I had my fish for 8 years and I went here and got my fish which was very very big some little fish to eat which never was a problem until she advertised me feeding them small goldfish so I took her advice giving that she was the manager and worked in that department I got him 5 small goldfish he ate them fast went back a week later to get more she said she couldn't sell them because they had ick so I got upset scared because I had just given him those fish she assured me that she caught it in time so she didn't sell that batch to me because she checked but the whole time we were talking so that was a lie so i Left it alone until my fish died from ick 2 days later i entrusted you guys to know what your doing just to lose my fish after 8 years i will never buy anything from here and i want answers 😡 here are pics 1 week before eating them fish and my after eating them I'm upset

Nice variety of items but they do not keep much stock on the hundreds of items they have. I wish they would maybe carry not so many different varieties and more than just a couple to a few items. Every time I have ordered from them or picked up an order for someone else, I can’t leave with everything I need.

I have been coming to both the Clarksville and New Albany locations for as long as they have been open and it's been consistent all these years; friendly helpful people who are attentive and as a customer to any store that's all I've asked and so I appreciate it a lot.

I have gotten my dog food here many times, I accept the cost because it's always in stock. Apparently it's on sale and sold out, I asked the 2 gals at the counter and they said it was in stock, I looked for at least 10 minutes, I heard them giggling as I walked out empty handed, it's a shame to give a 3 star review to a good store with lazy help.

This location always has cheaper items. The meowiwana treats are usually a dollar cheaper here, also the cat food cans are cheaper than most places 🙂 #catlife

We took our pups to have a bath! They have shampoo, towels, deodorizer, dryers, etc. There are also raised bath tubs, which is nice and spares you unnecessary bending and back pain. The baths we do here go much faster than the baths at home!

Went in to use their self wash station. Very convenient for this time of year for a dog that sheds like crazy and a person with a small bathroom. They had everything you needed in the staff was very nice. was looking at some items on the way out and they seem to be fairly priced as well

Bought our lovely Russian Blue rats here! Wonderful service! My boyfriend didnt know very much about what he was getting into with them and the guy helping us out made sure we had everything we needed and made sure we knew how everything worked. Wonderful staff! Very excited to come back and let them know how they are!

Like that they have a pet wash. Finnick got a good bath here without clogging my drains and making my back worse. More reasonable than any others around. Most here are $20 and up. Here is was $14.99. I liked that all the nice shampoos and conditioners were included as well as a choice of extras for no extra cost. For example, we took advantage of the deodorant spray and ear cleaner provided.

I bought 68 dollar worth of fish 2 days ago first day one died I went in I had a sample and the guy completely snapped at me and said that wasn't good enough and didn't care to hear anything I wad saying! Went home all other 8 fish where dead im so upset my water is fine I tested it and the feeder supply in new albany tested it! If they want a specific amount of water it should specific that! So now I have a empty tank and a bag full of dead fish and I really don't want to go back in there and deal with attitude! Or more dead fish!

I take my 3 German Shepards here for their baths. I love it here, always friendly and always clean when I go. I obviously do my best in cleaning up after myself and my dogs when I'm done. Which helps not only the staff but others that come after me as well.

This used to be my go to store. I came In today to get shampoo for our grooming salon. As I was leaving, my shampoo gallons slid out of the broken cart and exploded right in front of the door. Nobody in the store even offered to help me!! I won't be back!

My grandson loves to go there. He is 7 and loves "the reptiles". Lol. This location was clean and well lit. The staff was friendly and even offered an explanation about an algae eating fish. Very impressed! And yes, "we'll be back"!

The people here are amazing. Every time I go they are so kind. Had to take my two crazy dogs to groom them and had my baby in the stroller so I was struggling but they helped me every step of the way from walking the dogs to the grooming room to helping me get them all set up to clean. Very understanding and kind!

I’m so upset right now I bought a ball python snakes from them haven’t had the snake for a week and he died I took it back and the worker going to argue with me and tell me I didn’t buy the snake from that store until I pulled out pictures in my phone that I was in the store holding the ball python they sold me a sick snake and wouldn’t even refund me back my money or credit I will never go to that store again.

Feeders Supply is a great place to shop for your pets, as long as you don't mind the prices.They are a little higher than they should be on most items but you can be reasonably sure that they will have what you are looking for.I have to stay out of the aquarium area as looking at their fish always makes me start thinking about having one again.
