Cannot say enough good things about this company. After getting 3 different bids, they came in the lowest, while offering the highest quality K9 turf. Install was scheduled quickly (within 2 weeks of signing paperwork). The install took a bit longer than expected, through no fault of theirs. They communicated daily on what was going on. Kerri Vaughn was our salesperson and worked her butt off to get us the best deal.We have 2 large pit rescues that just destroyed our grass from all the horseplay. Every time it rained the backyard turned into a mud lake. It is so beautiful now!!! Our backyard looks like a peaceful sanctuary now.

ForeverLawn Kentuckiana did an amazing job on my turf project. My dog loves the turf and it’s so amazing for him to be able to go outside and not track in mud. The company was receptive and responsive and kept their word, working efficiently and communicating actively along the way. The work was of the highest quality. They paid attention to detail and were creative in their design, never saying we can’t but instead, let’s see how we can make this happen. 4/15/24Update: I need some additional turf put down and ended up with a small putting green. They did good work on both projects but they promised to come back and complete the putting green job (spike removal and clean up). Of course they asked to be paid before completion and I complied based on the first installation experience. We'll, they never bothered to come back or even follow up andI ended up completing the job. Not the same customer experience as 4 years ago.March 2020: We needed a solution to our backyard grass woes. We have two dogs that kept the yard looking like a muddy war zone and then would track that mud all over our carpet. I contacted ForeverLawn and Chris came to the house with a sample of the K9 grass. He walked me through the options and installation process. 3 weeks later our backyard was transformed. The attention to detail and quality of work were exceptional. My daughter commented on the new grass saying "it looks too perfect." The grass does look great and no more muddy paw prints. Thanks Chris and Joe.

I was extremely impressed with the quick response for my estimate and for them to be able to meet my expectations for the installation before our Derby Party which they did. Their crew were absolutely professional from installation to clean up to follow up. Lori my salesperson was amazing she kept in constant contact with me throughout the process and had called several times since the final installation to make sure that everything is great and that I'm still happy with my green!! ForeverLawn installed a 180 square foot patch of artificial grass in between our garage and home. They also moved a drain and installed two swinging gates. It was very easy to work with them and we are very happy with the results. We previously had a brick patio and we are much happier with the grass. I would highly recommend. We used the ForeverLawn K9 grass to give our new puppy a "special" area to go to the bathroom. We had a perfect small spot right by our house where grass would not grow. The K9 grass looks so real that I'm glad we did it even if she doesn't use it for its intended purpose! Chris came out and explained in detail to us about the turf and the installation process. With fast and prompt service it took no time for our dogs to enjoy the backyard again.
