I had some broken Craftsman hand tools. I had never done this before. Kinda like an urban legend, right? My wife was wearing one of her half sweaters and tik tik leggings, so i was having trouble concentrating on the task at hand. Two very polite ladies helped me by replacing some of the tools I brought in. A socket, a 3 inch extension, pocket screwdriver and even a 1/4" drive ratchet. Some of the items I brought in had originally come in sets and so they couldn't replace them, but the ones they gave me retail for over $50. Sadly, one of the ladies informed me that Black & Decker bought Craftsman and is trying to put an end to the replacement policy. Thanks for all your help, ladies!!

You’ll find what you need here! You’ll probably pay a bit more than the big stores but the over-the-top friendly services is well worth the extra money. I dare you to walk through that store without being asked if you need help finding something.

Excellent service, great prices, and huge variety of inventory. When you walk in, someone will ask if they can help you find something. Prices are a little bit higher than 'big box stores', but let's support our local family businesses! Inventory is top notch...you can buy bottom self economy products or high end professional items. Great place to shop and super helpful staff!

Love the fact that someone always makes sure I can find what I need. The checkout is quick and easy, never have to wait more than a minute in line. Prices are a little higher than big box stores but the employees know their products as opposed to the bumbling around at the green/blue/orange places.

Bought a beautiful real Christmas tree. The employees are always super friendly and helpful! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because we stood outside in the cold for 10 minutes waiting for someone to open the gate so we could get our tree after we paid!! It wasn't real busy either!

I love this place. They’ve got a great selection especially on grills but really of everything. They’ve got funky sodas barbecue sauces and rubs good tools and terrific prices. Everybody there wants to be there! I drive past Menards and Lowe’s and another 15 minutes just to go here when I can.

What a wonderful hardware store.I cant overstate how nice these people are.My ist time in i bought a pit boss smoker and as i waited i could not help but notice what beautiful store it was.It turns out the smoker did not operate as it should.They were so nice to me and returned it with no hassle.They even unloaded it.Gave me full credit toward a traeger grill which by the way is a much better grill.Thank you so much and see you soon for any other needs.

I called them for supplies my wife needed to fix jewelry which she really enjoys. The guy said they had everything I needed, but was skeptical. I found the products, but wasn't sure which products would work best since there were several to choose from, I tried internet, but had no service in the store. They were busy, but an associate came to me and asked if I needed help(not used to that) and I said I doubted he could, but he could try. Within two minutes he helped me pick exactly what I needed, and was out the door. The cashier seemed a bit flustered, but remained professional. I text my wife to tell her I found what she needed, and that Ace really IS the place with the helpful hardware folks!
