My husband came in to get water a few minuets after close. He was unaware of closing time and walked in heading over to the section for a case of water. A young woman came over to my husband and very rudley told him the store was closed. He apologized and said he didn't realize because the door opened and he just came to get water. She followed with "Why are you still here? Get out, so he left." Neither her or the young guy sitting at the register on the phone bothered to lock the door? That situation could have been handled alot better especially with someone who wasn't arguing with anyone and honostly came for water. My family and I have been going to iga my whole life and have never been treated this way before. It was not proper customer service to speak to someone that way. Nothing wrong with being closed but no need to be nasty and tell someone to get out who would have just left if you had nicely said, "Sorry we are closed we can help you tomorrow." Please do better.

Haven’t been to a IGA for years. I grew up in Michigan and me and my family would shop at IGA all the time. My step dad absolutely adored it. The owner for the IGA in town is a sweet man. You can tell he values his customers and the community. They will definitely be getting my business on a regular basis.

A great place to get your food stuff. Being local they save the day when you come up a little short on recipe ingredients. A quick stop here makes the difference between making chili without beans and being able to make chili with beans. The selection is great, no matter what you are making.

This is another great little grocery store that has a great selection of fresh foods. They generally have everything that I am looking for, and everyone that has helped me out has been kind. This store is a solid 9/10. I can definitely recommend.

It is a HomeTown grocery store with an Old Fashioned meat counter. The prices are a little high because it is a small town grocery store but it is well worth the money. The employees are very friendly.

Love Egolf meat! We like to buy most of our meats here. The staff is always nice and helpful. Food is amazing once cooked. The store itself is normally always clean. Prices on groceries are kind of high. When checking out they still have staff that bag your groceries and help you to your car if needed.

Egolf's IGA has always been a very nostalgic shopping experience, embodying all of the best of a family-owned grocery. My childhood memories come flooding back as I look at the vintage IGA signs on the wall, and I truly appreciate the size of the store- not a mega-store which exhausts you just going in for a gallon of milk- but just the right size to cover all the basics plus the wonderful cut meat department. And leave us not forget the fantastic bakery! Perfect!Times do change, but I sincerely hope the new owners stay true to IGA, a tradition in the best small Indiana towns!

I like this small town store. The employees are very friendly and always helpful. The prices are a bit high. What we love is the meat department. We have lived here almost 3 years and they always have good meat. Very good service.

This used to be my first stop for most of my groceries, but it has unfortunately become a cheap store with a mostly generic selection. I would have paid more for quality brands and selection. This used to be a small town store where they would carry your groceries out to your car... that had all changed. Nothing special here anymore.

Great store. Meat and deli are wonderful. Carry some items and vegetables not available at most places. Plus they bag and carry your groceries to your vehicle. Staff is fabulous and friendly.

Well today I found out they no longer make tiger tail. They have not made them for over 3 months ever since it Iga was sold to the new owner that is so sad that like taking away a piece of America history. When I lived in Fort Wayne I would drive to the Iga to get a dozen of them on my way to work and when I moved to Auburn I would drive to Iga and get a dozen or 2 .
