I mean, you would think they would have people cross-trained to operate registers as well as stock so that customers aren't waiting in long lines with 1 register open and 4 people stocking the sales floor. I understand it takes time to count and close each register at the end of the night but you have to meet the business needs.

Found what I was looking for. Very nice, very friendly, and super polite cashier. She was getting a line backed up and she stayed calm and called for help.

Everything is a dollar, so it is cheap. Great for kids toys, cards (2 for $1), and random cheap decorations. Also, over the counter meds are cheaper here than anywhere else.

I walked in on a nice crisp afternoon. It was about 1:30 pm when I had entered the establishment that I am currently reviewing. As I roam the field of aisles, I noticed one problem regarding this establishment. The before mentioned “Dollar Tree” signifies that there is more than likely trees in store that cost an exact amount of $1.00 . However once I browsed all of the sections of the store, the only thing my eyes were exposed to was candy, birthday cards, and several randomly assorted gifts in the front of the store. I then proceeded to ask the cashier as to the whereabouts of these trees that were advertised via the companies name. There was no plant life inside of the building and I was beyond outraged. However good experience, very much enjoyed my time here.

The store is always poorly stocked the help is always slow and the store is dirty. This site says open at 8am. Get there and store sign says 9am. Thanks so much Dollar Tree. 🤬

Friendly staff, good prices on things you'd find double the price in other stores.Usually show up for one item, leave with about ten.Sometimes there are multiple lanes open and I decide to buy things, but then sometimes I see one lane open and there's twenty people in line and I decide to either wait it out or come back another day when I have more time - I know my time limit and I can always come back later or the next day or two, so it's not a problem to me.

The manager needs to be ordering items for the last 3 weeks the items I'm looking for isn't there. Medicated body powder, tea tree mint shampoos and a lot of shelves are bare. The only other thing I can't think of is cooperate is not having things shipped. Plus it is hot in there no ac I guess. Other dollar trees are nice cool. I hate to think how the employees been feeling with heat lately. Staff was super friendly and fast.

Store is usually crowded and they do move things around a lot. In General they're friendly and courteous and even if a customer line is long it moves quickly. Or there is a backup cashier. Only had one or two rather discourteous or disinterested sales person during the whole year last year. He was more interested in teasing and taunting the other sales girl then he was helping a frequent customer as myself.

Great deals at $1.00 or less. Many Halloween items, including candy, gift bags, greeting cards, gift wrap & bows, party supplies, some food items, health & beauty, toiletries, kitchen items, some refrigerated items including ice cream. Too much to mention. Friendly cashier. Lines can get long but they work fairly quickly to get you checked out and on your way.

This store's management and staff should be commended on improving this DOLLAR TREE tremendously ! Numerous trips in the past found bare shelfs every time. The store looks stocked and clean. And the staff doing great customer service!

This place is awful. It is not due to lack of staff. This has not even a 1 time experience. Today was just the worst. They kept seeing people getting in line looked at us rolled their eyes and went back to their conversations. 4 people had already gotten in line and not one worker even said hello, can you give us a minute. Nope just eye rolling

I use to love shopping at the DOLLAR TREE in my home town. I will now drive 30 mins to another store.The store never opens on time. The shelves are never stocked. Boxes setting everywhere. This store has really went down hill in the last 3 months. Workers everywhere but never looks like anything getting done. I sure wish they took pride in their store like before.

All I can say is wow. The only reason I’m giving this review is because of their employee. The woman at the cash register (June 20, 2019 - 2:20pm) was incredibly rude. I went in for a return which I might add they don’t do returns, only exchanges. So regardless they get your money. But then she snaps at me as soon as I said I needed to do a return and says “Well you need to get out of line and go find as many items as you have in that bag and do an exchange”. Then got rude with her manager on the other register. SO HATEFUL. Definitely not meant for customer service.

The employees were incredible, sweet and very respectful. Made it very comfortable to shop there and they knew where everything was, even the smallest items that aren't very popular! Love them!

The cashier was super rude. I shop in here alot, and normally the workers are nice even though the store is always a disaster. This trip, every couple minutes the cashier up front would tell "we close in ten minutes!!!".. I'm a retail store manager...that sort of behavior is ridiculous.

The older Dollar Tree in Columbus, IN is small and always messyOne more pleasant employee would help to keep it up so it's not so cluttered.The employees are helpful and usually know where to find an item.

They didn't have the mirrored picture frames I wanted. They used to sell them, but I haven't been able to find them in any of the 3 stores I've looked at.

Went to the new one yesterday. Employees and manager as well as half of customers were not wearing masks and people were not distancing. Felt very uncomfortable, left quickly.

The employees are always nice but the place is always in shambles! Opened boxes everywhere, piles of trash just swept into the corner with the broom leaned against it. Shelves half stocked. Just general disarray.

Best place to go when I really feel like shopping but don't have the money to spend. Also great for finding items to help with DIY projects, simple Home decoration and organization. Many of the items are really poor quality so buy only if you don't have any other alternatives. Another tip, all Items cost 1$ here and with tax it comes to 1.07$ per item. Some of those items maybe cheaper at Walmart say for 94 cents. So watch out. It may not make much of a difference on a single purchase but for bulk purchases for DIY projects its worth checking.

They keep saying there opening a new one on 46. What's the point they can't even keep the shelf full here or in Seymour. If it's not seasonal forget it. What a shame. !!!!. Guess that's why Wal-Mart stays in business.

Store needs to be cleaned...one cashier and as always a long line, customers irritated but don't blame the cashier...store policy use to be more than three in line call for backup

I was in the store today in columbus. The store was very dirty, boxes on the floors every where. All rights shelves very messy.I just walked out. They need better management!

They have lots of great stuff for only $1. Employees are very helpful and courteous. I enjoy shopping here.
