Customer aware: DO NOT take passport photos here! I took my passport photo here about a week ago, they requested me to buy a Kodak flash drive to get my digital photos. They sold bundle as mandatory! So rude! The following week, my friend wanted to take photos in CVS and I gave her my Kodak flash drive to help her save money. But CVS didn’t accept it and still asked my friend to buy a new flash drive again in their store to get the digital copy. They requested you spend $20 to buy their flash drive again and again. Ridiculous policy! CVS doesn’t care their customers!

If I could give zero stars then I absolutely would. My daughter was seen in the emergency room last night. They sent a prescription to this location I was unaware that this location does not open until 11 AM on a Sunday? So I arrive at 11 AM on Sunday to be told they did not have the prescription and to give them an hour in which I did, I returned an hour later and was told they had just now received the prescription and needed to be given another hour so I did Just to return for them to close at 1 PM for lunch and not open again until 2 PM in which I have to return in hopes to receive my prescription almost 24 hours later after our ER visit. This is absolutely ridiculous and it should not be this difficult to receive a prescription for a four year old child who needed emergent care. Worst CVS location and will no longer be using CVS pharmacy for any of our prescription needs from this point forward.

One of the best pharmacy around. I never have to wait for meds and they are extremely kind even when customers are there being very rude. Sarah and Steve are great and the technicians I have met, Jordan and Jennifer are so friendly. Love them. Beat pharmacy in town.

Literally the worst location to get your prescription or any needs of that matter. My prescription is never ready in a timely fashion, the pharmacists are Always rude whether in person or to call in. Very rude and unprofessional. I’ve even had to mention not to speak out my prescription name through the window. If I wanted everyone to know what kind of medication I was picking up I would let them know. If a could give this location a 0 for their unprofessionalism I would. Please find another pharmacy because this one is not the location!

First impressions....can't re-due that!! Customer base business. This very store sits in a well established location commercially right off the I65 - 46 W exits. This establishment had been providing much better customer service in the past. While waiting inside for my scripts, i observed an employees demeanor and attitude shown toward those on the other side of the counter... such bad services on all levels. Wishing brighter days!

The worst place!I came here right after my surgery. Directly from my surgery. I was there at 1.32 and they close for lunch at 1.30. They would not accommodate me. I understand that timings need to be respected, but they fact that they wouldn’t accommodate someone who needs pain medication after surgery is unacceptable. Worst customer service.

The pharmacy techs are always rude, never answer the phone in a timely manner, and hang up when it comes to issues out of their control.I would advise going anywhere else.I have had issues multiple times with this location, and I am sympathetic to dealing with people, just the lack of care is abhorrent and is unacceptable.

The pharmacy staff is awful! They are very rude. Want to use being short staffed as an excuse, or that they weren't their the day before when I was told the medication would be ready next day. The whole world is short staffed currently, doesn't mean you can take it out clients. CVS really should consider new pharmacy staff. Switched pharmacies since they were complete jerks!

Will never return to this location. I had 2 pills remaining for my prescription when I arrived. They told me they could not refill it until I had 1 remaining (no idea who I am supposed to know this). Came back 2 days later and they said it hadn’t been filled yet since it was on hold and I would have had to call to tell them to process it. Never told me that and how would I know this. Then she tells me it will be an hour wait and closed the window. Went back a third day to finally pick up my prescription. The staff was extremely rude the first two visits, especially the one working the drive thru. I will not be back.

Called for a second time about the manager being rude and never received a call like I requested from corporate the lady was rude grabbed my bag of items that where paid for and dropped them on the floor and told me I know who you are and started following me out of the store

If I could give this CVS 0 stars I would. The pharmacy staff are all very unprofessional and rude. They lose your prescription and have you waiting half an hour just to be extremely rude and impatient with you. The last time I went into the store the pharmacy employees were all arguing infront of costumers and the lady was even crying and telling me how horrible it is working there. This place is so unprofessional and terrible with customer service. CVS corporate really needs to look into proper training and customer service skills for all their associates at this store. I will get my last prescription from this place and I will NEVER be returning.

Long wait times no acknowledgement. Can't fill correct scripts or correct script quantities. When they mess up there is no apology. Give wrong person the wrong script and after its purchased they do nothing to resolve it except make you pay for the correct one a week later when they finally get it right. Most of the pharmacy staff is rude. Stood in line for over 30 mins and heard them talking about other customers negatively. The pharmacy manager is worse than the staff.

28.5 HOURS ago I watched my doc send the RX through for my antibiotic and my migraine meds. I called yesterday and today. I'm told they have it and are working on it. Yeah! I KNOW you have it and you've BEEN working on it... for over a full day! What is the issue!? Absolutely ridiculous!!! Thank God I'm not waiting on insulin, an epi pen or Narcan to revive someone.

Terrible service. Absolutely terrible. 2nd time my husband had to go without meds because of CVS. The other time was the day he had surgery. He had to go without!!! My previous review was deleted as well as the one I left on corporate FB. Hmmm interesting. Sarah is downright awful and should not be working with the general public or handle meds for them. Just atrocious!!

