My family and I came to this location and had the worst experience with an employee named Joy. She was verbally aggressive with us the entire time we were in the store, from looking at chicks to checking out. She was rude and unprofessional with us and with another employee. She used profanity at the checkout in front of my two children and talked poorly about the other employee to us. I’m more than happy to explain the situation further with management if they would like.

The customer service was top notch! Greeted as soon as I entered. Gentleman carried my bag of dog food to the register as well. They were sweet to my little poodle. Columbia City location knows how to treat their customers right.

Always have a good time. Hey even give my service dog a treat and don't speak to her unless they asked me. This is good for animal stuff boots outside life and plant seeds. I love going in here just wish prices were a little cheaper but if you want a better quality and better experience this is the place to go.

I'm fairly certain that the employee didn't understand what was being asked over the phone. She was very rude and short and told us we had to have a number to get the info that we needed. With Covid we are trying to stay out of the store and wanted to verify they had what we wanted in their inventory. She eventually said she didn't have what I wanted to purchase and hung up. I was able to call the Kendallville store and they were able to assist me with what I was wanting to get. Funny thing is according to their system Columbia City had one in stock. I will be doing my business with Kendallville even though it is a much further drive.

This is another one of my favorite shops they always have my dog food and cat food and cat litter they're always kind and courteous and clean and help you always ask how your day is this is another awesome store to go to and when it comes to animals they get it and do their best to help and the prices are not bad food is good quality

Call to ask if they would price match wood pellets said they wouldn't . I went online and says they will price match even online price items. Woodpellets at other store on was cheaper and product brand my differ.

You need to retrain the older lady at the register. Went in today and she was so rude to everyone who checked out. She don't like her job she needs to find some where else to work. She is going to run off a lot of business...

Buying treats for my dogs. Used to buy things at meijer...the ones they love, they don't carry what I need. TSC has a comparable type. My dogs are rescues and one was rarely fed......i think they deserve the best....thats what I try to give them

There's lots of stuff, but no oil filters for super M tractors. Has filters for Kubota and Ford though.
