Yeah, don't come here. It took forever to be helped. Literally got to the cash register and had to wait to be helped again because the kid didn't know what he was doing, he called whoever it was to come up front. He shows up and doesn't even help me cash out instead he helps everyone else then goes all around the store. I just wanted to purchase my firearm and go home. I finally went home! Empty handed and frustrated 🤙

came in the other day looking for some softball stuff so i went to the cashiers for help and they were very helpful, one guy even walked back there with me to show me the exact spot. as i was checking out the price was wrong so they had to call a manager to come change it. the older manager lady wasn’t very nice and acted like we were stupid for not knowing the price was going to be wrong. she also wasn’t very nice to the cashiers. great store but maybe better management?

You have to call weekly for an updates on an application. They'll lead you on for over a month then fill the position and claim they don't know what the hold up is. Highly unprofessional employees and unreliable management. Marissa puts on a friendly front but fails to follow up with anything.

About the only sports supply store we have in this area anymore. I do love their weekly deals and clearance. Always had friendly staff and a clean store whenever I go here. Many times online will show they have items (or don't,) in stock, but then find the opposite when you go in person. That has been frustrating.

It's one of limited options in town. Has decent selection of actual sport gear for the usual sports. Finding athletic wear can be extremely difficult especially for young athletes. If you need girls athletic clothes you'd be better off going to Greenwood or Indianapolis.Hadn't had to go in a while, but found it the best option for what I needed. The clerk at checkout was disengaged and slightly rude. It's a wonder they have flyers and cards posted everywhere that they're hiring. I'll hit Amazon next time

Dunham's Sports Columbus,IN has absolutely the worst management team of any retailer I've ever seen! We went to buy these softball cleats for Kaley today keep in mind one shoe was in the box and the other was literally sitting on the display rack shown in the picture very clearly $34.99 (took the display because it was the only one of the correct size needed) we got to the register and they rang up $80 we very politely informed the young cashier that the price was incorrect and went back to show him the price shown on the shelf. He asked for a "manager" to come over for the price override. Amy the "manager" we easily the rudest person I've ever come across in a retail setting. Her first sentence out of her mouth was "I've worked at Dunhams for 7 years and there's no way these shoes are marked $34.99 from $80" I believe maybe something along the lines of "hi how can I help you" probably would have been a better first impression. She then proceeded to basically tell us we were liars. We then asked to speak to another manager, then" Bill" came over and was equally as rude and belittling and even laughed at us when we explained the situation. He walked back with us and we pointed out where the shoes were located on the display. His response was " I can't help it if someone put the shoe on the wrong display price" well the only issue with that is the exact shoe we had WAS the exact shoe that was listed on the display tag, word for word! Needless to say although we had around $200 worth of items we left with absolutely nothing! I'd rather pay MORE for the same products somewhere else than be treated like a liar and belittled by those who are supposed to service customers and keep them coming back. I know for sure we will never step foot back in that store ever again! Feel free to share away I even felt bad for the young man working the cash register as he explained the the managers there were not nice people, we was right!!

Like many have said, there may be 2 people working the entire store. Do not attempt to purchase such glasses here. The cashier's do not have a key to access the sunglasses cases. They have to call to the back for someone to bring the keys. After waiting 10 mins on someone to bring the keys, the do not have ar the proper key to fit the case. Absolutely unbelievable!

Barely anybody in the building and nobody knows where anything is or if they have it in stock. I asked if they have foam rollers for yoga, something I thought was very basic, and he said he didn't think he had those after I had to restate what I was asking for three times. I asked him if he had yoga mats and said oh yeah over there and when I went to where the yoga mats were there were foam rollers. They were overpriced as hell and I decided not to get it but they did have it.They did the same thing when I asked about swim caps and goggles. Acted like they had no idea what I could possibly be talking about. These are basic things to have in a sporting goods store...

Lots of great choices in this store and the prices are fair compared to other equivalent stores. We bought a couple of kayaks on black Friday at nearly half the regular cost. Staff is always busy but excellent to work with once they get time to help you. We go to this store quite often.

