I will only be going to Gillys for now on!I do not have an easy dog to handle, my Pomeranian is something else! Not only does she look amazing when I pick her up but they take such good care of her, and some how manage her anxiety.Oh and I absolutely love the pop of purple they did in her tail! We get so many compliments ❤️Thank you so much for taking care of my Sasha ❤️

Brought my dog Codie in for her 1st ever grooming. Everyone here were wonderful. Codie is usually shy but loved Gilly's. I almost didn't recognize Codie she looked soooo beautiful

The staff here is absolutely wonderful! I have one very nervous Aussie and a hound who loves people but hates getting groomed. The staff always handles them well and takes the time needed to get through baths, dryers, nails, and haircuts without overwhelming the pups. I wouldn’t take my pups anywhere else.

Lovely experience with this groomer. My dog came back to me both times I've been in once as a walk in and once as an appointment looking cute and happy. Since he's a puppy they were extra careful with him to not scare him so he will have a good time at groomers in the future. This was proven by my dog not getting his nails dremeled but only clipped since he is actually still fairly spooked by nail dremels. I didn't tell the groomer this since last groomer trip he'd allowed himself to be dremeled just fine but the groomer here noticed and just clipped them off instead.#1 thing on your list a groomer that cares how your dog feels during the whole thing? You found the place.The little shop in the front is cute with a display of actually safe treats, a small selection of collars. There is a wall and table display of outfits that are super cute.But this little shop also shows the area that dogs are allowed to run around during boarding, which means you come in and often see dogs just playing and having a good time. The equipment in the play area looks safe and clean, and any time I've pointed out a dog I've been told about them which is super cute as well as shows care about the animal/good customer service.I'm 100% going to patron this place again in the future and ongoing.Also, they do pet safe dye jobs and paint nails so if you like a fun fashionista dog you can do that too.

Took my 2 dogs here for a nail trim. They took me as a walk-in, with no appt, got my babes trimmed and we left a happy family! :) Super friendly, professional service. Would def recommend . Love Gilly's Dog House!

Audrianna seems to be the only person that can get the job done trimming my Charlie's nails. I've been so many places and now have ended my searching. Everyone there is so nice and professional.

They did a great job on shaving our Doodle. We let him get matted and they did a wonderful job cleaning him up. They are very knowledgeable and treated our dog very well.

Amazing relaxing place, I'm a truck driver and they instantly asked of there was an employee who wouldn't mind staying late to groom my girl. Which is amazing as its never a sure fire thing for when I take my work breaks and can actually schedual an appointment with groomers.

Groomer always seems over stressed, feel bad and want to support but Prices keep going up for basic grooms. Other places not increasing. Going to pass this place for now.
