pushed under displays. GROSS!!

They savebme a lot of Money when they sign me up for a Credit card, But my Big Purchase didnt get me anyone to help me out to my Car,You think the girl who sign me up would have gotten me some help out to my car,So that one of the reason, since i have reach the Elderly stage I dont go out shopping unless i got someone to help me, But my husband doesnt like to shop so i had to go by my self, Its not just Kohls who doesnt help the Elderly out, It all of the Stores, Sam Club, Krogers, Target , Now when my husband goes to Menards and he needs Lumber those boy in the lumber Yard are right there to help him,

Nice store with very helpful staff. There is a nice clothing selection for everyone in the family. Many housewares type items. The Amazon returns drop-off location is convenient.

Always thought they had a good variety of things but I went a few days before Thanksgiving and they have way more stuff especially toys. Their toy department improved 100%. And there was so many good sales too. Even though they're usually busy the cashiers do a great job of getting the line down and getting people checked out fast!!
