My sister took our Poodle here and we were horrified at what they did to her. While cutting her they nicked her so bad that we now have to treat the sores with medication. They were obviously not gentle with her and I am concerned for pets that go here. I don’t think they treat animals well.They should not be in business!

My experience at Pampered Pups was awful. I dropped off my two yorkies for their grooming appointment and was astonished what was handed back to me when I went to pick my dogs up. My purebred teacup yorkie's hair was demolished. Her hair is now choppy, uneven, extremely short, and unacceptable. Extremely displeased with the service here. When I was expressing my concerns with the worker, he seemed careless, did not apologize, and did not offer to help me with this problem at all. I will not be returning here. I would NOT recommend Pampered Pups to anyone looking to get their dogs hair groomed. Especially yorkies.

Took our dog here for a bath and groom. He came back stinking so bad! It took multiple days and washes to get that smell off of him. I had to buy a special odor remover shampoo!

I took my new dog here for a nail trim. It was very dirty and the floor isn’t even completed with part of it coming up. I told them my dog has double dew claws and they asked what that was. They let me go back for his nail trim which was nice but he cut it too short causing my dog to bleed and never touched the dew claws. Will not be going there again.

I called to make sure they were open, lady confirmed yes, I drove 20 min from Henryville, get there @ 3:15 pm Open sign was on, I go in to make sure I can bring my dog in, the door was locked I looked around to make sure I was at right door hoping someone would see me and come to door to at least tell me they were closed or anything but no nothing. I always take extra steps to confirm and make sure places are open even though it said online they were I ALWAYS like to double check. I was so frustrated that I went through all that and get there during business hours with open sign on and door locked .

Did a wonderful job for a walk-in nail job for my two dogs. I will be bringing them back for full service grooming! Rates are so awesome! Updated 9/10/22:. They continue to be awesome especially for doing walk-in nail trims! They are very kind and gentle people to both two and four legged patrons.

Took both of my pups for their very first professional grooming service ever. 9 week old German shepherd and 3 year old Bernese mountain dog.First let me start by saying I called this place multiple times to try and book an appointment and left a couple messages. I figured they might just be busy so I drove up there and went in to book an appointment. The guy was very apathetic and seemed not very nice. I decided to try it out anyways and booked an appointment. 3 days before my appointment they finally call me back about my voicemails to make an appointment(2 months later). Very disorganized. Well appointment was today and my fiancé took the dogs in. She told the man our Bernese was very shy and might need some extra attention to feel comfortable and he just shrugged her off. Very rude and emotionless. Took the dogs and said it would be three hours. When she arrived to get them the dogs were completely terrified. It took them almost half of the day to calm down. It didn’t even look like the puppy got her nails clipped. For a dog grooming service you would expect the employees to at least pretend like they care about dogs or their clients, but that is not the case here. We are very displeased and will never go back. I do not recommend this place to anyone that cares about their dogs and how others treat them.

Reasonably priced, walked right in to get my dogs nails clipped. The receptionist never greeted me and was on her personal phone the whole time I was there (not sure if it was personal or business calls she was doing though), the gentleman that took my dog did a great job with him but wasnt very friendly. Idk if he just had alot on his plate but hardly said 2 words to me.

Went here a couple weeks ago to have my baby's nails trimmed. The guy was nice even though my baby was being a butthead and wiggly as could be. I usually so her nails but dang she's been so wild I don't want to chance it. I was able to walk in and she was taken right away. It only cost $10! Happy happy!When he brought her back her nailsooked great! I'll be back!

Don't go here they call me to reschedule the appointment the lady told me to the appointment is 11 I can drop at 9 but the dogs will be there for two hours.
