The doctors are awesome but the techs in there are all super rude. Except for like one. Techs won't turn in insurance unless you make a scene. Witch is never fun. Always rude. Only one tech dude in there tho is super helpful but he's always working so much harder than the rest so feel bad for the guy picking up the slack. But the mean old lady's don't help and really drag this place down. Watch out for the Karen..........

The staff was nice and tried to help me but the kodak photo machine looked like it was from the 80’s and the photos it printed were messed up - the color was off and the image was blurry. I tried two times and then decided to go somewhere else for my prints.

I’ve been in 40 or 50 Cvsthroughout our United States I traveled a lot when I was younger and this CVS in Columbus Indiana on National Road is one of the best well-maintained and efficiently ran CVS that I’ve ever been. The team there does an excellent job moving the people through and keeping the store well organized. They are also friendly but right to business just like I like it.I have not seen any other CVS so well organized and maintained. now sometimes there is a long wait at the drive through because it serves so many people in our communi but when that happens I just park the car and go inside because I enjoy checking sales and using my rewards which is another great service Cvs provides…..

You can tell this is a place people work once they've given up on life. Anytime I've decided to give them another chance they are rude. Thank God Walgreens is right next to them

I was told it would take 10 minutes for my prescription to be ready. It took an hour... and they kept saying “it’ll be out soon”I had a lot of other stuff I could have been doing. Huge waste of time.

Very bad experience in covid testing.. unexpectedly slow service and poor customer care.. for travel plan I don't recommend
