So this store consistently just has boxes and stuff stacked everywhere. Just navigating the store is a chore. The store is also just closed randomly whenever they feel like because the employees don't get the time they need to stock the store. So any time they need to stock stuff they just close. It's incredibly frustrating now having made several trips now to the store just for it to be closed. And you'd think with all of the time spent randomly closed, or closing the register and making everyone use self checkout that basic stuff should regularly be in stock. NOPE. Just basic stuff is consistently out of stock. Also the marked prices on most everything are wrong which is also infuriating. I don't know what's going on with Dollar General but this place is the only "Affordable" place in town to shop and doing so has become increasingly more inconvenient over time.I do want to note that all of the employees are always really nice and friendly, and none of this is really their fault but man this place is just the worst.

I found everything I needed. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful aside from the one who was on the phone for a very long time. She finally called us over but after we loaded everything from our cart on the counter she said that we needed to move to the other checkout. She didn't help move any of our things. She had the other employee help us. I thought that she was very unprofessional and rude towards us as customers and to her fellow employee. To the gal who politely helped us find things when we were shopping even though she was restocking by herself, came up front, moved our stuff to her checkout and rang up our order wearing smile, I give 5 stars! Thank you for your amazing service! To the rude, unprofessional lady, there are a lot of things you could and should learn from this young gal. You should be ashamed of how you behaved.

I had left one of my bags at the store on 11/13/20 and I tried calling them to let them know I would be back in the morning to get it. For 3 hours the line was busy, so i waited until they opened on Sat. morning. Line was still busy. It took the cashier a couple of minutes to find my bag, and i had her check my receipt so i wasn't stealing anything. I told her about the phone problem and she sai "yeah, we've been having trouble for a while." Please address this so it will save customers extra trips that they may not need to make.

Management was very careless to say. Near end of day when i asked a question the manager walked past me after me calling to him. I dismissed this and kept looking for said item. But the other employees were on point and happy to help!

Found water. American made greeting cards. Clerk at checkout friendly. Store disorganized with carts of merchandise in aisles. Would be difficult for someone with a walker or wheelchair to shop. No motorized chair viewable.

The store has been remodeled. Lots of new merchandise & an entire wall of coolers & freezers!! So much food & home decor. Great little store

This store is clean and the shelves are always stocked very well. The workers are very helpful. This is my favorite store in this town.

Good place for a quick shopping trip. They carry a variety of things but you don't have to fight a big store with lots of people.

Tired of not getting the sale price because I didn't add the digital coupon to my cart. If ISign up for digital coupons and sign in on the keypad they should apply if I buy.

Wish they would offer their Digital Coupon for the $5.00 off $25.00 DURING like Thursdays through Sunday,Or at least Friday, Saturday & Sunday!

Slow. Manager outside with a long line inside to check out. Then comes in to check people out and does not take the next person in line......she takes the person at the end of the line.
