They keep cancelling my prescriptions, even though I asked them not to. I’m trying to work out an insurance issue, and it doesn’t help if I can’t check to have them run it through insurance again. A pharmacy tech told me that I should change the dosage of my meds so that it will be covered by insurance and be more convenient for them. I can’t just change a dosage of the current prescription if that dosage is what’s working for me. You wouldn’t say, “Change your meds, it will be more convenient”, to someone who was on insulin or blood pressure meds. They also almost gave me someone else’s drugs until I caught it. And they put an insurance I had at the time in wrong. They ended up sending me a large check to make up for their mistake of how much I had been previously paying for my meds, due to them putting in the insurance wrong. I’m paranoid they will screw something up every time I go in now. Looking to change pharmacies, I would suggest not coming to this Walgreens.

Worst pharmacy in NWI, consistently out of stock on medications they also will go days without answering phone calls. If your new to the area I would not recommend. They take a “meal break” at any time around 12 - 1 pm so everyone is afraid to go anywhere near that time then you get stuck in a long line the rest of their business or bankers hours.

What happen to this store? This used to be a great place to get your prescriptions filled, and now it takes multiple hours, if not longer, to get your orders done. And your are almost gambling on whether or not this store will have what you need as it seems like they don't have the medications in stock that is needed. The pharmacy here is a joke and it needs to be replaced by better team of workers who can handle the demand that it takes to run it. If I could, I would give this place 0 stars

I've been trying to get my prescription filled for days and have been given the runaround. They tell me they never received my prescription order then my doctors tell me otherwise. Getting an honest answer shouldn't be so difficult* I wish I would have read the review before trying here. I only realized once I came to leave a review how bad this place is from others

I put in refill requests through the automated system like I always have, and the last several times the pharmacy isn't even getting my requests. Then I have to wait days for my medication because they don't keep anything in stock anymore. A particular staff member is rude every single time I encounter her. I have been using this pharmacy for 15 years and it's a mile from my house, but based on the past several months, I'm going to be changing pharmacies.

Terrible pharmacy. They always have nasty bad attitudes and the man pharmacy acts as if he can't be bothered they completely screwed my medication up because they were negligent in not relaying information I should have known . Seriously disgusted with this walgreens it's no wonder no one shops or wants to work there. Get it together and start to have a better attitude please.

I had a tooth pulled at 2:00 pm. The doctor called in the prescription (for pain medicine) right before I left. I waited a couple of hours just to make sure I would not have to wait. I went in,and after waiting in a long line, I was told they had nothing called in for me. I told them he called it in 3 hours ago. She told me they had not checked their voicemails all afternoon!! And they weren’t about to!Maybe they need more help in the pharmacy? I won’t go back there

Had all four wisdom teeth pulled today. Walgreens wouldn't fill my script, for some very lame reason. "My doctor didn't give them prior authorization." My doctor did indeed do s when he called in the script, so.. Thanks wallgreens for making things worse than they gotta be.

I went there on a Saturday to get covid testing. It's Tuesday and I haven't gotten results. What they advertise as 48 hour guarantee is a joke. Specimens aren't sent until Monday. I called the lab and there no record of my specimen being received yet. If you need pcr test asap don't bother coming here. Go to your primary care doctor instead. I should of done that. I would of had results by now.

This used to be a great Walgreens. The level of service has greatly declined over the past six months, while the wait times have drastically increased. It might be time to give the CVS down the street a chance.

After waiting in line for 15 min i get to the window and ask if i can buy a mask so i can come into the store the lady at the window said I would have to go get it soo no. I replied so you can’t walk to the counter to get one she again said no. I left and went to cvs !

Shouldn’t have to wait thru a drive thru to pick up medications for almost 40 minutes because they are also doing Covid testing. This is ridiculous and poorly managed.

The pharmacy techs don’t seem to really care about anything or their patients. The young woman who ‘tried to help me’ even told me that I could go to CVS ‘down the road.’ I will not be back.
