Worked there for 2 years, and in my opinion, the place is easy, but NO ONE from a lead up has any clue on how to manage. Upper management just seems interesting in just money, not that their warehouses are poorly run and all their good employees are leaving for other jobs. So they are paying my bill for now, but I'll be moving on also.

Whenever we order products, especially pet food, from Chewy, it is sent packed extremely carefully, always in three days or less, with less than three days being the norm. Chewy keeps us posted with shipping progress up until delivery to our door. We feel Chewy is the best online Pet Product Retailer ever!

Not a great place for Truckers I came here for delivery 3 pm place was totally empty but they told me come back 4 pm so I did that and it took them 4 hours to offload 16 pallets not only me but all other drivers also . No Overnight Parking unless you want to park on street but I think chances you might get ticket from local cops No Restrooms for drivers . Loves and TA truck stops only blocks away but always packed so Good Luck if you coming this place for Pick or Drop .

Comparable to other fulfillment centers. Pay is not bad. Co-workers mostly easy to work with. Do not expect promotions unless interviewing manager is your buddy. Military leadership and 10 years warehouse leadership hold no merit to the buddy system.

I have been shopping off and on for a few years through Chewy.com and have always had great experiences, even when something went wrong in some way -- they are always willing and able to fix an error.All of that said, when I called them to request a return for a liver supplement that went un-used due to my little schnauzer, Henry, passing away quicker than expected, what I did NOT expect was not only the order refunded, they sent a sweet card of condolences with flowers too!The customer support is by far the most fantastic crew anywhere. You CANNOT get a better or more personal experience from an online store anywhere else than like this. If you had any doubts, toss them and try them out - I simply cannot recommend them nearly enough to anyone! You will not regret anything about it - the costs are unbeatable too! :) Love you guys and thank you a ton!! This truly meant a lot to me.

Put an application in, drove 35 minutes for "open interview". Got there and was told they are full today. How about you just set an interview time instead of making me waste my time and money. Guess I'll work somewhere else.

Good place, inbound is located on west side of building. Check in at door 3W. Overnight/"waiting for dock" parking is on the access road. Can be quite crazy to back into the docks near the check-in door, some drivers have to park there when checking in. Too lazy to park elsewhere.

Chewy has some of the best customer service around! Me and my wife will be chewy customers for life! Our sweet girl loves her treats we get from chewy! We had to return a collar we bought a size to big and our customer representative sent us the proper size with free shipping! All she asked in return was for us to donate the other collar to an animal shelter!

As a driver this is what we expect every shipper to be like lol. It took me all of 20 minutes or less to check in & drop & hook. The check in rep was so pleasant & sweet! She felt as if she wasn’t being timely because of a shift change or something. She was great! Plenty space to maneuver. There’s no parking, but there’s a Love’s 2 minutes away.

I noticed many Chewy boxes in my neighborhood. I wondered why many of my neighbors were ordering products from Chewy. I ordered some dog pet supplies and found my order was quickly filled and delivered. The cost of my order was fair and equal to or less than other online stores. Customer service is outstanding. The no hassle return policy and free shipping is a plus.

Where do I begin?! I’ve been a chewy customer for about five years, A while ago I called to secure a specific brand of dog food for my dog who, at the time, had severe allergy to corn, wheat, duck, Turkey, chicken and everything else! They helped so much back then! Recently, I had to call a few weeks ago because I realized we had too many bags of dog food and a very old dog crossing the rainbow bridge soon. He appetite had declined quickly and that’s how I obtained too much food. My call was an attempt to put a hold on my monthly orders for a few months and donate some of the excess dog food to a shelter. I have two other smaller dogs who could slowly consume the rest. I was on the phone with an individual named Jessica and told her about my situation. She was so nice! She helped place my account on hold, while my other dogs would eat up the surplus of dog food, a few days later I RECEIVED FLOWERS! Condolences from chewy for my dear elderly dog Havoc.What an awesome company, such compassionate employees too. I plan to be a loyal customer. Thank you so much!

