They never have anything in stock or the sub items I choose when doing a pick up order. Not sure if there needs to be better management or the store just isn’t big enough for the area?

I live 15 minutes away and always have trouble with the automated system. Called in and was sent to the cashier, who then sent me to the pharmacy who put me on hold and sent me to customerservice. The Profesional Customer service rep then sent me back and it ended after another long hold with a dial tone. Terrible phone service from the pharmacy. otherwise, I do enjoy their service. Not if when they waste the time of the very nice customer service rep and cashier. The customer service rep and cashier deserve 5 stars.

I noticed that they have prices for things of 4 for 5 for 7 for 7 but they didn't put it in the ad and it didn't put it on the app or tell you what to mix match with and a single person doesn't need 7 bags of Potato Chips or 10 things of salad dressing

This Kroger appears to employ an exorbitant amount of employees, unfortunately none of them actually work there. I attempted to use the self check out machine which rejected my purchase not once but 3 times and all the while I waited for a good 15 minutes total for the one employee to assist me while watching SIX employees including the acting store manager stand around and chit chat while I tried desperately to comfort my baby who had had enough. I love Kroger, but do yourself a favor and choose literally any other surrounding Kroger and avoid this facility.

It's very dim and dingy. There was a lot of merchandise out of stock, but what isn't struggling with that these days? The parking lot needs to be repaved badly, but I didn't see any potholes and there is ample parking. It doesn't look super clean, but you can still get what you need. It is one of only a few options available in this small town.

I was in the mood for biscuits and gravy. Everyone knows that shopping at Kroger is the move, but today I was in for a real treat. I park too far from the entrance and as I make my way to the entrance something catches my attention in my peripheral vision. I quicken my gait to catch a better look at the woman who disappeared too quickly inside the store. Weaving through shopping carts, displays of baked goods and the mornings hungry patrons, I spot her... tik-tok leggings shorts, bro! I love her. I wanna marry her. I love shopping at Kroger!!!!

If you don't mind the cost, there are some good things there. I needed help with my app, and the service desk was NOT helpful. Giving an 800 number is not exactly helpful when a cart full of groceries needs it's digital coupons.

What do you get from a store that makes fried chicken dinners ? Usually you get fried chicken dinners from about 3:00 until 6:00 pm.But not from this store !!!They bring a whole new meaning to the word inept.Can't wait for the Aldi to open because this store has gone from bad to a dumpster fire.This review is a long time coming because there are so many problems with this store.Basic stocking and keeping a supply of products such as bread go uncorrected for weeks at a time. Its like the guy who orders hasn't a clue!!The shopping carts are the aftermath of a demolition derby that either don't roll straight or not at all , dirty , rusted junk , I asked the manager, Pat, over a year ago to get new ones , but no. The employees for the most part are friendly and nice but again Pat seems to be oblivious to the condition of his store. Basic grocery practices like facing of the productsor stocking go untouched week after week.Example: July 4 is a time for grilling and parties but you can't find a decent hot dog bun in the whole store.We wanted the baked beans provided by the deli side of the store.....haven't seen them for weeks!!We wanted canned dog food .... nopeWe wanted coconut milk ....outWe wanted post Raisin Bran cereal ...outPlease Kroger management DO SOMETHING!!

The staff at this store are always kind and helpful. I can count on the shelves being barren and disheveled. There are always people trying to restock, most of the time the the stock is just depleted. I often can't have to buy a more expensive item or go without certain produce. Its very aggravating when your 2 week meal plan is ruined by not having lettuce. The new store looks awful when all of the shelves are bare. At least the old store was kept clean and stocked.

I love the updates to the store. The produce section is top notch now, and very appealing. Plus this Momma loves starting out with a coffee from the new Starbucks. I'm also a frequent user of their clicklist. The employees with click list are always upbeat, and kind, even when I'm running behind.

My groceries were scheduled to be picked up between 4 and 5pm. This had our meal for this evening and meals for the week. I got there at 4:50 to pick them up. The staff informed me they were behind and the groceries would not be ready till 8pm or the next day. This has happened four other times. Two specific times I’ve had to make multiple trips into town in the same day and still retuning with no groceries.

Used to be decent store. But for the past 3 months NEVER have anything I need or want. Such as chicken breast, or crackers or even Arizona tea. I'd rather drive 40 minutes away than come to this store anymore. I came in at 7am when they first open I'm one of maybe 5 customers and I see maybe 12 employees why the hell is nothing stocked why are they out of so many things

Really disappointed with how many wet spots were in the store and no wet floor sign. Almost slipped 3 different times and the manager didn’t care! Reported to osha, next time I’ll sue

DO NOT GO HERE RIGHT NOW. Unless you enjoy getting frustrated. This store used to be fantastic, but not in the past 6 months. It's taken a huge nose dive. If you want to do a full shop then go to Walmart in town. The shelves are more barren than the Gobi desert. It's sad because I prefer Kroger over Walmart, but it's honestly just not worth going in anymore. Good luck folks!

I can never receive receive my prescriptions on the same day. When people need antibiotics they need to start them now. Plus the wait is terrible. Very unhappy with this pharmacy. I am going to have to change pharmacy's if this don't get better. VERY TICKED OFF

We usually get a guy named Craig that bags our groceries. He is very friendly and a great person. Of course all the people at Kroger are very nice. We really enjoy our time while we're shopping there.

I have always been satisfied with each and every one of my shopping experiences at The Kroger Store in Columbia City, Indiana and absolutely love the employees there so much that I will drive 15 minutes longer and out of the way to go to that one instead of going to the Owens in Warsaw which is where I actually live!

Kroger is always a great place to stop in and get a great deal. If you have a Kroger Plus account you can always snag a good deal. Download the app and add the free Friday coupon every Friday for a free item. You can't beat that. The only thing I would improve on is the cleanliness.

Staff is friendly for the most part. I hate trying to navigate thru the employees restocking shelfs. They are only doing their job but when its so busy and them with their carts trying to put stuff away its way to packed and uncomfortable. They have a produce and good sales with a clean store. We prefer krogers over walmart just wish it wasn't so packed all the time.
