Hannah Doss did an amazing job with my new puppy. My retriever was nervous! Hannah calmed my puppy and took her time with her! Hannah is an amazing person and my puppy picked up on that immediately! I will definitely return. I’ve already told my friend about Hannah, they plan to make appointments with her too! Thanks Hannah for a a job well done and going above and beyond!!

Highly recommend Julie C for grooming she does a fantastic job. She does my golden doodle and he’s quite nervous with grooming and she handles him amazingly. He takes a bit to warm up to people but has loved Julie from day 1. You can tell she really loves the dogs and she does an amazing job.

I love Petsmart, my dogs love petsmart. They always have everything I need. The only problem is that their sales tags don't always ring up in their system, so you have to watch your receipts

Love this place. I drive about an hour to get here for all my pets needs. You are always greeted when you walk in. In the fish department they know their stuff. Was having trouble with aquarium and was told to try a few things. The worker helped me learn more and things are getting better.

Not sure they did everything that I requested. Complained that my dog whined during her bath. I told the girl she had probably never been groomed because we got her from the shelter. I will probably look for a different place.

Went here today and there were 8 dead beta fish on the shelf! I finally got an employee after showing her the excuse was “oh we put too much salt in their water” uhhhh ma'am beta fish don’t have salt in their water. She just shrugged it off, threw them away and walked back to talking with her coworkers

Used to be A place I enjoyed taking my Baby To Get Groomed but today was a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!!! Before leaving my dog in their care I specifically made them aware his allergies are bad and that he's been biting and scratching because of this and just desperately needs a soothing bath. All seemed understood until I received a call mins before me getting ready to pick my daughter up from school saying he would have to be picked because he bit where you could see skin and that i should take him to the vet. With common sense again you honestly think denying him a bath to get the dead itchy skin exfoliated and clean was the right idea?!!!?? I ended up just buying the shampoo and doing it myself to give my dear dog relief. After denying him care he clearly needed which would have relieved him I don't think as long time customers we will be back here. Was very disappointed.

My grandson and I are so excited about setting up our first fish tank so I ordered some supplies online from PetSmart. My first experience was calling the store to confirm that my order was there and ready for pickup. I spoke with Lonnie who has excellent customer service skills and confirmed my order was ready for pickup. 👌 I also explained that we were new at setting up the Aquarium and had some questions. Lonnie answered a few questions and also said that when I arrive at the store if I had additional questions that Tyree, the expert in the fish department would be happy to assist. 😊 Tyree is definitely a fish expert and didn't mind educating me on how to keep the fish healthy. He also assisted me with a few more purchases. Tyree and I even had a good laugh when I asked how I could make the background decorated picture fit in the tank. 🤣 Well little did I know the picture is supposed to be adhered to the outside of the tank. PetSmart has very friendly and knowledgeable employees. I look forward to spending a lot of time at the store learning about how to care for my fish and the Aquarium. Thank you 😊

Ms fish lady made our expedition to Indiana today so much better because she fed a cool African Side Necked Turtle in front of us. She provided amazing company and entertainment during our stay at this fine establishment. This store made a great hire with her!

While I typically prefer locally owned pet stores the staff at this PetSmart are really helpful and very nice. They have a large pet grooming area, geckos, snakes, reptile supplies, etc. We buy meal worms here for our gecko.

I was in that location purchased a 269 canister filter for my aquarium and stood around for 20 minutes trying to get help and the fish department and at 8:35 I asked the cashier if I can get some help she said that they were closing down and they probably wouldn't sell me fish so some lady come out of the back and was extremely rude and did not want to do her job and refuse to sell me fish when their store hours are clearly till 9:00 p.m. and it was only 8:35 p.m.

We have been bringing our little Maltese, Abby, to this location for years, and we have always been very pleased with the grooming. We Have been with Shonna for a couple of years, and could not be be happier. I am including some photos, but Abby hates her picture being taken, so you really can't see her face.

Megan and Paxton were amazing! My Yorkie gets very anxious and they were so sweet to him and did a great job with his pawdicure and trimming! I highly recommend!

I take my schnauzer here for grooming. The groomers are friendly and do an excellent job. The pricing can be a bit high but is in line with most grooming salons.

Jamie was our groomer and I felt comfortable leaving my fur baby in her care. You could tell she loved animals and loved her job. This was our second time getting groomed at PetSmart and we asked for Jamie specifically. She saved him from the horrible haircut that I had tried to give him the first time. He looks adorable and I am extremely happy with his look and cut. She did exactly what I asked and even suggested a few things I had not thought of. They were very good suggestions on his ears and feet.I will definitely bring my fur baby back.Thank you!!

I love Pet Smart for Baxter. This is where we get his food. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Lonnie always has a big smile on his face welcoming ALL. My granddaughters also enjoyed looking at the new baby hamsters and the kittens.
