This place has great beef and chicken. Unlike other food stores, when you buy the meat here it doesn't shrink and when cooking the ground beef you get very little water. I buy all my meats here. Sometime you can catch sales on the meat and buy at a discounted price. I have seen where steaks are $1 less per pound.

Love the meat/ deli dept from lunch meat, cheeses differ meats sausage, bacon, chicken, steaks pork & / or beef tenderlions. Oh their JJ pies many flavors for olr work lunches too friendly service

The store is great! Meat is great, great prices! The red headed guy behind meat counter is rude, and very unwelcoming...his attitude is as if you are bothering him...is this not his job? Great Place, need set this guy straight. He will run off business. If not for rude redheaded guy Id give 5 stars

First time ever visiting this place. Took the family to the apple orchard in moorsville. Stoped in for snacks and it was amazing!!! It looks like a store I used to go to when I was a kid in the 80s. I was amazed how clean it was and how nice the employees were. Definitely worth the trip!!

I called the store on Christmas Eve to ask if they were open they said that they would be open until 7:00 I leave show up 10 minutes later and the guy outside says oh we're closed at 5:00 thanks a lot

Great meat!! However there is a rotten odor once you first enter the store. It goes away once you get your cart and move on. They should look into that

When they don't try and cheat you on the meat you choose it's pretty good well I'm going to give an update my husband went to buy Hamburger that value market in Cloverdale last December and we buy the most expensive for health reasons of course and he went for me and brought it home and of course it had a bunch of pink filler in it that was one of the reasons why I shopped there because the pink filler is disgusting and not healthy by no means so watch what you buy I can't stress it enough

I have been shopping Cloverdale Value Market for several years now and I plan to continue giving them my business. The meat market is my favorite place for good Values on buying quality fresh meats.You want to be sure to buy some of the ultimate thick cut bacon! The people behind the meat counter are always very nice and they work hard to please the customers. Highly recommend

I love this store. They do have the best butcher shop around. Sometimes their prices are a little high but you get what you pay for and their meat is THE best. The produce section is small but always interesting with many unique produce items. The rest of the store has a very quirky selection of products. Gen-Xers, this is the store for you. I mean, they sell Sanka! I didn't even know they still made that. Worth the visit and the prices.

What a nice little grocery store. It was well stocked and their meat was fresh! I bought ground chuck and saved $1. per pound by buying 5 lbs or more, great deal!

Medium. Everyone gives them all sorts of meat cred. I passed on it. They do have some cool stuff and lots of spices that are hard to find during canning season. Meat? I was not impressed. I get better cuts for a better price at kroger. I kept walking. Sad. True. On a side note... like everywhere else... they are hiring!

It's always a good trip as far as what you need. But they are a bit pricey. Even before the grocery price hike. But it's worth it bcuz the ppl are nice and the place is clean.

I love this store, it's where we buy the vast majority of our meat. Also, I appreciate the fact that they adhere to the mask policy despite some rebels without a cause. Never have I heard of any religion that says it's a sin to wear a mask in order to save the lives of people during a pandemic. We quit going to the store/bait shop because not only don't they require customers to wear masks-the staff cooks & sells food & don't wear masks. So thank you for being responsible business owners & staff.

I was treated so poorly by their employee that I refuse to walk in the place again. I do not and will not wear a mask anywhere. It is my right to exercise my religious freedoms, it is not some 20 something's right to chase me through the store demanding that I wear a mask. When I stated that I was exempt from wearing a mask, the employee continued to chase me through the store demanding that I wear a mask. She never requested documentation or reasoning for me not wearing a mask she just said that service will be refused and that I was to leave the store. I'm sorry but if you are that scared of the flue you need to keep yourself at home rather than keeping me from having any form of normal life. I'm curious what will it be next.....Do I have to submit to being chipped like an animal to have service? I would rather starve to death standing for my freedom and religious beliefs. Their prices are way too high anyway. It is bad enough that this world has been turned upside down over a flue but to ruin my holiday due to not being able to purchase the needed foods for our small gathering, shame on you and your employees. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever!

This is the best Value M as rket I have been in. Their meats are amazing! You get great prices if you get 5 pounds or more in each meat. You can also custom order their meat as well. The regular parts of the atore are much more pricey, but still far less than a convenience store or gas station.

It's well worth the 20 mile trip to stock up on meat. Pleasant and efficient. Always happy to have gone there. A bit of looking around will yield some interesting finds.