Nice people here! I was about 2 hours late for delivery due to inclement weather in Iowa and South Dakota. The lady in receiving never gave me any grief for it. Gave me a dock right away. You have to drop your trailer in the dock and park your bobtail in a designated area. They call your phone when you're empty. I was there a total of 45 minutes from check in to getting my paperwork. I wouldn't hesitate to deliver here again in the future.

We have always been a big fan of Chewy and their service is awesome, however, we wonder why they never reward their existing customers with 20 % off coupons. We are constantly receiving coupons for 20% off on a fist time order.I understand that they are trying to attract new customers and that is reasonable. But what about loyal existing customers do they not still matter and are the backbone of their success?This does not in any way stop us from using Chewy they are still a fantastic company but just hoping to make company's aware that it would be a welcome surprise to get a 20% off coupon for being a loyal customer.

Never dealt with a friendlier more compassionate company. My dog food shipment was late because they were out of stock. I neglected to call because I was dealing with the death of my mother. When I realized I was running out of dog food and called them, they not only shipped overnight (the dog food that was back ordered) at a discount, but they sent flowers of condolence to me personally.

We had to put my dog to sleep this week. When I contacted Chewy to as about returning an unused order, not only did they credit my account, but sent a beautiful bouquet of flowers with their condolences. Amazing!

I must say Chewy has won a customer for life. I had placed an order for dog food and cans and some hemp chews. My fur baby passed away shortly after. My neighbor suggested I call chewy and explain and they were so understanding. They issued me a full refund and told me to donate the food. It brought tears to my eyes in this difficult time such compassion. The next day I received flowers from them and a beautiful note. In awe thank you Chewy.

The worst company to order from. This is the 2nd time that I've ordered with their nonsense about delays, needing address confirmation, order getting lost. Every rep gives you a different story. They used to be reliable. You're better off with Petsmart or Petco.

Arrived for delivery, 40 minutes early before appointment time. Checked and they said that don't have available doors , need to wait on the street when they will call me. On the street all around sings with "no parking". It's past already my appointment time and still waiting. Unloaded more then 3 hours. Pay attention, the lady from check in is writing unreal time on paper - LATER check in and EARLY check out❗️❗️❗️ Reason,do not pay detention. Second shift ❗️❗️❗️

I wish all distribution centers would mirror this Chewy’s location! I delivered here this morning and was in and out in 30 minutes! Lady at receiving desk was super friendly and professional too. I’m now a fan of Chewy and will start ordering “Peanut Butter Boxes” for my 2 dogs! Lol AAA+++

Folks took great care of me on a delivery. I bumped the dock, unhooked, and by the time I parked truck across the way, they had already started to Live Unload.Had a 18:00 appt and cut it super close due to a double road closure detour.If coming south on I-74 GPS exited me onto IN-39 south, exit 58(Lizton, IN). Once you make RHT at end of get off ramp and come into town you'll cross rr tracks and then the next intersection (IN-136w+IN-39s)IN-39s is closed Detour, RHT onto IN-136w over to Jamestown, IN where you'll make a LHT onto IN-75s which will take you south where IN-75 is closed Detour for IN-39 south continues and you keep making a bigger and bigger circle south following the detour IN-39 south signs.This is a whindy narrow road around woods, fields and trees and also some more small towns. It added nearly 1/2hr to my eta with many stop and goes. Not sure what the alternative is, but there has to be a better way than what I encountered. No signs out on I-74 or at end of exit ramp either.All the people at Chewy were great and acted very professional. Make sure to put a Safety Vest on when in their yard. Shipping+Receiving on opposite sides on warehouse and drivers entrance door is marked once you get the side you need. Thanks Chewy for a great experience, I was in and out in just a little over an HR.

Chewy has the absolute best customer service! I have used them for years for my cat and we recently had to put him down due to illness. I forgot to cancel my regular auto ship order and got a notice it had shipped. I reached out to customer service to see if I could return it and the circumstances and they immediately responded and said they were sorry for my loss and that I could donate the items to a local shelter in my cat's name. Then a couple of days later I got beautiful flowers delivered to my door with a lovely note from Chewy. If I ever get another pet I will only use Chewy and will continue to recommend them to all my friends and family.
