Pharmacy is very rude and controlling. Even with approval from insurance an hospice Dr, they refused to fill a hospice paitents pain order cause they needed it a few days early!

I've made 5 calls to CVS to ask questions, I was going to transfer my prescriptions to them. However after being hung up on EVERY TIME, I don't think this is the place for me ! Didn't get questions asked or answered as I got hung up on every time. Certainly NOT a way to run a business

A prescription was sent to them at 6:30pm. For some reason they close at 7pm on weekdays? Called that day and the lady was short and rude and explained that they wouldn’t be able to fulfill it because it was too late. I get that. Told me they would have it ready the next morning. I asked her to have them call or text me when it is ready. I waited until 3pm the next day, and called them. The woman on the phone made me repeat myself multiple times because she would ask my information, and then not listen to me when I told her. After we finally got through that, I had to repeat to her why I was calling, which I explained at the beginning of the call. She told me they did not have time to fill my prescription, and then asked what time I will be in. I just told them I would be in before they close (since it is already the afternoon). I don’t expect white glove treatment with fruit baskets. It is a CVS. But it is not difficult to simply perform basic customer service, and have a prescription fulfilled within a reasonable time. Especially when a person is trying to get antibiotics so they can start on the road to getting better. This place did not perform either purpose, so they have received one star.

Most of the staff that works here is very nice and helpful... BUT there is one lady who is rude every single time I speak to her... I usually only encounter her when I have to call in.

To be honest they are super slow and never on time with when they say the prescription will be ready. If you have a prescription sent, assume you’ll have to stop by 3+ times to actually get it filled. Gotta switch to Kroger pharmacy smh

Went to pick up medicine i needed and they closed the gates on me as i was standing and waiting and said sorry they were closed. Middle of the day. Never using them again.

The staff is so nice and polite. I don't get why everyone keeps complaining about wait times when the staff is so considerate.There is one worker who's is specially cute.

Never in my life seen such incompetence. Requested script transfered to Walgreens in Warsaw.. lo and behold they dropped scripts from being trasfered. Have spent too much time on correcting this. Also phone call in system sucks takes an act of God to get thru to pharmacy to talk. And the building is fifty and very messy outside. CVS Corp needs to look into the management of this store. Should receive no stars. Be aware!

I love going through a ton of prompts with a horrible automated system only for the pharmacy to pick up the phone and set it down, leaving it off the hook. I hear them working in the background and are just waiting for me to hang up. No one asked me to hold or anything, just left the phone off the hook with me on it. I’ve waited for 15 minutes to see if anyone has the decency to talk to me, but they do not. This happened at 12:45 on 08/01/2022, if anyone cares about referencing it.

The pharmacy reps. are a joke at best. I was told by 2 different reps. that a change would be made from walgreens and neither of them could simple call-in the change so CVS could fill it instead. Called twice, both times were reassured that it would be remedied. Failed both times. Drove up there on the 3rd time being told its changed, just to find out NO ONE phoned in change and the rep was combative and would not help us. She said its not her problem and that she wasn't the one who fouled it up. So she washed her hands of it on the phone AND refused to help. Corporate channels are being traveled as we speak to rectify the pure laziness of those reps. in pharmacy dept. We will just make the drive to Huntington from now on and will steer whoever, whatever I can AWAY from that horrible pharmacy dept. DO NOT GET YOUR MEDS HERE!

I don’t understand why this store has bad ratings. I have used them for years. The pharmacists and techs are very helpful. When I had questions about my daughters antibiotic they were very helpful. They even offered to add extra flavoring to help with the taste. When I pick up a prescription they are very nice. I have gone in for a flu shot. They were extremely busy but he still took his time with me and gave stickers to my daughters. I did have one issue when my husband didn’t get the right strength pen for his prescription and had to inject twice for the correct dose. It was substituted so not an medical error. They rectified this and made sure he got the correct pen next time. I was not on the phone very long with this issue. I now use the delivery option to have my prescriptions shipped to my house. This has been so helpful especially in the middle of a pandemic.I think everyone complaining about their wait time should understand it is very busy at a pharmacy especially right now when there are more and more people needing prescriptions. Would you rather them rush through your prescription and make a mistake 🤔. We should all show a little more patience and kindness. They do a good job and shouldn’t be given 1 star for a wait time.

