I stop here once or twice per week. Since the self checkout has been installed the employees stand behind the counter talking and completely ignoring their customers. I refuse to use it. Why pay a convenience fee when it's anything but! I don't work here! This store looks like an absolute wreck. If you eat anything that is not air-sealed you're trusting circle k with your life!

first time i went, cashier couldnt be bothered to stop talking to friends outside and had to wait over five minutes just to check out a coffee. this last time i went, i was approaching the register and about a foot away when the cashier at the only open register started talking to the group of girls who had just walked in about her pregnancy and completely ignored me.

Worst circle k around half the pumps don't work you can never get a receipt from the pump. Because they are to lazy to refill the receipt paper. Ask the employees for any help and you'd think it's the end of the world

The employees are very rude, (Donna) and very incompetent. Waited almost ten min. for them to finish smoking before they would come back in to check me out. The store is a wreck. Drink dispensers aren't working half the time. There is a new store/gas station down the street, I've had it. Will not be back and will not recommend it to anyone.

Do not use the self check out. Even though there is a sign saying you have to do not use it. I went in there this morning and used the self check out to buy $4.05 worth of things. I checked my bank account afterwards because I needed to get gas and the self check out took out $101.00. I instantly went inside where the employee working had called the boss over the store, and I was pretty much told that I would have to wait for it to be released to my account that it was on hold. Why in the actual hell would you put $101 on hold for $4.05 worth of stuff. This is unacceptable.

I like that this store is one of the few that are clean in the area, but they are either out of creamer or coffee everytime! & I can't have one without the other?!? & now they say they can't go to the back to see if there's any in the back because they can't leave the other customers in the store. How hard is it to open a cooler door & see if there's a box of creaker & grab it really quick? & ots not like he's watching for thieves exile on the floor- his face is in his phone the entire time...?

Charlestown circle k! What a horrible experience usually awesome. Newer manager/worker charged my debit card for gas. Said I outwaited the pump and it kicked it back to my bank . So instead of giving me the gas I paid again and yep it charged me twice. What an idiot🤦🏼‍♂️ horrible service! The young girl working with her very nice tho

This store has went to a cashier less checkout Someone stands there watching YOU do all the work, but can't scan the product and take money?????. What's the point? Not convenient. Not faster. Ridiculous. Huck's for me!!!!

Store clerk made an error on her part when my mom prepaid for gas on Saturday! My mom ended up having to prepay twice and both transactions were deducted from her card and she still hasn’t been refunded, as the clerk told her she would be! I’ve been in this same location another time and seen this same clerk make the same pump error with another customer! We have contacted regional to file a complaint on her and find out about her refund that she hasn’t gotten yet. They still have not returned our call and it’s now Monday!! Please use caution when prepaying for gas at this store!!

I usually go there after my job at around midnight or 1 and the staff during those hours have absolutely terrible attitudes. I try to make friendly conversation and they disregard my attempt at a good impression with their careless attitudes as if I had done something disrespectful. When I came in there before I made this review, the elderly man who checked me out, baffled at my question of which way to slide my debit card, and shook his head as if I was a typical aggressive customer when I presented innocent behaviour. Absolutely unnaceptable.

Well I go to this store regularly I was refused service today because of a customer that was in the store unaffiliated to my self and the manager Tabby snatched my product I was in the middle of purchasing from my hand threatened me and cursed at me. This store management is by far the worst I will keep complaining on this woman until she’s replaced.

I stopped for breakfast 2 days in a row and they didn't have any cooked breakfast out. So I did an experiment and came in every morning before work and they didn't have breakfast out for almost a week and a half. The staff are friendly but do not have the best work ethic.

Very disrespectful employees and the management is pathetic.She was wearing no name badge and had a tank top on with everything hanging out.Who knows if she was even an employee if so it speaks badly of upper management to allow it.There were 6 people in line and 3 people working and no one was opening up another register

The employees were very rude I went in a couple of times to buy lottery tickets and the cashier sat on a step Stoll well she rang me up and would huff and puff while getting my tickets the whole time I was nice I didn't really understand why she was being so rude then the last time I went in to get another ticket she said someone just came and got that and that it was the last one but I was on 17 and it was counting down I then confronted her and she said "I don't know unless it's up in there and I don't have the keys to open it" hello lazy ass it's your job to try to sell everything in the store sense when is a returning customer a bad thing? Something seriously needs to be done about that store just in case something does my visit was on 10/5/2016 at 4:30pm

Plenty of parking. Store is always clean and the employees very friendly. Need to find out if they have an air pump. I go there 2 or 3 times a week.
