This particular Dollar Tree store is very disorganized. They had boxes dump into boxes instead of being placed on shelves or at least neatly stacked. It's what I would call Mis managed. So things that I was looking for, I have no idea if they have them or not because it was just such a mess.

Another satisfying dollar tree experience.I spent less than I would on a night out at the bar and got stuff that's slightly more enjoyable than being drunk and hungover the next day.

I go here once a month, and although the check out staff are very friendly, while you are chatting with them, they end up passing the SAME item over the scanner twice, so you get charged twice. You either have to not talk to them at all and watch the display like a hawk, or just accept that they'll overcharge you EVERY TIME. I realize it's not on purpose, but they don't correct their mistakes if you find them once you get home (20 miles away). A month ago, I got charged double on TWO separate items, and yesterday got charged double on one. NOT ACCEPTABLE! I've emailed their corp ofc via website with no reply.

Every time I shop at my local dollar tree the craft section is never restocked. Went today and almost everything I needed was wiped out. I will definitely be going to dollar tree in the next town over when I need something. At least the other one I go to is always stocked completely.

This place is reliable for a certain stock of items once you become familiar with what they carry. Often the place is pretty clean and the aisles are clear. The staff is typically friendly or at the very least not outwardly rude. It's convenient and pretty quick if you just need a few things.

I love dollar tree. But the Columbia City one was disgusting. The rest room had not been cleaned in a long time obviously. The front door was so dirty things had dripped down the glass. The isles had things sitting out of place everywhere. The store was not busy at the time either.

They're excellent on prices got a lot of good stuff excellent family place and the workers are extremely nice there was some broken glass out in the parking lot and trash one of the workers brought me a box to put the glass in but besides that everything was great

The employees were very friendly :-)Plus helpful too one walked me back2 where the item I requested that wasReally a surprise! Had a second requestAND learned outta it since B4 Christmas.Employee & I went thru store looking 4 it.BUT alas was gone same as other TreeStores I'd checked.....will check again.

Staff has been friendly and helpful on last 3 visits. I love going there to begin with but that makes it more enjoyable. Halloween things are out now, also.

I really enjoy this Dollar Tree, but they don't have the Crafters Square, which brings the rating down. They are adding more everyday, but they just don't hold as much as I'd like.

Cluttered store. The aisle signs are small so finding things is not easy. It appeared they had a nice grocery section.

WHY is this site running in circles ? All I need is a simple answer !! Do you have 2 inch 3 ring binders ! Taken me 30 minutes to find out this site is useless !

Cashier didn't care to get my order correct. She rang up too many of the items that I was purchasing. She didn't care to count and rectify the order on the spot.

6 people in line, cashier kept checking his phone, must have done it 10 times before he rang up the next customer. Ridiculous.