I waited in line to pick up medication. I got to the window and was told I had to wait while they took their lunch despite the fact I told them I had a post oral surgery patient in the car and would be unable to return once the patient was out of the car. The pharmacist said he would have it ready in 20 minutes , however that did not happen. I complained was called a liar and told to switch to Walmart pharmacy.

How can a pharmacy be closed all day ? Fill in pharmacists can be rude. The staff that works back for most part is awesome.This is a pharmacy not a dr.s office do covid tests somewhere else. I'm sorry but I believe pharmacy issues should come first .

This has to be the rudest pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Had to switch to CVS because Walgreens doesn't accept my son's insurance. When I arrived I asked if they could flavor it grape and she said it was already flavored. That's fine, but my son doesn't like the bubble gum flavor. {odd kid} So she said it would be a few minutes because they had to redo it. Fine. Got it home and gave it to my son and he threw a fit. It was semi dark in my house so I didn't see the liquid. Next morning I get it out and I notice it's pink. I think, hmm. I try it myself and it's starlight bubblegum No grape whatsoever. I called the pharmacy and asked if they charged for flavoring. Most places do charge and she didn't so I thought maybe thay was an indicator they didn't flavor it. I called and asked about it and the lady on the phone was just short and rude. I could deal with that but lying about flavoring my son's medicine? Not cool. Not that they care but I will be going elsewhere and will gladly pay for flavoring.This place also just likes to hand anybody prescriptions as long as they have your name and date of birth! Oh and if they know you have a prescription. They didn't know. The only way he knows is because when he went to go get his prescriptions, since they both have the same last names they both came up and they just gave it to him. Unless someone specifically States both names, only the name given should be used. Seems like a huge HIPAA violation and something should be done about this because that's not cool. And on top of that, the pharmacist wanted to act like I was being completely ridiculous that I told her that somebody picked up my son's prescription without my consent or knowledge. Thats called theft, folks! Couldn't apologize for THEIR MISTAKE. or that they'd try to do better in the future. Basically said, sorry bout ya. Just goes to show no matter what profession or degree, there are lazy people in all fields or employment. These are prescriptions, prescribed by a medical doctor. They are not over the counter and anybody can just walk in, grab it and go. Oh, but I need LEGAL documentation saying he can't pick them up. But a pharmacy can hand out prescription pills to just anybody? What a joke.ETA 10/18/2022They yet again gave my child's prescription away without my consent. I will be contacting the FDA.ETA: Sue is a C you next Tuesday and had NO BUSINESS working with people.

Not the best pharmacy, then again not the worst either. Ive seen some shady stuff going on about pickups. In one instance i was told to pick up a script, then it magically vanished when i came to pick it up..Now having said that lets just say they run their pharmacists to the ground, its all about getting the most rx out the door, they run it like a damn production line. Dont expect anything less from a corporate monster. The hometown helpful family pharmacists are long gone. RIP

Went and got Christmas cards. Had to ding a bell for service in the store. (I know, low staff, ok whatever) Told her I was there to pick up Christmas cards, got them and left.Got home to do cards and NO ENVELOPES!!! Called the store just before close. No one would answer. Called back and the store was closed by then.I don’t live in town. Any CVS is 20 minutes from me. This was careless and super inconvenient.Using Walgreens next time.

The pharmacy is unreliable,I had 6 pills left and ask when I was at the Drs for a refill and she did I went to pick it up 7 days (Later)and they said it wasn't filled cause it was to early and wait 15 minutes for them to fill it,Really had the prescription for 7 days and they wait to fill it, Incompetent people and poor work ethic,I say just lazy workers putting there customers on hold while your getting paid.

This CVS Pharmacy is the kindness bunch of people.Each month I call to have my medication refilled and I ask them to put a rush on it since I recently had back surgery, they are always wonderful about trying to get my medication refilled soon as possible.. This is the only pharmacy I go to..

What a waste of time. I took over 4 hours to fill a prescription, I don’t mind a wait, but when I’m told 1 hour to get it filled, and then come back told another 30 min. After waiting an hour called back in because of the 20 min drive they said they couldn’t tell me when it would be done. The people are very unproffesional and very rude. I will defiantly be changing pharmacy’s.

This pharmacy is closed all the time unexpectedly. When they are open they don’t answer phone, drive thru is closed, and you are forced to wait in long lines inside. Go any where else!!!

Dropped a script off over an hour ago told them we were going to wait for it. Well 2 hrs later finally! Ya your best bet is to go to another pharmacy. Not impressed.
