Loved this place so much. Great communication and text and pictures with updates about how our dog was doing. Loved that our dog was able to play with others and was not left in his crate the whole time we were gone. This place really seems to care about and love our animals as if they were there own. I love that they do not nickel and dime you like some other places do. Very friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

I frequent Pet Social with my dog, Ellie. Between weekly play days and boarding Pet Social has been there for me as a first time dog owner. Ellie is SO EXCITED when we pull up to Pet Social. She always comes home from play days exhausted (which is good). When boarding she comes home well taken care of and I love the updates I receive from their staff. This place is top notch when it comes to everything they do. The online registration process is simple and very convenient! The prices are great! The staff is great! It is so nice having a local place for my dog! Pet-Social is the best! Thanks for all you do and for loving on my dog!

We had a great experience with Pet Social! We appreciated all the communication and pictures of our dog while we were gone. Also loved that our dog was out playing with other dogs and socializing with people rather than sitting in a kennel all day, as our dog is high energy and needs exercise. The people here are so nice and we would highly recommend their services!

Sara came to our home to check in on our cat daily during our vacation...feed, water, scoop the litter box, play and spend time. She took great care of her, sent pics and our cat looked content in the pictures that she sent to us regularly...even a little collage at the end of our vacation. There was a storm during our vacation and Sara even texted to tell us about it and let us know everything looked okay at our place after the storm. We very much appreciated the care and communication that we received and will not hesitate to use The Pet-Social again!

The staff at The Pet Social were awesome. They knew I was nervous about leaving Bailey since I had never boarded her before. They sent pictures and texts routinely to let me know that she was just fine:) It was a great experience for both Bailey and me.

This was the first time we had ever left Pal other than with family. Pal is afraid of a lot of things because he was kept by a boarder. I loved the way they sent us pictures while we were gone to show us how well he was doing. We will definitely use The pet social again. Thank you ladies.

We felt so comfortable keeping our kitty at The Pet Social for a week. During her stay, we received a few messages with updates on how she was doing along with pictures. It was such a nice surprise to see pictures and see that she was doing fine. We will definitely take her to The Pet Social again in case we go out of town for an extended length of time.

We were a little nervous to leave our dogs at an unfamiliar kennel while we were out of the country. However, these folks clearly enjoy what they do and the fact that they took the time to send us photos of our dogs settling in every couple of days was a really meaningful and reassuring touch - which we weren’t expecting. That unrequested consideration spoke volumes and we were greatly impressed. Our dogs came home in good spirits too, which is the biggest factor.

We are from Fort Wayne but take our girl Fae here because they are worth the drive. Our dog doesn’t seem stressed when we pick her up after boarding - she even seems to enjoy the stays here. Very adorable as well.

Took our old man, 8 1/2 yr old Great Dane for a 10 day stay. He did great, came home happy and well. We loved getting pics of Frankie which made us feel reassured he was having fun. Will use Pet Social for boarding again 😃

Wherever you & your pet(s) are coming from doesn’t matter….YOU BELONG!!! I’m a CODA & search to use/support businesses from both of my Community(ies), both of my Culture(s): Deaf & hearing. Thankfully, enterTHE PET SOCIAL❤️ Finding them has removed our (Blu/me) anxiety, solely by our experience of THE PET SOCIAL consistently going above & beyond my expectations, our needs & our imagined treatment! In short, from start to finish & everything in between, the most revealing was when “Kelsey” said, “you know how he turns a circle if he…..and and how he won’t stop & almost obsessively nudges for…..”!!! That’s precious personality information & was only learned by spending time being present with blu. Priority for me is always: Communication. THE PET SOCIAL Communicates; independently sending photos, clearly showing Blu’s status. Again, in order to find & learn Blu’s character, his habits and how he communicates, staff spent time being present with Blu! I love that!!! And so so much much more ❤️❤️THE PET SOCIAL is a PET ABOVE THE REST❤️❤️

The dog needed dog friends. She has them now. Bonus: sleepy dog on Wednesday nights. Staff cares and clearly has a plan for the day. And mid afternoon photos of the dog and her doggy gang are a highlight for her humans.

It was our first time taking the dog to a boarding house and they were super patient with us and just amazingly flexible. They were kind enough to send us a photo of our pet while we were away! Although our Ginger contracted kennel cough while there even though she had been vaccinated, that’s not a knock against Pet Social…it could have happened at any boarding place. The people were very friendly and seemed to have genuinely cared for our dog. I intend on using their services again and recommend them to anyone looking for boarding services.

I'm so happy to have found Sarah at Pet Social. She's helping bring Dutch out of his skittishness. And we're getting ready for the next session of training classes. He's also in the Thursday socialization group. As timid as he is he still can't wait to get into the building to play.

Owners: Nothing provides more peace of mind than knowing your pet is being well taken care of. Faye and Hannah updated us frequently with adorable pictures of our Lily, which were great reminders of the amazing care she was in. They also communicated about potential weather updates and were so professional. We will board exclusively with The Pet Social from now on!

Milo LOVED his stay at The Pet Social! They were very good at communicating with us and sending pictures& updates! It was his first stay and he can't wait to go back-he kept going to his leash when he got home! He also didn't have any kind of 'kennel' type smell when he got home!

My dog just got home from a 4 night stay here and he was so well cared for! It was evident he had a blast when I picked him up, he was very happy and seemed relaxed and his normal self! I chose this facility because the website said they play with the dogs throughout the day! I also loved how they had a couch they allowed him on which likely helped make him more comfortable since he is allowed on ours at home! Overall, this place is FANTASTIC, especially for the price! Highly recommend!

We have bringing our pups there for a while now. While we hate leaving them behind, we know they are in good hands and will have a lot of social time with the employees. Our dogs are always happy to be there.We look forward to the updates and the photos when we are on vacation just so we know they are doing okay.

This was my first time boarding my dogs. I was so nervous to just leave them with people I did not know. However, upon meeting Sara prior and touring the facility, you could tell this place is all about the dogs! They are truly animal lovers. They greeted us with excitement and had toys to interact right away with them. They even play music for them during the night to calm them so they hear no outdoor distractions. They are very organized and truly take all precautions to make sure your pet is safe. They treat your pet like their own. We even sent a photo min week to ensure us our babies were being loved and cared for! I would definitely recommend to my friends and will be using them in the future.

Great place to board your pets. Love the updates and pictures on how Bella is doing. Facility is clean and has a big room for pets to run around in. Staff is very friendly. Have used them a couple times and will be back for our next trip.

We have been taking our Boxer here since sping of 2021 and Pet Social gets it right every time! The staff is beyond friendly, our pup has a blast and we even get picture updates of our boy! Thank you so much Sara and staff for taking great care of my Remington so I could go out of town without worrying about him being in good hands.
