I am always very happy with Line Street Veterinary Hospital. They are always very kind and friendly to both my fur babies and myself. I have used this hospital for my dogs for many years, and I know that I can trust them with my pets care and well-being. Thay always take the time to answer my questions and address any concerns I may have about my pets health. They absolutely care about each pet and their families. The staff is knowledgeable and the doctors are always wonderful. If you are looking for a veterinary hospital that has a kind and caring staff, and amazing doctors, then this is the place to go. We wouldnt go anywhere else! I have 3 high drive, high anxiety dogs- they're a HANDFUL.Lori and Linda are literal rockstars of the front desk. If you need something, they've got you covered.Montanna, Kendra, Kenz, Tylar, Dani and Lauren are the sweetest asisstants ever, and give my kids lots of loves.Tylar and Montanna sat on the floor with my kids, and just loved on them- then told me all about how perfect they are- you guys, thank you!Drs Ahlemeyer, Landrum and Reynolds are the gold standard of medicine- you can trust them with your fur-kids.Thank you, Line Street, for all you do,

Line Street is amazing!! They were able to diagnose and treat my cat's bladder issues when my other vet was stumped for a month. The doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and kind and our vet tech, Tylar, is awesome!

I'm new to this veterinary complex. I'm just starting to get a feel for the organization. So far, NOT Great! It just might be me or my love for my pet, but I expected better results than I've gotten. I've only been there 3 times, still a little uncertain about their level of experience, compassion, empathy and over all care for my pet. They do treat you better than most veterinary clients, but I'm not looking for a used car, I'm looking for outstanding service for my dog.Well after giving them a lot of thought, I can NOT recommend them as a veteran I'd take my dog or any living creature to be medically helped!TO commercialized! NOT experienced enough! NOT overly interested in the creature's overall quality of life! To much show n not enough caring! WAY Way way to over priced for the services provided!THIS IS JUST MY OPINION!!!!

This is the best vet I’ve ever been to! Everyone there is absolutely amazing and so very kind and sweet. I spoke with Sarah Beth on the phone multiple times and she helped me ensure my pet would be taken care of! With having an anxious pup, she helped us get right into the room when we arrived. Mackenzie helped us get him out of the car and did an awesome job keeping him calm! Dr. Reynolds thoroughly checked our pet and did so without harming him! She helped us make sure we were on the right track to getting him better! She was very helpful when it came to staying within our budget by giving us prices of medications as we discussed them! I will only be taking my pet to this veterinary from this day forward! I’m so thankful for them and what they do! Jax’s health has been improving immensely and I couldn’t be more grateful for their help and support in the process!!

We have been to the vet twice this week. The staff treated my fur baby awesome. They listened to my concerns, answered my questions and treated Abby as family. Our 2nd visit was to have her euthanized. They have a special room with a treat cabinet . The staff asked questions and let us decide the pace we wanted to go . The vet talked to her with heart felt love. He stayed with us until she passed. We was given privacy and time to say our goodbyes.

Always get me in last minute when we have problems. I have 3 dogs with a multitude of problems and things happen. They are always fully staffed which must mean they’re doing something right. They’re not the cheapest but you are getting what you pay for. Fully trained staff that are happy to help, can handle their workload, can get me in, and always up front about costs and changing a plan as needed. Even happier with the shift to fear free handling because my shepherds do so much better with a less is more approach. I recommend them to anyone who asks.

Dr Kelly Reynolds is a great doctor.she takes good care of my Zoey.Staff is very good , professional and knowledgeable.There emergency number I used 1x and my Zoey's life was saved after getting a chunk of chocolate cake .They all have empathy for the animals and empathy for the parents of these fur babies.thank you for everything you do!

My cat had almost 105 temp. She had been bitten by another cat in the house. Was in much pain. Still can't lift her tail as far as she use to...but not completely healed yet. Much better tho. This kitty has such a special story...my heart would've been broken had she not pulled thru.

THE BEST. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. When I scheduled my appointment online, I left a note explaining that my husky mix, Mello, had a bad experience at her last vet and that we were hoping Line Street might be a good place to start over. When we got to the appointment, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly patient with her. The tech, Kendra, took the time to let Mello sniff around and never forced her to go anywhere or do anything. She got comfortable enough to eat treats in the room (she never did this at the other practice )and was looking more and more confident by the minute! Eventually, another tech, Holly, and Dr. Ahlenmeyer came in. Mello is generally scared of men, at least at first, but she was ALL about this guy!! He had her eating treats, doing tricks, and getting belly scratches for probably thirty minutes before they administered any vaccines. I can't thank Line Street enough for going above and beyond with our "misunderstood" pup. They truly got to know her before examining her, and they only did what needed to be done that day to avoid pushing her past her threshold since she hates being restrained. It sounds like a small thing, but I can tell their care and patience has already transformed her perception of the vet. So, thank you Line Street!!!!!!!!!! You all rock!!!

This was my first time at this establishment but I can assure you it will not be my last this place was just fantastic the right amount of personal and professional the way the vet herself worked with me on payment so I could make my bill really blew my mind much appreciated to the staff helping out my old girl!! Staff is great and friendly, but they are overpriced. Cost me over $800 to get 2 dogs vaccinations, exam and nails trimmed. Two years ago, it was $600. I reached out to other places and on average the cost was $525 for both dogs. Again, the people are great, but they charge too much. I cannot afford to use them, and Fort Wayne has many options with great staff.

Isn't a USDA licensed vet and is selling international health certification but isn't legally aloud to. So they charge you a arm and a leg for it then tell you it didnt get aproved five days before your flight. The only vet in Columbia city that is accredited is the one by Kroger. I wish I would have known this so I could have avoided being scammed by these people.

We were able to get our ill dog in quickly, thank goodness. Dr. Reynolds and the staff are always attentive and gentle with Chauncey. We never feel rushed which is greatly appreciated considering our dogs long list of health issues. We are very happy we transferred here to follow Dr. Reynolds.

The nurses and doctors at the Line Street are incredibly kind and considerate. It's very clear that they care about the animals they are caring for, and they never make anything overly complicated. Their explanations are clear, and they always give me options to consider - never make me feel like I have no choice or that the most expensive option is the only option. A wonderful place to receive care for your pet!

Spent an hour with vet Kelly. She is amazing, took her time, gave lots of recommendations, shown how to start training my pup, and answered all my questions and even answered questions I didn't know I had. She is really amazing. I have raised dogs all my life, and have been to many vets, but I have never met a vet like her. Highly recommend her, and if the other vets are anything like her that work there, your pet and you are in great hands! Thank you so much Kelly for such a wonderful experience!

From the first time I called, I felt like my dog was cared for and valued. The staff spent lots of time explaining what was going on with her and answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently. I have been really happy with the care my dog has received. They are more expensive than the vet we had been using, but the superior care is well worth the cost. Our pets deserve the best :)

I recently had to decide to put my faithful friend down of 14 years. It was a heart wrenching experience but he had, a stroke. Line street vet and staff handled him with so much care and consideration. Kindness was overwhelming. They are very professional. I would highly recommend them. As for cost they are on the pricey side, but nowadays everything is. Sometimes it's best to pay that little extra. I did reviews of other vets in the area and in time of need in this instance, none would help. Thank you Line Street!💜