I had my medicines transferred up to this location. They said they would call when everything was taken care of. 7 days later I had to go in and ask why I was never contacted. The pharmacy department just rambled on. And extremely rude. Never ever go to this place. They don't care.

They were very busy in the pharmacy. Probably shouldn’t of gone at 530. The woman checking out was Not very kind and a little snippy. I tried to be gracious because she made a comment to the previous customer that it was the first time anybody had said thank you to her today. After spending $150 there it’s a little disturbing.Standing there I also began to wonder about confidentiality. There is absolutely none in the pharmacy if you are getting a prescription and there’s a large line of people waiting. Walgreens seems to do a better job of making it private.

When they get your meds or vaccines 'filled' or 'confirmed appt', there's not guarantee you'll get any of it and they'll blame anyone under the sun but there pharmacy. When the issue is call the people who you guys have confirmed. I put up going with them for a month because I had to without knowing the rep of the pharmacy. Was told from customers who have to come there in line and experience as of now. No one ever answers calls( I had one answer in 30 days). And if the call says it will take 4 hours for med fill, it will be 8 and they'll try and manipulate you to feel bad for them or feel bad for just expecting professionalism.If you don't have something that your pharmacy confirmed, call your customers. People need meds, people live out of town or they wouldn't even come to this crapshoot. Call your confirmed appts and people that need their meds if out or can't do it. Be professional. By now anyone off the street would have better manners. See ya CVS on Jonathon Moore and THANK GOD, sorry to people in line who hate having to come here because this isn't a 'covid thing ' I was warned by so many long term customers in line.

This pharmacy’s customer service is horrible. Never an apology for making me wait, yet they ask me to change lines, so the people behind me won’t have to wait.Plus, they lost my spouse in their computer system, even tho he’s been getting prescriptions there for years.I wish I could give this CVS zero stars

More like a gas station than an actual pharmacy. Closes at 7pm, closed for lunch from 1-2pm. If you are on your honeymoon and want to earn some quickbucks doing nothing, work here! Cannot regret sending my prescription here anymore.

These pharmacist here don't do their job. It's been 3 days waiting for them to transfer the prescription yet im told it was done yet Walgreens hasn't received it. I'm literally at walgreens talking to them and cvs pharmacist has lied. But here I am still waiting to get my 6 month old child's medication because he can't breathe or sleep normally without it. Absolutely absurd!

I had a test scheduled and confirmed 48 hours in advance. I even got numerous txt confirmations up to an hour before my time to arrive. I get there and am told they are out of test. But yet I was able to schedule online. I’m not sure how it works in the system they have, but I’m wondering if they knew people had tests scheduled and could’ve called to let them know no test were available. I know it’s not the employees fault for not having kits available. I just feel like I should’ve got a call and or not been able to schedule a time if no kits were available.

The lady in the drive through (Jennifer, i believe) is so rude. I thought it was a bad day but so far it’s happened 3 separate times. She acts like I’m wasting her time coming to pick up my one prescription. The inside of the store is clean and almost always has what i need, i will say that! I will come back if I absolutely have to, but definitely not through the drive through.

I use to love this place. They have too many new people there that have know idea what they are doing. I have gotten the same prescription for over 12 years and now I can't get it filled because of their new pharmacist. He claims my doctor didn't approve the name brand. Hello....I have 9 REFILLS for this drug and you are just now changing it 7 refills in. Ridiculous!! My parents use to use them as well but started having problems with them too and they changed. Walgreen's looks like they are gaining 3 more people from my household. Good bye CVS on 46.

Go to Walgreens. They won't refill an Rx until the last day you run out of pills. I know it's a controlled substance (1/2 Dose Sleeping Pill, Ambien) but this is ridiculous. It's not like we are in town every day, we live in the country. It shouldn't be expected you are in town everyday especially during this Covid. Online system said that the Rx would be filled the next day, NO PHONE CALL saying it can't be filled either, so wasted trip into town, but Walgreens filled it immediately and they let me get my refill 5 days in advance. Thank you Walgreens. I won't be doing any business with CVS again.

Won't pharmacy staff ever. What's the point in me having my script called in 2 days in advance just to have to wait 30 minutes when I get there to get it filled. I can only think of 1 time I actually went in and they have their stuff together here out of the dozens of times I've been here. This is the last time I'll be going to Walmart pharmacy from now on.

DO NOT GET TESTED HERE FOR COVID! My husband got tested over two weeks ago and we just got our results back. They are saying their lab was backed up. Well I could care less if their lab is backed up when his job is not going to allow him to come back and you run out of Covid pay. The government and pharmaceutical companies don’t care if you need money to support your family. So if you want to get tested I suggest you go to Walgreens where you can get your test back in one day Ha!

I just love going into a store and being looked up and down the moment I walk in like I'm some sort of thief. And then have the cashier who eyeballs you follow you down the aisle, but make it look like they're not by going down the aisle right next to it, and then somehow miraculously appear at the end of the aisle right as you're walking out of it. Thanks Dellanie for the wonderful experience I had in your store! -_-
