Nice store. Frank the employee in TV's was great,very helpful. That being said I would never do business with them again. They owed us a 50$ refund because we paid cash and not by credit card we didn't get it. We had a problem with TV next day, was shuffled from person to person. After 4 hours on phone with best buy, I finally called manufacturer, they walked us thru solving the problem. I would not recommend Best Buy to anyone, unless you want to get cheated.

Installer is personable, helpful. Manager, after standing my ground, refunded the full amount for the heap of JVC trash I bought.Good service/customer service in store, can outweigh the poor experiences I had in dealing with the people that are "sorry to hear" I'm past my return date because GeekSquad is so far booked out when I tried to get a refund via the 1-800 number. Though I've lost my desire to give BestBuy anymore of my money, if I must, I'd try to do at this location simply because they seem to operate on basic "do the right" customer service tactics.

The staff are very helpful.My mom went there looking for a phone & she has never ever used a computer, let alone navigate a mobile device. They didn't judge, & were very helpful & friendly getting my mom set up with a phone. They made the whole process a good expirence for her.

Did the pick up. Was fast and efficient. But before i did that i needed to get something else and there is never anyone to answer questions or they just walk on by when u try to stop thwm for a question.

I spent $460.09 on a TV at best buy Columbus Indiana 12/27/23. They delivered a broken TV on 12/30/23. So I went up to the store, with my receipt. Thinking they would pick up the broken TV and deliver a new one.They told me that they will not refund my money, or pick up the TV until I bring it back. It don't fit in my car. So for a refund I had to put the TV on top of my car holding it down by hand... THANK YOU BEST BUY.... I will not buy anything from them again

I had a bad experience with Best Buy...technicians came to my house to run ethernet cable but then said they could not do it. However, they still charged me for the service and I've called 4 times (so far) for a refund. The first time they said it'd be 24-48 hours before I'd be approved for a refund or not...but I never received an email or text like they said I would. The second time they escalated my request as it had been pending for some time. The third time I was assured I would receive the refund in my account within 24 hours, but I did not. I'm now on the phone for the 4th time hoping for the issue to be resolved.

Went to buy a stove, what a nightmere....No Inventory in store...Then delivery in 4 days well the truck got a flat, so that didnt happen, Now they tell me next week...Then called customer service, Hold Hold Hold Its called Globel service....No service in United States couldnt understand a thing they said hung up on 3 times.... spent $1000 bucks and got screwed! Nice Job Best Buy! I'll be back to do that again! NOT! Not to smart if you run a business jus sayin!

Employees are so kind and always they look for a solution. Today I had a problem with an online purchase with a notification that said the item was picked up yesterday and I never picked it up, so I went to the store to talk about it, and they fixed that, now I have my item and I'm satisfied. Thanks for that, guys. Excellent service!

The staff were very helpful. Answered all the questions we had and activated my phone for me so I didn't have to worry about it. Also they set up my auto pay for my monthly plan so I don't have to worry about refilling my phone service. Will definitely shop here again!

Went in to purchase a new laptop. We had to order one from the warehouse because they didn't carry the one needed for work and school. No big deal, we can just have the laptop shipped to the store. Cool! Membership information was correct. The laptop we wanted was correct, and we wanted to pick it up in-store. The associate told us it would be available for pickup the next day between 9 and 11 a.m. at the Columbus. INDIANA store. The closest Best Buy to me is an hour away, so we're annoyed that we have to make another expensive trip back to the store. We arrived at the store at 1:30 p.m., 3 hours after we got an email stating the laptop was out for delivery. Walked in to find that the associate had shipped the laptop to Washington state. To a house with no one available to receive the package. Oh, there's no signature required for the $1,100 laptop either. Now we open the email we got from Best Buy to discover the headline was correct that my order was being delivered, but it wasn't being delivered to the store like we had planned. Now, it gets really good from here. I'm 3,000 miles away from my $1,100 laptop that Best Buy had delivered to the wrong location. Now begins the 3 hour conversation over two days that WE (The Customer) have to endure to correct the huge screw up that was completely and totally unacceptable. Best Buy store and Customer Service literally put their hands in the air and told us that there's nothing anyone can do now that it has been delivered. Customer Service told us to contact FedEx and file a claim with them for delivering to the wrong location. This was not FedEx's fault. They did a marvelous job, in my opinion. They got the order, picked up the product, and delivered it to the address that Best Buy told them to deliver it to in 24 hours. I finally got a hold of a relative up in Washington that could track down the laptop and get it to the Best Buy store in Silverdale. Thank God that the laptop hadn't been stolen or rained on before it could be rescued. The Silverdale store was apparently floored to learn that such an error had been made and that Customer Service was informing all of us that there was nothing that Best Buy could do about correcting the mistake that they had made. What if there wasn't someone to recover my $1,100 item? What if it had been stolen? What if it had been rained on? To Best Buy, none of that was their problem. However, I could pay to have the warranty and Geek Squad look at it IF I HAVE IT IN MY POSSESSION. Otherwise, I would have been out that money, which is extremely hard to scrounge together these days. Definitely avoiding Best Buy at all cost after this experience. What happened to you, Best Buy?

This is the place every person loves to visit to fulfil their techno needs. So i too visited this place but not for me, for my friend who have asked me to get a GoPro 7 for him. Since it’s not available in Indian, and as i was visiting US for few days. I paid visit to best buy in chicago and then in columbus, indiana. And i got the product which i was looking for, even the store guy also gave me a good comparison on different types of pro7 and also advised to purchase the one on need basis. But I didn’t bought it from store, instead I ordered it online from best buy website since for online purchase they were offering 64 gb sd card for free with the camera, and I received it the next day. Which was really cool. So for me the overall experience was Very good.

I want to publicly thank Jeff and his team at BestBuy Columbus, IN! I visited the store last night to pick up some very heavy workout equipment weighing over 300 pounds! Jeff and his team loaded into my SUV like it was nothing! But unfortunately it wouldn’t fit 😕 my trunk hatch would NOT close! Jeff offered some tips on how to get it to work and he ultimately got every piece of equipment in my trunk and the hatch/door closed beautifully! Thank you Jeff for never giving up hope, for quickly finding a solution, and keeping me from having to make a second trip to Columbus. Give this man a raise!

Schedule Installation. Received email from BEST BUY tech to be at my home between 130 and 530 pm. No one showed and no call. I called them and was told tech was on his way at 5:45. At 645 no one showed, no one called. I called them again but now they say he is at the appt before me running late then reminded me our original time planned was between 1-8. I call again at 8:30, still no contact from anyone, no explanation. Why did I spend $200 dollars on a service that does not happen