Overall I got a pretty good deal on the Fila shoes that I bought on clearance & they're pretty comfortable, but I still think some of the clearance prices could've been a little more clearance than what they were. Still kinda high.

I visited them because I wanted to see the selection of handguns today had available. I was really impressed because they had full display cases of almost any kind of firearm that was available. Staff at the counter was polite and knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Gosh I miss those days of sales reps being honest and sincere and focused on the needs of the customer. One of the sales reps took a personal connection with me, and we talked about common interests. I'll tell you that I'll definitely be back to shop some more at that location.

Only two workers in the entire building. Tried to find someone to ask about a cooler listed on website, couldn’t find anyone. Somethings have prices some things don’t. Standing in line to pay with two other customers and 1 cashier looked at us and walked off leaving just one cashier. First time here and safe to say I’ll never be back.

I always like going there, but typically understaffed. Hard to find someone to assist. Every time we've bought footballs, basketballs, soccer balls they have issues with putting air in them.It's like they don't have the capability or know how. Kinda odd!Try it... you'll see what I mean!Inventory is generally good, except for youth sizes.Staff is nice.Using coupons are generally a challenge too. Not sure why...Overall, its a solid 3.5 star 🌟.

I have been in this store a handful of times and customer service at the front desk is ehhh. I’ve called the store more and every time I talk to the gun department they are lacking enthusiasm, a will to do any kind of work (I got a bunch you really just need to come and take a look, no bro you’re just lazy and don’t want to move.) I’m totally done with this store and the depressed work ethic. Management really should do something about the moral in their forces.

The store was ok lots of name brands and sizes but on the way in almost ran over by guys in pickup trucks pulling in just to hang out when the problem was brought up we were told nothing they could do about the loitering in the parking lot. We won’t be back until the hangout place has been taken care of not safe for the public. Huge empty mall parking lot but they want to park where customers are coming in and out. We shopped for well over 45 minutes and they were still there when we left.

Love this place! Always great clearance deals here and I always find best prices on shoes here( their clearance racks for shoes are awesome) I find some really great clothes here and the best t-shirts. I literally just left there with 5 pairs of shoes and two jackets for $120. Dunham's never lets me down. Going back to get a great price on a kayak next.

Great place as long as you don't need assistance from the employees. I bought my kayak here. I received a great deal on the kayak with the 20% off. Since then I constantly receive discount codes for products that do not interest me.

Came in looking for a tandom, the guy that was helping us was supposed to check on something and call us back before he got off work, I called after an hour or so and was told he didn't want to help us. Not very pleased with the way we were treated, especially if he couldn't have found the one we wanted we were going to buy the original one we looked at. So lost out on a sale due to lack of customer service

My wife went inside to purchase a second like pair of tennis shoes we had purchased prior. She took in the box front with her to assist the clerk in finding them. She started at the front desk waiting for someone. The young man asked about helping which my wife explained. He called a girl from the shoe area who came up and questioned my wife as to where she had gotten the box front. Once that was cleared up she went back to look and replied to the guy over the phone she couldn’t find any. He questioned her and she replied well I guess I could look through the stock in the back. All of of which my wife over heard. She said never mind I’ll go somewhere else.

What a joke. If you aren't buying something off the shelf then good luck finding help. Their flyer advertised a treadmill for a really good deal but we were at the mercy of their staff getting it from the back storeroom. 30 minutes later, someone finally wheeled one out so we could purchase it. In that 30 minutes, I saw very few employees there. It's no wonder they have so much of their merchandise tagged for shoplifters because most people probably lose patience. Most employees appeared to be working in the guns section so good luck if you had any questions about merchandise other than guns. The cashier I saw was the slowest I have ever seen in the 30 minutes we watched. He knew we were there for the treadmill because he called the lady the first time and she said she was going to answer the customer she was serving question about the price of a gun. He never once made an effort to call her again knowing full well what we were waiting for until we finally asked again once my wife had returned from returning something at JCP. Reluctantly purchase only because of the price on something we wanted but will be hesitant about ever returning there again. Just another deadbeat store for the slow death of the Fair Oaks mall.
