Very nasty store, full of broken lights, nasty dirty floors, and moldy coolers and freezers. The doors never shut, it's riddled with drug users and the workers close the store whenever they feel like it. Very unprofessional and will NEVER be back. Avoid this cesspit at all costs

Always easy shopping, even if it IS A FREAKING MESS, and it usually is! Employees obviously do Their best to keep up with product demands, but sometimes it's too no avail.

This review is for a crew member specifically. Julia helped dig through the mountains of stock to get me one item and when they weren't in the best shape also gave me a discount for them being banged up. I was very frustrated at first with how many carts were in the way which I blame none of the employees themselves for but her help made it a good experience overall. Seriously though if this is how corporate wants their employees to stock product then they need to reevaluate. Will never go at this time of day to a dollar general again for the amount of mess and frustration it creates. Several aisles with two or three big carts of product just sitting in the way was very annoying.

It's decent place to shop. They have some clothes and shoes to choose from unlike the one on 46. It's kept a lot cleaner than the one over off of 25th st & 31. Some of the cashier's don't wear masks like they are supposed to for covid. The guy ringing me up today took it off while scanning my things. I know there uncomfortable at times but he shouldn't have done that with a customer so close.

It’s better then it used to be but not the best because they always seem to have ghetto problems lol like the air stops working in the summer and it’s super hot with the doors open and using fans, for example or they have some random issue that causes your shopping experience to be annoying. But not the worst dollar General I’ve been to. So 3 stars because they are better then they used to be!

Just remodeled, has a more spacious feel with more products. The employees are great. Buy milk from DG because it is name brand and cheapest price in town only being a little over a dollar. Great app that saves on name brand products. Great store.

They are so friendly especially Tiffany, Shirley, and the GM Mark. They are knowledgeable and will help you all that they can. I didn't know this and some of you might not either but if you have balloons that need helium they do that too. It's just $1 per balloon. So if you are in a hurry and need somewhere close to you DG is the place to be.

Got everything I need for great prices and suggestions I've made the manger has tried to accommodate to customers requests. The store in my neiborhood didn't sell ethnic hair products and they made room for an 8' display . I'm so grateful otherwise I'd have to go on other side of town for hair oil.

Manager is extremely rude speaks rudely to customers have called Corp. office as have others but no changes in his demeanor just plain mean to people at times then very nice at others I honestly feel sorry for the ones he gets A hold of because his mouth is a dangerous weapon. Shame on him.

The manager goes out of his way to make sure that everything is stocked and each customer has a great experience shopping there the store is in the process of getting organized and soon you will see great results customer service reps are awesome

Always restocking crowded. Last time they had zero cold/frozen. Everything was broken. This time was better but an ordinarily carried item a bathtub stopper they were out of.

Good prices on almost everything but this place usually attracts a very bad crowd. I feel akward every time I go there do to the lack of anything that normal stores would have to keep wanting to come back (clean store, "normal" customers, and no background music).

Let's start by saying customer service is usually on par with competitors. The downside to this specific dollar general would be their isles are full of stock carts with stock still on them (have been for more than 4-5 weeks) and it's to the point that you can't really walk through any isle specifically the back wall of the store. their freezers have been down for longer than needed (3-4 weeks) which I believe are up and running again.

Store lying about closure on november 13, 2019. They're not having a plumbing issue. They were shut down by the health department because the people that work there let it get THAT disgusting.

I have been there several times! The manager is helpful and the girls at checkout are helpful. There are 2 other GD stores in my area but this one is the BEST !

friendly staff, convenient, try the clover valley Frito and Dorito equivalents... not bad for a buck... many different card reload and phone reload choices.. not cricket though.... AND THEY ALL TAKE PAY PAL IN STORE

I love Dollar General however this one sucks due to the rudeness of one of it's employees. Someone needs to remind management at this location that false accusations made by their employees can be detrimental to their store's business!!

Always cluttered, cannot get down most of the aisles because of boxes and rolltainers being in them. Slow check out service. I usually have to end up going to Wal-Mart for the item I was trying to get at Dollar General.

I stop in here all the time because I know they've usually got whatever I need. Downside to EVERY Dollar General is slow check out times. I don't know why this is but expect to wait.

Store was crowded with products that have not been put on shelves yet. Tiles were stained in some areas and coming up in others. Store just dirty
